Location is excellent. Good matress and pillows and extra bed was a proper bed. Staff was helpful and kind. Room was very basic and nothing more, no glasses or cups and fridge was not a proper fridge more like a cool box. No space to store luggage, no bedside tables. Room was at 3 levels with ledges on each side of the bed. The bed had a wooden ovesize base and you had to watch out to not hurt your feet. We stayed 2 nights, first night the curtain was broken and the 2 lights directly outside the window to light up the facade were shining in. It was fixed next morning. The next night the AC got switched off and it became very hot. Not sure why. The only lift was being blocked at times in the mornings with the broom by housekeeping and had to wait to use it. The hotel is newly renovated and presents nice but the experience didn't match the price.

Very noisy road just near traffic light where cars raced engines to speed away when the lights changed Did not get to sleep easily Very small room Did not like different levels as could be an accident waiting to happen Not as good value as Phidias hotel which I have used twice before and booked on your site Also lift never arrived as so many floors so had to use the stairs!

The property was very convenient to the Metro, shopping and dinning. It was very clean and the staff was great. The roof top area will be awesome once it is fully operational. As it was we enjoyed an evening cocktail there one night and the views were great.

The property was very neat and clean and very easy to find from the nearby metro. The rooftop gives a great view of the city and the breakfast they offered was wonderful! Where this hotel really shines is with the staff! Everyone was so nice and helpful! They all went out of their way to accommodate our needs and provided us with fantastic recommendations on what to see in the city. Truly some of the best service we've ever had!

Small newly opened hotel located very near to the Piraeus ferry terminal. Tiny elevator with reception located on the first floor and above street level. Small room and washroom. Perfect for a short business stay or to stay overnight in transit from the islands to an overseas flight the next day.

Liked in the heart of town, easy walking to shop and sightseeing. Felt safe. AC not working in our first room, new room still very warm. Elevator not working so dragged suitcases up/down curved staircase. Rooms clean, efficiency arranged. Great rooftop space. If elevator and ac would work- would get 5 stars.

Great location. Convenient to metro, bus, and ferry. Room was comfortable and had lots of outlets. Staff was very nice. Nice rooftop with tables to sit and see the sunset. Enjoyed my stay and would go back.

Staff lovely. However, terrible smell of sewage from the shower room, uneven flooring in room and lots of light switches which don’t work/cause confusion. Only stayed here for about ten hours so didn’t feel a need to complain about the shower room

Wir wahren 7 Tage in Twinn Downtown Hotel, für 3 Personen waren die Zimmer viel, viel zu klein. Die Zimmer hatten Charakter eines Studenten Wohnhaus. Würde es nicht für so lange Dauer empfehlen. Was die Sauberkeit angeht, könnte nachgebessert werden.!!! Das beste war das ausgezeichnete „à la carte“ Frühstück, mit frisch gepresstem Orangen Saft und reichhaltigen Angebot: Omelett, Käse alles mögliche. Einfach toll. Personal Klasse. Alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Clean and comfortable hotel near Piraeus port. The staff are friendly and the breakfast was great, with very generous portions. The smaller rooms are perfect for a one-night stay. I would stay here again!

The shower drain are crazy small plus the water wasn’t going down at all, we called and talked to front desk, said it was going to get checked out but never happened. So every time we showered needed to be a quick shower or wait a while between showers because it was like a pool.

Super clean. Very efficient design. All areas that could be tiled were tiled maki g for smart design Staff were extremely helpful. When informed i was leaving at 5am they had the kitchen prepare A breakfast to go. This hotel will be my go to choice in Anthens

Excellent location for our cruise port and 1 night stay. The staff were very friendly. Small room but modern facilities including a mini fridge and safe. The balcony would have been a great addition if it had some furniture to sit on. There were no facilities to hang any clothes which was frustrating. The bathroom was small but had good water pressure and warm water however it was not enclosed so water splashed around significantly. The beds were comfortable however the blinds only covered 2/3 of the windows which was really odd and lacked privacy. For the price we paid it was okay for the night but we would not stay longer due to the above.

The reception both ladies were amazing. Sorry I can’t remember either name, the lady who checked me in had curly hair and glasses and the blond lady I met the next morning, both ladies are amazing at their jobs. The room was clean and perfectly adequate for one person. If you are two people I would recommend the next level up, as the room is a little tight spaced wise for two people. Breakfast was good. The orange juice amazing.

Very accommodating service. We had several special requests and they helped in all of them. Very gracious. Good location for those needing to reach the port. The room itself is built rather strangely with some stairs in the room. There is some street noise for the rooms facing the from. The condition of the hotel is great. It feels brand new.

Bien situé : près du métro et du port. Assez bruyant la nuit étant donné la localisation au centre-ville. Chambre très compacte, un seul banc pour deux personnes. Lit queen confortable, mais collé sur le mur. Coffre-fort non fixé, possibilité de partir avec. Jus de bienvenue, déjeuner disponible sur place. Petits restos sympa aux alentours. À 7 minutes de marche du port (gate E9).

Electrical outlets galore! I think I counted 6 Well designed shower with good water pressure and temperature control. Room space is well planned for the solo visitor. Blackout blinds slightly ineffective at edges. Reception staff helpful and good assistance. Friendly.

Amazing service. We were only booked for one night as a stop over but flight severely delayed. The team at Twinn were so understanding and helpful giving us extra time and help. Sincerely hope to return to Athens at some stage and if we do, the Twinn will be our only choice of hotel. Thank you for making a stressful day so easy for us. True hospitality excellence.
Amazing service. We were only booked for one night as a stop over but flight severely delayed. The team at Twinn were so understanding and helpful giving us extra time and help. Sincerely hope to return to Athens at some stage and if we do, the Twinn will be our only choice of hotel. Thank you for making a stressful day so easy for us. True hospitality excellence.

The hotel is very hospitable, the staff very welcoming and friendly. I felt very comfortable like in family home. I want to say Thank you to the wonderful staff like Aris, Sophia, Christina, George and in particular Paraskevi that was so helpful to me. Actually everyone there goes out of their way for you! Last but not @least the Mgr Andreas my congratulations for having a grp of stuff so efficient that makes you feel just like home! Thank you! I’m certainly recommending this hotel. Oh I forgot to mention the perfect location that is a plus.

Super clean. Very efficient design. All areas that could be tiled were tiled maki g for smart design Staff were extremely helpful. When informed i was leaving at 5am they had the kitchen prepare A breakfast to go. This hotel will be my go to choice in Anthens

The property was very clean, although it did not look as it was advertised on Expedia. If the true photos were used, I wouldnt have booked. Prior to arrival I messaged to ask about shuttles from the airport and to the cruise port. They shared that the don't do transfers from the airport, but do them to the port. That was a lie. I had to pay the cab and she charged my card 3 times. The staff was extremely welcoming and nice, and they saved the stay for me. Otherwise, I wouldve left and stayed with friends.

I appreciated the friendliness of the front desk staff. The breakfast was freshly made to order, which was a lovely way to start a travel day. Location was perfect for an overnight coming off a ferry before jumping on the metro to the airport. Bed and room were super comfortable. Exactly the pleasure stop I needed as part of my transition back to reality.

Small newly opened hotel located very near to the Piraeus ferry terminal. Tiny elevator with reception located on the first floor and above street level. Small room and washroom. Perfect for a short business stay or to stay overnight in transit from the islands to an overseas flight the next day.

Convenience is key! I have a cruise at Piraeus. Booked this for two reasons - straight shot taking the M3 from Athens airport on the Metro train, and walking distance (5 minutes) from the Metro. Small room, but clean and only needed to rest before the cruise the next day.

A great hotel, with friendly staff, very close to the metro station (blue line: Dimotiko Theatro) - then 20 minutes or so into central Athens. Piraeus is a good area too. The breakfasts at Twinn Downtown need special mention - it's not the usual buffet style, but à la carte, with individually prepared orders.

Bien situé : près du métro et du port. Assez bruyant la nuit étant donné la localisation au centre-ville. Chambre très compacte, un seul banc pour deux personnes. Lit queen confortable, mais collé sur le mur. Coffre-fort non fixé, possibilité de partir avec. Jus de bienvenue, déjeuner disponible sur place. Petits restos sympa aux alentours. À 7 minutes de marche du port (gate E9).

Great location. Convenient to metro, bus, and ferry. Room was comfortable and had lots of outlets. Staff was very nice. Nice rooftop with tables to sit and see the sunset. Enjoyed my stay and would go back.

Wir wahren 7 Tage in Twinn Downtown Hotel, für 3 Personen waren die Zimmer viel, viel zu klein. Die Zimmer hatten Charakter eines Studenten Wohnhaus. Würde es nicht für so lange Dauer empfehlen. Was die Sauberkeit angeht, könnte nachgebessert werden.!!! Das beste war das ausgezeichnete „à la carte“ Frühstück, mit frisch gepresstem Orangen Saft und reichhaltigen Angebot: Omelett, Käse alles mögliche. Einfach toll. Personal Klasse. Alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

The reception both ladies were amazing. Sorry I can’t remember either name, the lady who checked me in had curly hair and glasses and the blond lady I met the next morning, both ladies are amazing at their jobs. The room was clean and perfectly adequate for one person. If you are two people I would recommend the next level up, as the room is a little tight spaced wise for two people. Breakfast was good. The orange juice amazing.

Att ha bordsbeställning på morgonen när man ska stressa till båt som avgår tidigt fungerar inte så bra, fast tanken är fin. Man har inte tid att vänta över 20 minuter på sin frukost på morgonen

Fabulous stay, the a la carte breakfast was impecable a big thank you to the chef and his team. freshly squeezed orange juice was a nice treat. We picked the business room, it was a little small but to be fair we only used the room to sleep as there is so much to do. The room was always clean cannot fault it, you have plenty of plugs and USB charging points so I wouldn’t need an adaptor. We found that it was a little pricy to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel but if you take the M3 line from the airport, your at the hotel in an hour and it’s only €8 and then from the station it’s literally a 2 minute walk to the hotel. That same line will take you to Athens city in under 30 mins. Transport links are good. There are plenty of restaurants, bakeries. If you walk 5-7 mins you will be at the marina plenty of more places to eat. Over all stunning stay. Cannot fault it. Will definitely be returning. Thank you to the team there.

I have stayed here many times now in the past 2 years, and it has continued to be an excellent choice being near the port of Pireaus. It is also very close to the Dimotiko Theatro Metro stop, which is the last stop on the Blue Line and can take you all the way to the airport as well as to central Athens. It is a bit of an uphill walk from the port, but this time, because I had some extra luggage and our boat docked at Gate E7 near the Pireaus Metro station, I took the Metro 1 stop to the Dimotiko Theatro station and walked a flat 150 meters to the hotel. I booked a double room for this visit because it was just a few Euros more than the usual economy room I take, and I wanted to see the difference. Although it was a bigger room and had access to a shared balcony, I didn’t care for it as much as the smaller economy room; however, had I been with someone else, it would have been large enough for both of us. The economy room is good for a single person or a couple. There are other room types, but I have not tried them yet. I had another fantastic cooked-to-order breakfast in the morning; and the staff was, as they have always been, extremely nice and helpful. They watched my luggage after I checked out, while I ran an errand. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for people passing through the port of Pireaus.

Chambre plus que petite pour la catégorie "standard " . La "cabine douche " a une porte qui laisse passer l eau ... donc la chambre avec le lit à moins de 1m de la porte était in ondée Très mal isolé on a l impression de dormir dans le couloir : on entends tous les allers/venus des visiteurs .
