They really need to get the internet fixed, if you have to work while there, like my son would, don't stay there unless you can hot spot. Playground needs to be fixed for families. My daughter has 2 boys, and the playground is the same 1 from when she was little, 25 years ago. been going there over 30 years and love it, but it would benefit them to update internet and playground.

Zero service. Not even a live person for check in/check out. The office was locked with instructions to call a number which gives you a code to your lock box on your room door that releases a key. Room was tidy but dust covered small coffee machine. AC unit was at the very back of room so did not keep sleeping area cold. Bed had plastic cover on mattress so crackled every time you moved in bed. No security lock on door like most hotels have. Zero parking on 3/4 of this side of building so you had to haul your belongings a ways. Although it’s listed as pet friendly, no grass area at all for dogs. Overall disappointing.

Harvest Drive is in a beautiful location. Off the busy roads with an amazing view of farmlands. Plenty of parking. I have loved this hotel for many years. The rooms have recently been updated and are okay. That is not the draw here, it really is the location. We had a dog with us and the large grassy lawn was perfect.

Excellent place to stay. We stayed with our dog in the Pet Friendly Room. Room was extremely clean and no signs of pets even staying there. I highly recommended this place. Price was great and the extra fee for a dog was a great price. Eaay checkin for contactless! We will definitely be staying again. Beautiful view!

The fridge did not work. The ice machine was broke. Therefore the food we had went to waist.. the beds are flimsy.. there was another persons chapstick and trash on floor upon arrival. Also the doors do not open unless you push really hard

Very family friendly. Peaceful country setting. Enjoyed sitting at the gazebo with our grandchildren after a long day of shopping. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The children’s playground area needs updated but is functional. Also could use a trash can outside on the deck.

It was a great experience! The place was very clean and pet friendly. Had all I needed. The bed linen smelled so "out doorsy" fresh! Absolutely loved the view and scenery from the gazebo..total breathtaking! Peace and tranquility. Will definitely be staying here again

The check in wasn’t as easy as they made it seem we arrived late around 7pm you have to call a number took over 5 minutes for someone to answer, the was very hard to understand. We got to our room 39 and again not enough towels, wash clothes but couldn’t get them til the following day as no one on site, I took a few images the bathroom was not clean hair on shower wall, the drain in shower was broken the kids couldn’t take a bath and very rusty not appealing at all. We ran out of toilet paper had to use tissues then napkins from our car! The AC unit needs to be cleaned mildew on it. The worse part when we pulled down the comforter was. Very long hairs on sheets and one comforter was stained heavily with tan and pink stains. The views were fabulous! The parking was great very quiet but also we only seen 2 /3 other family’s staying! 3 out of ten stars

I’m not a picky person, but it did not seem like the room was clean at all. Hairs in the shower and in the bed, bed was made but not sure if it was washed. My Sister and I slept on top of the bedding with our clothes on. There should always be a positive mentioned, it was quiet. Would not stay here again when I come back to Lancaster.

The service excellent and the room was clean however the beds had old mattresses on them with huge dips in the middle and the springs poked you all night and you can hear the springs anytime someone moved. Upon check out there was no one to speak to around 830. Not sure if all the rooms were like this but 53 definitely has awful mattresses even the box springs would smash down when someone sat on the edge of the bed.

Great location in Amish country. Clean. Worst bed ever in Room 17: Every little movement made loud squeaking and the mattress had no support. Appliances are loud. Walls are thin, so I heard every cough and conversation of my neighbors. Shower water was warm, not hot. This room might be acceptable at $99, but not at $175.

We love it here and will definitely return. Our only complaint is the wifi service. The service would never work during our two night stay. Otherwise, the room is clean and comfortable - the views are gorgeous.

Beautiful setting, and unique location. Check in is by phone - nobody is onsite - which requires giving your ID and credit card numbers over phone, so make sure you’re ok with that before booking. Keys are just in a lockbox, it doesn’t seem super secure but we felt safe enough. Wouldn’t stay here if traveling alone. Our room must have been right next to the laundry machines because they woke us up. VERY loud A/C that didn’t work well, so I can’t agree with all the “quiet” reviews. Maybe in the cooler months and in different rooms I could see it being quiet but it wasn’t the case for us. Overall it was a decent stay, but not one we’d go out of our way for.

I never stayed there I made the booking and then when I went there no one was in the office they gave her number to call for remote entry to the room when I called they said they didn't have anything listed for me as of yet I was not going to wait it was dark cold and windy out I left and went elsewhere

Easy check-in with Diane... Small room, but clean. Great option for the price and no 2-Night minimum. But if you want to spend a lot more money somewhere else, that's up to you. We'll definitely return...

No staff, had to call and talk to a call center. We had a dog it’s a $45 fee per night and only certain rooms are dog friendly but the call center didn’t ask and I couldn’t book a dog friendly so I had to call 3 times to get the right room, he told me to leave my original room, then go back to original then 10 min later called and told me to go to a different room. Major pain. Doors have a combination hide a key to get into room. Not sure if or when they change it but I didn’t feel safe. The only other people that were there was a group of construction workers who were drunk and made inappropriate comments to my wife. We slept with a chair wedged under the handle since who knows who had the code to the room. Our bed was old and sloped, had to go to target and get a new pillow and sheets due to an allergic reaction to cats, didn’t know it was cat friendly. Ants in the bathroom and my daughter’s bed, and air conditioner didn’t work well. We counted 9 other hotels/inns on the way to target. When it’s time to check out, the sign on the door and the sign in the room tells you to do two conflicting things, so hope I checked out ok, there was no one in the building to ask. Save your money and go to one of those. Had beautiful views though.

Harvest Drive Family Inn has very clean and comfortable rooms. It is close to all tourist attractions and shopping. I will definitely stay here again.

Our second time here and liked it just as much as first time. Very close to town but you're in the country. Lots to see and do nearby. Wish the roads had wider shoulders for walking.

A pleasant receptionist was available when I arrived. 2 beds were in the room. The first one I tried was HORRIBLE, it creaked and crackled and the box spring that I could see was soiled. Fortunately the second bed was in a good condition. The room was clean. No vending machines . This was very annoying since Saturday evening (6:45) most local eateries were closed. No can or receptacle was in sight for recyclables

Virtual sign in and lock box , very impersonal and cold standing out waiting for her to get the information from me and then unlocking the box. No where to get a snack or ice , the room was adequate with no complaints there

The room was compact but that didn't bother me at all. The bed was comfortable and thpillows were great. It was really nice to hear the clip clip of the horses hooves at night from my room (located directly behind the office). The pretzels, water and whooping pie were a nice surprise. The staff at check in were friendly. What i didn't like was the fact there are no grab bars in the tub/shower combo. I have some mobility issues and I did not feel safe trying to get in the tub to shower , instead I sat on the tub edge and swung my feet into the tub to get bathed the best I could The light for the bathroom is on asome type of timer switch, which i found odd, and when the light is on, so is the exhaust fan, which is loud, and if traveling with someone else could definitely be annoying at night. I understand that they are still working on remodeling the motel, but guest safety (lack of grab bars in bathroom) is important).. Would i stay here again, possibly, but it will be awhile, and i would call first to see if they improved bathroom safety.

The property was very clean and being in the heart of Amish country was so peaceful. The room was lovely! Beds were comfy and the water and snacks were a sweet touch, Unfortunately, we didn’t get to stay long enough to enjoy all that the area offered but we will be back and would stay here again!

It was a great, clean, room with the most beautiful views and such a quiet, peaceful, and serene location! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The sheets could have been softer, but the comfort of the bed made up for that, so I didn't mind them too much. I especially appreciated the sink area being separate from the toilet and shower. There was a convenient table and 2 chairs, giving a nice place to prepare and have coffee in the morning. The coffee maker wasn't the greatest, but glad to be able to have the convenience of making coffee in the room. There was a decent office chair as well, with a nice desk area if needed. The perk of there being a fridge with a small freezer and a microwave were great extras. This room was such a great value and will definitely stay again!

This place has come a long way since first staying there 5 yrs ago, it is our go to place to stay when we are in Lancaster area. Located in the countryside of Gordonville overlooking farms and fields. Safe parking, close to area attractions, rooms are clean and have been updated, office staff is friendly. We stay here spring and fall.
