Contemporary hotel with very courteous and helpful staff. Excellent value. If hiking the Franz Josef stairs (@25 switchbacks with great view from the top of the inland fjord), this hotel is excellent location to complete the four hour bike.

Far from city very difficult to find. No cleaning 3 days also we asked again and again. Breakfast changing between days from rich on weekend to poor on Monday, Tuesday.

Its continental breakfast with some english breakfast which was good. All rooms were soclean and tidy.. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and adults had great time with nice views at breakfast & dinner restaurant .

Great hotel, location (although not much around in the immediate vicinity and you need a car), outlook, pool and facilities. Only criticism was the limited selection and replenishment at breakfast. Would otherwise highly recommend the Royal Blue Resort.

Lovely modern property and very helpful friendly staff, especially Aleksandra at reception who helped find my missing glasses. Thought I was out $800 for a custom pair of Oakleys. What a joy to come to the front desk and there they are!
