Clean room, staff not welcoming , nice pool and parking

Établissement en dehors de la ville voiture obligatoire mais une très belle vue sur les bouches de Kotor et près de l’aéroport sans subir de nuisances tarif interessant Par contre les équipements varient d’un studio à l’autre certains possèdent une machine à laver le linge d’autres pas et l’intendance ne suit pas toujours malgré la bonne volonté des filles de l’accueil

Die Aussicht vom Balkon war sehr schön. Zeitweise war es etwas laut von der Baustelle nebenan und zweitweise störte eine defekte laute Poolpumpe. Der Pool selbst war in Ordnung und es gab ausreichend Sonnenliegen. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, da es fussläufig nur einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt.

Leider haben wir mit diese Unterkunft eine schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Waren 6 Nächte in der Unterkunft und davon war nur am einen einzigen Tag Wasser vorhanden. Ohne Wasser für die Toilette und Dusche bei fast 40 Grad macht das wenig Spaß. Jeden Morgen müssten wir telefonieren und nachfragen. Internet war nicht vorhanden, TV hat auch nicht funktioniert, Steckdose hing nur noch an dem Draht, .... Leider können wir diese Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen - für 140.-€ pro Nacht erwarte ich etwas anderes. Schade!!! Die Balkonaussicht - einmalig - kann die anderen Mengel leider nicht gut machen. Da ist noch viel Luft nach oben.

Appartement propre, bien équipé... Piscine entretenue, revoir les fixations des echelles. A améliorer l entretien des exterieurs, jardin, parking, et vider les poubelles regulierement. Personnel présent et agréable

I only use the pool to refill my water bottle so that I could flush the toilet because there was no water in the room.

A lovely location up in the hills with a gorgeous view. We had a suite and it was spacious and comfortable. The pool was unbelievable. All of it was great and around 20 minutes from city center. The hosts even gave us a ride to the airport which was so kind.

We enjoyed our stay. The view is fantastic. We're both running and it's not easy from here. There are no paths and the roads are very narrow and drivers drive fast and close. There have been quite a few problems during our stay, a really dirty sofa, a drawer that fell out, transparent curtains in the bedrooms, a lamp in the bathroom that didn't work, a dishwasher that broke, a very dirty swimming pool that got algae, but the staff have taken care of everything we have pointed out and got things resolved during our stay. All employees have been very nice and welcoming. But unfortunately we did not get the apartment we had ordered and paid for. The one we got instead was much smaller. Our 2 children slept in bunk beds in a 3.65m2 room without any storage or air conditioning. The entire apartment had a total indoor measurement of 23.15 m2 + balcony at max. 8 m2 Total area 32.5 m3, and the one we had paid for is listed as 45 m2. It was important for us, as 23.15 m2 is too small an area for us, when we are going to stay for 15 nights, 4 people. We informed the staff about it during our stay but they keep saying that all apartments were about the same size. And there was no option to move to another apartment, they were all booked and they thought that the one we got was the best solution for us Picture 2 shows the apartment we paid for with a red ring around it and got it with a yellow ring around it.

Belle vue, belle piscine (mais beaucoup de baigneurs car la piscine est un autre grand ensemble de logements), un souci de gestion des poubelles qui débordent, ménage approximatif. À l’accueil et au ménage uniquement des travailleurs Turcs qui ne maîtrisent pas tous les rudiments de l’anglais, donc communication peu aisée. Personnel agréable

Der Ausblick war super, dass war aber das einzig Gute. Das Zimmer war schon total abgewohnt. In der Küche fehlte teilweise die Verblendung. Es gab am Anfang auch nur eine Tasse. Das ganze Appartment war schlecht gereinigt. In Schränken und Schubladen lag noch Dreck und Haare von Vorgänger. Statt täglicher Reinigung, wie es Expedia ausweißt wurde nur einmal in 6 Tagen gereinigt und das auch eher schlecht als recht. Wir können es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Veldig dårlig renhold. Beliggenheten er sånn passe oppe i fjellsiden med dårlig vei. Stor fordel med egen bil. Personalet er hyggelig så lenge man ikke klager for mye.

Definitely one of the worst places I've stayed at. The room was tiny, smaller than the one I booked. The sofa bed was dirty, as the whole room. The facility looks like a construction yard. My room was on the 3rd floor. I accidentally touched the rails to find that they are shaky and flimsy, really scary. A mirror door in the room was vroken and taped. Bathroom so tiny you can not fit on the toilet. But with a window to hallway so that you can great the neighbors. Note that to access the parking the last 200 meters you have to pass between a wall and a fence where only one car can pass, so take a deep breath and drive hoping no one comes from the other side. Or just do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. Owners, please do not offer me to fix it next time. You had an opportunity to give me another room. I will never come back for sure. Too bad I can't attach photos.

Temizlik, çalışanlar ve genel durum oldukça tatmin ediciydi. Zaten amacımız da sadece uyumaya gelmek olduğu için, konfor da yeterliydi. Otel çalışanlarına gösterdikleri ilgi, alaka için teşekkür ederiz..

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is located beautifully on a hill side overlooking the Kotor Bay, in between Kotor and Tivat. The driving distances were short, but the complex itself is pretty far from places by foot. We had a 2-bedroom condo, nice and spacious but in need for some new decoration/renewal.

I am not sure about the laundry but there was a basket to put towels in that was nice. The balcony was amazing. It could not have been better. My only complaint was that the single room was too small. I was unable to open the door window unless I moved the bed. But then the door to the room would not close. It's hard to get to the closet because of the bedside table.

Nice new property with good size rooms, balcony and pool. Some ongoing construction works were quite noisy for brief periods in the morning. The kitchen is quite basic but has a stove and kettle. Car access was very difficult from Kotor tunnel road, so I would advise entry via road up from Tivat airport instead. Really stressful drive every time until we found an alternative route up to the property. Fairly easy to find on maps app.

We stayed for 4 nights and we’re so glad we chose this place. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We absolutely loved our room, it had a kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, a small dining table, and a sofa, which was wonderful. The location was also convenient, as the main attractions were only a 10–15 minute drive away. The pool area was very enjoyable as well. Many thanks once again to everyone, from housekeeping to reception.

My wife and I stayed in Casa Collection for two nights in May 2025. There was a bit of a mix up when we checked in, but it was quickly fixed. Two things make this place worth staying in; the incredible view and the lovely staff! Ali in particular was extremely helpful. Google maps sends you by this terrible, dangerous, narrow road through the Vrmac Tunnel when yravwlling up from Kotor. Avoid this at all costs and take the road that passes Fort Trojica, even if it seems a bit longer. The traffic is horrible in Kotor so best to take a taxi if you want to explore the town; ask reception to get in touch with Dalibor. He is great and very honest. The Apt was almost new and we slept like babies. The couch had a big stain and there were other little annoyances, but we enjoyed our stay.

Maquina de lavar louça e de lavar roupa ajudaram demais. Foi possivel cozinhar no apartamento (boa economia, visto que os preços dos restaurantes sao um pouco caros). Unico problema é o barulho de construção que começa cedo.

Très bel établissement bien tenu. Le personnel est très accueillant et nous renseigne très bien sur les services alentours. La piscine est bien agréable par temps chaud. Les appartements sont très spacieux.

We have just got home from an excellent 5 day stay at Casa, I can’t thank niko and the rest of the team enough for a fantastic stay, they were so helpful with anything we needed during our stay especially arranging taxis for us. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything you need. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone

I had an excellent stay here, so much so that I kept extending my stay! I found the accommodations to be very comfortable and the staff went above & beyond every time I asked for help. The room was wonderfully furnished with a washer / dryer to do laundry. The view was incredible! I really loved the balcony area. It was the perfect place to watch the sunset over the bay It takes about 10 minutes to get to Kotor, so it’s far enough away for some peace & quiet, but close enough to see the sights. Overall I really loved this property and I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

We booked two nights for 1 King and 1 extra bed, but there were 1 full size and 1 twin size bed. they were so rude and no intention to approach the issues, also the unit was so dirty, and the blind was broken. So, we stayed only one night and checked out.

Dear fellow travellers, I would like to recommend Casa Montenegro in Kotor. It has the best stunning view. My room on 3rd floor can view the seaside on the left and when I open the door it’s the mountain view. Best room. Everything is complete from the bathroom and it has mini kitchen, fridge, and microwave, plates and utensils are provided. They have pool as well. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Always book a taxi for me as I am a solo traveller. They even show me the best app to download for food delivery. Overall, amazing stay. 10/10 and definitely will come back. Thanks, Patrick UK

Excellent staff !! Heads up to Niko and the other lovely lady! I felt like meeting my close friends! Next time we will stay longer! Everything that we needed, we got it! Everything was so easy and comfortable. Niko and the other awesome lady are the definition of going the extra mile and somehow even further! While the price was very reasonable, the hotel is next to a massive construction site and is 20 minutes from Tivat. There are no food or beverage options on site. You have to take a cab, which costs $15usd to town. Road is too narrow and steep to safely walk. Pool and views are nice. Check in service was good. In the room, you can see visible wear and tear on couch with stains, door handle to sliding deck door fell off when opening, kitchen counter had nicks and dishwasher door was broken. It is a value spot.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. During our visit, the area was quite dusty due to ongoing construction next door, and the road leading to the property was still gravel. It’s a narrow, tricky route to navigate, especially if you’re unfamiliar with the area. There isn’t much nearby within walking distance, so having a car would be essential for convenience. The bathroom layout could be improved, the toilet is positioned too close to the sink cabinet, making it awkward to use comfortably. On a positive note, the view from the upper-floor balconies is excellent, offering beautiful sights of Kotor Bay and stunning sunsets.

Located on west facing hilly area to the south of Tivat this modern development is ideal for those wanting a quiet location , close to Tivat with a very short journey time to and from the airport.The development is fairly new and expanding.It is good value for the price and for those wishing to explore there were no problems with finding parking spaces adjacent to the room,and in addition there is space always free near reception.Driving in Tivat and Kotor is slow and congested and parking is a nightmare.The country roads around Kavac are narrow and steep and twisty with fast moving local vehicles, not at all suitable for walkers.We decided to use taxis which cost in September 2023, 15 euros to Tivat and 26 to Kotor each way.This made the holiday a lot less stressful.

The road to the property is inconvenient, limited shopping and no dining possibilities in the neighbourhood. If you have a car, you may enjoy the view and modern furnitured rooms.

A little bit far from the Kotor center, but definitely ok if you have a car. Very peaceful and quiet around the area!!

The hotel is up on a hill, were there are no supermarkets, no public transportation, no shuttle-service and no way to walk down by feet. To have a car is obligatory to not be stuck in one place. All of this is not written in the description of the hotel which is misleading!!! Around the pool it was very loud the whole time because everywhere nearby where new building lots. The „reception“ is only a small floor and the people that work there barely spoke and understood English. After 2 of 7 days I decided to Check-out because as a female solo-traveller without a car I was stuck there… Until now the owner of the Hotel hasn‘t answered any of my messages and refuse to give me part of my money back! I wouldn‘t recommend it at all!!!

Vi var två familjer som reste ihop, men kom med olika flyg. Vi båda bokade flygplatstransfer, som hotellet bekräftade men som inte fanns på plats när vi kom. Vi bokade ett rum för fyra personer, men det var förberett för tre. Porslin var anpassat för två. Det finns ingen restaurang på hotellet. Det renoveras en hel del på området, så man påverkas av grävmaskinerna. Det bästa var utsikten och en härlig pool (ej uppvärmd).

Otelde su kesilir mi demeyin burada su kesiliyor. Resepsiyon daracık bir koridor gibi odada iki küçük masadan ibaret. Lobiyi hiç ümit etmeyin. Dışardan yiyecek getirmezseniz açsınız. Neyseki yürüme mesafesinde düzgün bir otel var da orası imdadınıza yetişiyor. Otelin kesinlikle puanına inanmayın, bırakın 8-9 u 5-6 bile etmez. The property was great. Just what we needed for our stay. It had a lovely powerful shower. Added bonus was a washing machine and dishwasher however we didn't need these. It had a kettle and tea and coffee and could benefit from a toaster. The property is close to Tivat Airport, we could see the planes taking off but without any of the noise. It is a taxi ride from Port Montenegro which was lovely.

Enkelt, greit og har det man trenger. Svømmebasseng og dyrevennlig. Balkong på alle rom. Vennlige og hjelpsomme. Mulighet å kjøpe drikke, og matservering finnes i nærheten.

Renhold ikke bra. Langt i fra alt, så fordel med egen bil. Bilder fra annonse er ganske langt unna reell opplevelse. Bra basseng, men ingen restaurant eller frokost til å rette opp inntrykket. Mye støy og støv fra arbeid i nærheten. Overall veldig skuffet, trodde det skule vært bedre.
