There was no one there to get me checked in. They did have a key in a mailbox but I was supposed to pay for the room on site. Never once seen anybody. Just told to put key in the mailbox. The door lock to the room would not unlock easily. Had to jiggle the lock for 10 minutes til it finally opened. Room was clean but the smell in there is not a pleasant one. I wouldn't recommend.

The motel is definitely outdated, but it is a motel probably built many years ago with reasonable prices, a clean room, hot shower and friendly staff. Exactly what was expected. Don't stay with expectations of a 5 star hotel with all the amenities and you'll be just fine.

Room was clean with king bed. Front desk was friendly, directed me to a great bar/restaurant within walking distance.

We have stayed here several times over the years during family reunions at Camp Pine Lake. The motel is consistently clean and comfortable. I noticed the bathroom had been upgraded since our last stay. I was especially grateful to the staff this year for kindly mailing to me an item I had forgotten after our stay. They go above and beyond to provide excellent guest service.
