The location is incredible. We had two rooms, one facing the coliseum and the other with a balcony behind the property. The arena was so close, the photos really are not manipulated. A beautiful view. The parking can be difficult to find. The bollards are lowered at request by the police. You must pull up and press the button to request it. Failure to know this means that you have to drive in circles down very narrow streets. The rooms are clean, the beds are VERY comfortable, and the sofa bed was one of the most comfortable experienced. The one bedroom apartments are definitely worth it. They contain a large fridge, glasses, saucepans and seem very well appointed. The layout of the second floor apartment (by the Arene) was better, but both suited a family, or a couple wanting more space. The showers are powerful. A mop or something would be helpful. We all struggled to contain the shower spray in both rooms, leading to a wet bathroom. My French parents enjoyed their stay so much that they are considering the chain for future stays. We did test the spa! Please know it costs $6 per person for one hour. This seemed too high, considering hotel occupancy and allotted time. The steam room was hot and seemed good, the jacuzzi was not hot but more like a coolish bath that was pretty refreshing. If traveling to Nîmes again we would stay there again, and I would consider others from the chain. Please note, we travel on our own budget, and receive no rewards for reviews.

Beautiful hotel located in a walkable part of Nimes. Right outside of the Arena, there was a lot to do. While that was good, they did not tell us that they were under construction and they had no parking for our car. The nearby roads were also closed for an event that they did not tell us about. So prompt warning would have been nicer.

Réservation faite car hôtel supposé avoir un parking. Parking complet, seule solution parking public à 700 m sans ascenseur, avec des bagages lourds très contraignant. Accès de l’hôtel très compliqué, pas visible de la rue et pas de dépose bagage. Chambre au 1re étage bruyante dès 6h du matin! Je ne recommande vraiment pas.

Halte à mi-distance entre notre lieu de départ (Collioure) et d'arrivée (Lyon). Choix excellent dans locaux flambants neufs. Fenêtres sur les arènes. A deux pas du centre ville. Parking privé payant sur réservation. Accueil très sympathique. Très bon petit déjeuner (excepté les croissants pas totalement décongelés).

Pas conforme a l annonce, il y a indiqué piscine, il n y en a pas (jaccuzi,hamman 6e/h par personne) . Il est dit pas d ascenseur alors qu il y en a un. Parking ridicule 5 places pas possible de reserver du coup parking souterrain pour 2 jours 50 euros a rajouter sur la note. Appart propre et bien situé en centre ville (travaux de voirie tres bruyants le matin actuellement)

Very good room and very good breakfast. If you choose the hotel because it has a fitness room, please pay attention that the fitness room is only open from 9 to 20 and must be booked in advance, I wanted to go at 18.30 and it was fully booked. For business travellers it would be better if the fitness room opens earlier in the morning.

Séjour décevant. Piscine inaccessible, C'était un de mes critères pour le choix de l'hébergement... Bruit dans la rue dès 7heures du matin, pour cause de travaux. Même fenêtre, fermée... Bonne localisation pour visiter Nîmes en mode piéton !

À notre arrivée, la salle de bain était sale : traces d'urine sur la cuvette, cheveux au sol. Des travaux ont commencé à 8h un samedi, et malgré cela, aucune précaution n’a été prise pour nous placer dans des chambre situé à l'opposé. Le petit-déjeuner manquait d'organisation : il fallait sans cesse réclamer le réapprovisionnement. Nous saluons tout de même l’amabilité du personnel à l’accueil. Mais globalement, nous sommes déçus de notre séjour et comptons faire une réclamation.

El hotel es moderno con personal en la recepción todas las horas del día, está muy bien situado, el personal muy amable, pero no hablan español. Sin embargo el servicio de habitaciones muy deficiente: no limpiaron , ni hicieron la cama, ni cambiaron las toallas en los 4 días que hemos estado. Increíble... Tenía una pequeña cocina y una terraza de la que hicimos buen uso. Nos hemos apañado muy bien. Lo más negativo: la no limpieza de las habitaciones y el no cambio, al menos, cada dos días de toallas.

Très propre, très confortable, très abordable

We frequently travel internationally 6+ times per year and this is the first time I write a review. I was extremely dissapointed with this hotel and felt the need to warn others. Upon our check in and arrival to our room, we found dirty damp towels in the room and bathroom, the bed had dirty sheets and was not made, the trash can was full and there were dirty utensils in the sink. Absolutely disgusting. I immediately went to the front desk to complain and they literally removed the dirty towels and pulled the comforter on the bed. I was furious but unfortunately didn't have nowhere else to go. Then the next day, the bathroom flooded and we had to remove the water with towels. We alerted the front desk and they didn't do anything about it. A horrible experience for sure which ruined two days of our vacation. Do not book this hotel.

Très bien. En plein centre et près de la gare. Calme, propre, chambre spacieuse et confortable avec coin cuisine, personnel très agréable. Excellent petit déjeuner.

Nombreux problèmes de ménage, aucun papier toilette, petit déjeuner catastrophique. Spa indisponible et pas de dédommagement…

Floors were not cleaned well in apartment. But everything else was great

La chambre et la propreté. Dans la chambre que nous avons eue, la fenêtre ne fermait pas, nous avons donc fait constaté le problème et on nous a donné une autre chambre. Dans la seconde, la poubelle de la salle de bains n'était pas vidée et traces noires sur les taies d'oreiller. Cet hôtel n'est pas au standing d'un 4 étoiles, il n'en vaut que 2. L'emplacement proche des arènes est très pratique, mais il faut aussi savoir que l'accès en voiture y est difficile car l'hôtel est dans une zone piétonne. L'hôtel ne propose q'un nombre de places très limité et ils n'en avaient plus quand nous sommes arrivés, il a donc fallu se garer au parking souterrain des arènes (25€/24h)

L'hôtel dans sa globalité est propre, le personnel très courtois. Quelques déceptions quant à la propreté de la chambre : le sol non aspiré, les deux coussins de lit très sales, tâches + traces de chaussures.

Chambre propre, mais des miettes dans le réfrigérateur et un coup de peinture sur les murs de l’appartement dans son entier ne serait pas un luxe. De même que pas de ménage ni serviettes changées durant cinq jour, c’est un peu incompréhensible… et dommage. La literie est très confortable, et les services à l’intérieur de l’appartement étaient très bien entretenus et pratique. Le bain à remous était bien et tout était propre. Un bon moment de détente. Pour finir, le personnel est souriant et très compétent quel que soit la demande. Parfaitement situé, cet hôtel est un bon point de chute afin de visiter et profiter de Nîmes.

Nice modern hotel next to the stadium. We liked the kitchen.

The property, the parking and are not visible enough from the street. Therefore, makes it difficult to find it when arriving for the first time. In my opinion if the studio was a little bit bigger would be comfortable. The shower glass on the bathroom is not long enough and the water comes out on the floor when taking a shower. The receptionist and staff were very helpful and friendly giving instructions on how to get to the closest parking because the hotel parking was full.

We had a lovely room in great condition with a balcony in which we could eat meals. The hotel is very close to the Roman amphitheater and other tourist sites. There was a self service laundry in the complex that was clean and easy to use.

Perfect location. Very modern room. Wonderful staff

Très bien situé et plutôt confortable. Calme, équipements standards et salle de bain spacieuse. côté points négatifs : un flexible de douche qui fuit abondamment (donc moins de pression) et un lit pas très bien fait (le drap du dessous ne couvrait pas la totalité du matelas à gauche). Enfin, le compteur électrique fait beaucoup de bruit (gênant la nuit).

No wifi for 2 days

Lieu stratégique dans nimes. Hôtel propre En revanche impossible de dormir la nuit même avec des boules quies, a cause dun frigo bruyant et d un compteur électrique bruyant aussi ... La lampe de chevet et de lecture ne fonctionnaient pas.

The apartment was large, modern and clean. We were at the back off the hotel with no view but it was very quiet and the bedroom was dark once the curtains were closed. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were too soft for me. The kitchen was equipped with enough saucepans and cutlery but lacked a draining board and dish washing cloths/soap. The bathroom was a wet room and the water didn't drain fast enough as the shower was very powerful, so the entire floor was wet. The hook for the shower head was broken so had to hold it to use it. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Wir waren im Rahmen einer Radrundreise für eine Nacht hier. Unsere Räder konnten wir über Nacht sicher unterstellen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und großzügig eingerichtet. Pech hatten wir mit der Lage unserer Zimmer, die direkt an einer Baustelle gelegen waren, wo zwischen 7:30 Uhr und 16:00 Uhr ordentlich Lärm gemacht wurde. Da kann das Hotel nichts dafür, aber das trübt dennoch den Gesamteindruck ein wenig. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Staff was not well informed on basic things, such as transportation to famous nearby sites. Desk was often left unattended. Construction was occurring on doorstep of Hôtel.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They answered every question I had about navigating Nimes. They even printed out a bus timetable so I could visit Pont du Gard. The location is perfect. Walking out the door to see the Roman Amphitheater every day was incredible. The hotel is also next door to the ancient history museum. The breakfast was exceptional in quality and variety. Cannot recommend enough.

Unfortunately this odalys does nothing to go above and beyond our check in was literally here's your key and you need to pay the city tax. No information about the property or city. When we got to our room there is no tea towel or dishwashing liquid, you need to buy a pack, no dishwasher powder you have to buy it. I tried to use the laundry room and had trouble so asked at the reception only to be told it's not working, no sign nothing very frustrating. Loved Nimes and would come back but there must be better places to stay.

Moisissure sur les murs, pommeau de douche cassé (chambre B301), chauffage ne marchant pas en hiver. On a dû changer de chambre à 2h du matin après avoir insister à 2 reprises. L’hôtel a d’abord voulu nous facturer le changement de chambre. Nous n’avons une qu’une clé pour 2 personnes, et 0 clés pendant la nuit après le changement de chambre Le personnel ne semblait pas formé « je suis stagiaire et seul cette nuit désolé » Une nuit catastrophique pas à la hauteur du prix et aux nombres d’étoiles

Excellent hotel in a nice neighbourhood close to restaurants and the main site of Nîmes. Modern, spacious room with a large bed and little kitchen. I would definitely recommend :)

Hotel is similar to other Odalys venues but it has an incredibly amazing location - it is right across the Arena!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is superb, right in front of the Roman amphitheatre, just a short walk from the station. The room was very well equipped and comfortable, everything worked fine, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We noticed no noise from inside the hotel. There was some from the adjacent building site, but only during working hours and this was not a problem. If visiting Nimes again we would certainly be happy to stay here.

Very good location, near the bus and train station and in the middle of the town (Nimes). It is close to the arena so if there is a concert you will hear it but they do not finish late.

Super centraal gelegen hotel van alle gemakken voorzien. Parkeren kan in de nabij gelegen parkeergarage (4 minuten lopen). Ik had een heerlijk ruime kamer met balkon en grote badkamer en een prima bed. Je loopt zo het centrum in met volop eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Ik vroeg bij de receptie welk restaurant ze aan zouden raden en dat was spot on. Dus zowel voor stedentrip als voor doorreis aan te raden.

Im Zentrum von Nîmes gelegen vis à vis der wunderbaren Römischen Arena. Zu Fuß kann man die Stadt, die Restaurants uvm. erkunden. Günstig auch der kurze Weg zum Bahhof.

Un petit déjeuner à maximum 10€ aurait été apprécié (18€ c'est vraiment trop cher pour moi) Un peu de bruit dans la rue (déambulations nocturnes et travaux)

Superbe chambre appartement, tout est neuf et propre. On s’y sent bien ! L’espace bien-être est un vrai plus. L’hôtel est idéalement situé à 100 mètres des arènes de Nîmes. Le personnel est également sympathique. Seul bémol, prix exhorbitant du petit déjeuner !

We only stayed 1 night in this hotel and found it to be perfect. It was right beside the colloseum so perfect for sightseeing in the old town and close to everything. The hotel spotless so would highly recommend it for a short breakaway. Breakfast was also good and plentiful.

Nice, modern hotel with spacious rooms, good bathroom and comfortable beds. Small kitchenette, but a buffet breakfast is still provided for those that want it. However, the breakfast is rather sparse, mainly breads and a few slivers of cheese and meet. Yoghurt, but no fruit. Another note, is that the cheese and meats are not refilled, so if you are not once of the first at breakfast, you won't get anything but bread, coffee and orange juice, which is fresh squeezed and fantastic. No housekeeping, so no fresh towels even after several days. And no refills for toilet paper. That was the only downnside, as there was only one roll in the room. I had to request toilet paper several times. None ever arrived, and I had to go to the front desk to get it.
