The hotel is ok but some of the facilities are quite old

Chambre avec la télé qui ne fonctionne pas . Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain er le bruit du métro permanent ! Bref au prix des chambres c est inacceptable !!

Accueil sympathique du personnel dans son ensemble. Chambre agréable, propre et literie confortable. Trop chaud à mon goût et non réglable, mais pas très gênant. Je n'ai pas pris le buffet déjeuner, mais il avait l'air très appétissant avec des produits frais. Seul reproche, à Hotels.com ou à l'hôtel? Pourquoi anticiper l'arrivée par mail avec un questionnaire proposant un kit d'hygiène, et ne pas le fournir à l'arrivée ( sauf savon liquide)? a part ce détail, je recommande cet hôtel, agréable et bien situé.

The hotel is in a great location. It is small and has a very small elevator, but it was sufficient. The staff was very nice and welcoming. It's very close to the Metro and walking distance to Eiffel Tower and many restaurants, grocery stores nearby.

Room 404 was at the front of the property facing the train tracks. With the windows closed you’ll barely hear a thing. However, the noise of the airconditioning unit on my room and the rooms on either side mine were awful. Machine noises kept me up for 3 days straight. And because I have prepaid, I couldnt cancel without losing money. They couldnt move me to another room because the hotel was fully booked. On the other hand, the staff were amazing. Very polite and accomodating. Apologetic about the noise but hey ho their hands are tied too in terms of what they can do. Overall, the facilities match the amount of money you pay for. Decent as long as no one turns on the airconditioning unit.

Positive: The location is quite good just a 5 to 8-minute walk to the nearest metro station and only three stops away from the Eiffel Tower, The air conditioning worked well, which was essential during the hot summer days. The beds were large and comfortable, with extra pillows provided, the property has a charming, vintage-style elevator very small, fitting just one or two people at a time which adds character to the stay. The 12 pm checkout time was convenient. Areas for Improvement: The rooms and corridors are quite small, which might be expected in Paris, but still worth mentioning for travelers seeking more space. The toiletries provided were very basic an all-in-one dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A particularly unusual policy was being asked to leave the room key at reception every time I went out, which felt a bit outdated & inconvenient. The biggest disappointment came at the end of my stay. I had left my luggage with the hotel after checkout, informing the staff that I would return to collect it at night before catching my train to Zurich. Unfortunately, my train was delayed and later canceled till early morning. I ended up returning around midnight. I politely requested to wait in the lobby for a few hours, explaining that the train station was closed during that time. Despite my situation and having been a paying guest, the receptionist firmly refused. This lack of flexibility and empathy was disappointing and left a negative final impression.

Tapisseries murs et moquette à refaire. Lavabo ébréché. Climatisation non réglable. Pas d’info qu’à ce moment travaux sur façade de l’hôtel donc échafaudages. Ceci dit personnel très aimable.

le prix (un peu plus de 200 euros la nuit n'est vraiment pas en rapport avec les prestations servies : meubles qu'il faut déplacer pour se mouvoir dans la chambre ménage fait à moitié, présence d'une bouilloire mais il faut réclamer le sachet de thé ; l'accueil à l'arrivée est mitigé ; il faut réclamer de l'aide pour monter sa valise alors que l'ascenseur est en panne etc .

Dispute my initial shock at how small the room and elevator were, I enjoyed my visit. Service was responsive and friendly. The neighborhood was very accessible and had several very good restaurants. The neighborhood was so serene and quiet at times it was very pleasant.

There was a dead bug in the room so there were ants on the floor.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located close to a Paris Metro station which is easy to use and lets you go anywhere quickly. Our room was small and dated. The bed was old and the boxspring was stained and they never changed the sheets. The AC was great, which was a lifesaver because of the hot and humid weather.

Meraviglioso m, una gentilezza fuori dal comune, prima colazione ottima, posizione del Hôtel perfetta puoi raggiungere le migliori zone di Paris, pulizia eccellente, quando tornerò a Paris ritornerò qui.

Friendly staff and clean room

Durante minha viagem a Paris, fiquei hospedado no Hotel Baldi, no 15º arrondissement, entre os dias 6 e 13 de maio de 2025. A localização foi um dos pontos mais positivos: o hotel fica próximo à Torre Eiffel, ao Campo de Marte e com fácil acesso ao metrô (estações Ségur e Cambronne), o que facilitou bastante os deslocamentos pela cidade. O quarto era compacto, confortável e limpo, ideal para quem passa o dia explorando a cidade. A cama era boa, o banheiro bem equipado e tudo estava em boas condições. No geral, o Hotel Baldi ofereceu uma boa relação custo-benefício para quem busca um local prático, limpo e bem localizado para explorar Paris.

We had to leave a day early because the bathroom had mold. Felt really sick couldn’t breathe and sweating the first night. We left to another hotel because we didn’t feel comfortable and we were fine at the new hotel. Very loud next to the metro.

Solo traveller here: my room 701 was very small but so comfortable. Perfect for one person. I felt incredibly safe at the hotel and in the area in the evening. There is a large supermarket 10 minutes away with everything you need. Lots of Lime Bikes outside so you can get to the Eiffel Tower in under 10min on bike. Well connected to the metro.

I was skeptical about this place but for the life and the proximity to the Eiffel tower. It's a good deal! The room was clean and well maintained. However it was very hot in the room the A/C did not work . Opening the window meant hearing the sound of the train passing. Overall good deal for 3 nights .

Staff is very friendly and helpful just bathrooms are very tiny, I recommend this hotel for everyone.

Emplacement et personnels

Mooi klein hotel, huiskamergevoel aan het ontbijt, lopend buffet. Net hotel, enthousiaste en behulpzame staf. Spreken ook goed Engels. 24/7 receptie open. Miste wel aantal plankjes oid om spullen op te leggen, al was er kastruimte en 2 kleine plankjes in mijn 1-pers. kamer. Nette douche/wc/toilet.

The manager, Mohammed was very kind, knowledgeable and effecient. The lady on the reception desk on the day I arrived was also very helpful. The hotel is well situated, close to the metro, shops and eateries. The room was compact , very clean and bed comfortable. Little noisy at night outside my room on top floor. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Excellent service.

The hotel is located in a very good area and close on foot to many tourists attractions. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. My specially thankful for Mrs Rosalie from the front desk for all her engagements.

Hotel in excellent position near metro plenty of restaurants

We stayed a few nights in paris and we’re looking for something close to the train, not far from the Eiffel tower, and an easy walk. This was the perfect spot!

O quarto que ficamos era ótimo e a regiao é MUITO boa… 15min apé da torre! O hotel oferece café da manha a parte e vale super a pena, nos 5 dias que ficamos optamos por comprar e é super gostoso. Hotel pequeno mas aconchegante
