First rate property. Interesting water views with eagle and osprey activity. 2 minutes to the beach/park/bike path. New furnishings. Fully equipped. Quibble, Uses a Keurig so you may need your own pods. Really a 5 star place.

The house was incredible. We flew in from BC and the house had everything we needed. The view was beautiful and the proximity to the beach was perfect. Inclusion of the park pass was appreciated. We did not want to leave and will be back for sure.

My friend and I enjoyed this lovely holiday home, so close to Brackley Beach. It was located in a safe quiet area, and had a beautiful view of an inlet. The new kitchen appliances, the laundry facilities, the large windows, brand new furniture made this place exceptional. The only concern was not being given the address until three days before check in. I like to have this information a lot sooner when travelling from so far away. The vrbo help desk should have informed me when I called that our booking was secure and we would only be told three days ahead. My daughter helped me contact the owner as I am inept on the computer. The owner was nice to talk to once we figured out how to get in touch.

Lynn’s places was a wonderful place for a weekend getaway. Had everything we needed to host a larger group, the house is so bright and open. Great to have the BBQ and fire pit. Lynn was fast to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend this place to a friend!

Our family stayed in this beautiful cabin during yhe Christmas holidays. We enjoyed every minute of it. The interior is very pristine and squeeky clean. All the things that we need are already there. You won't need anything else. The kitchen has all the utensils that are necessary. Our kids love their rooms. The bathrooms are very clean. The dining and living room are very cozy. Lynn is very accommodating and very friendly. We will definitely come back again.

This property is so clean, well stocked with all the appliances and accessories you need. The beds are super comfortable as well as the living area. Lots of towels and blankets, and we loved the games, books and pamphlet on PEI. Great personal touch. My family loved every minute spent there and we all wish to return again soon. Thank you.

This house was the perfect stay for my family on our recent trip to PEI. The location was ideal for all of our activities and exploring the island. The house itself was beautifully decorated, everything was clean, the house was spacious for the four of us, and we had everything we needed for our stay. The host was quick to respond to my questions and we loved having the park pass to use. I would highly recommend this property!

Very nice location. Easy check in. But house was not that clean. Couches were disgusting , freezer, windows need a good cleaning. My sheets on the bed were so pilly couldn’t sleep on them. Do directions for garbage so there was 16?days of garbage. Need blinds on windows no privacy. Cardboard covering onwindow which I read earlier so should have been taken care of. Needs a deep clean .

My friend and I spent 3 nights here last week. Unfortunately, the weather was terribly cold and wet, so we were very happy to spend a lot of time indoors in this clean (spotless) and beautifully decorated home. It felt brand new, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the environment was serene and peaceful. Great proximity to beautiful beaches and quaint restaurants (food was amazing!) and not too far from Charlottetown if you are looking for a city vibe. We will definitely be returning next year to experience this all again - hopefully with sunshine and warmer temps ;-)

The cottage was much more than a cottage. It had all the amenities of home. It was beautifully decorated and the open concept gave lots of space for all of us. My grandsons loved the ice making fridge. It was a very quiet location and only a short drive to the beach and Charlottetown. The hosts were very quick to respind to any questions I had. . This cottage has spoiled us and it will be hard to find one that compares in the future.

Cannot say enough about our recent trip to Prince Edward Island and our stay at Dunes View Cottage. The location was perfect with beautiful views from almost every window. The pictures on-line do not do it justice. The house was much bigger than we expected and was really tastefully decorated. Our host Lynn was great to deal with and answered our questions right away. As well as being close to parks, beaches and local shops in a rural setting, it was also only 15-20 minutes away from Charlottetown if you’re looking for a bigger city experience. Every amenity you could want is there, with great restaurants and waterfront. PEI and Dunes View Cottage are definitely 2 places we hope to visit again and again!

This house was a great place for our family of seven to stay during our short time in PEI. We loved the location and spent one day going west, touring the Anne of Green Gable/Cavendish area and beyond and the next going east to Greenwich Beach. The home was well-stocked with everything from beach towels to anything you would need for the kitchen. It looked new and well taken care of. Our only complaint was the window treatments in the bedrooms did not fit the windows and block out sun or offer much privacy. Otherwise, we loved everything about the house.

My family of 5 visited PEI last week, and had the privilege of staying in this STUNNING home. Spacious, beautifully decorated, with a view off the back porch that I could stare at all day. All amenities one would need are provided, and then some. The atmosphere within the home was very calming, which was greatly appreciated after days filled with constant activity. The inside pictures don't really do the home justice. It is quite a bit larger than the pictures indicate. You literally feel like you're "home". I genuinely never wanted to leave. (The island itself was enough to make me not want to go!) No matter where you drive or walk, there is immaculate farmland, rolling hills, and ocean as far as the eye can see. One of the best vacations and accommodations I've ever had.

Excellent stay at an excellent and very very quiet location. Dunes View Cottage became a home away from home for us. Driving proximity to Brackley Beach (5mins, ample parking with Washrooms, Showers and Seasonal Cafeteria, full accessibility, Seasonal Life Guards and safe swim area, the beach stretches for miles and offers great surf walking), Charlottetown Airport (15 mins) Charlottetown Downtown Waterfront (25 mins but go via Charlottetown perimeter highway, it brings you out at the waterfront car parks and all amenities), all major grocery and everyday shopping stores (20 mins). Plentiful sightseeing drives to local beaches, towns and lovely lunchtime restaurants, all within easy reach (60-90mins). If driving to PEI via the Confederation Bridge (a must see), consider leaving by the Ferry at Wood Islands and cruise across to Caribou Nova Scotia, a wonderful experience. Lynn answered our questions promptly. We had no issues with any aspect of the Cottage, everything worked just fine and is as shown and described. We've visited PEI on several occasions over 25 years and this was our best yet. Dave n Annette Ontario

My friend and I enjoyed this lovely holiday home, so close to Brackley Beach. It was located in a safe quiet area, and had a beautiful view of an inlet. The new kitchen appliances, the laundry facilities, the large windows, brand new furniture made this place exceptional. The only concern was not being given the address until three days before check in. I like to have this information a lot sooner when travelling from so far away. The vrbo help desk should have informed me when I called that our booking was secure and we would only be told three days ahead. My daughter helped me contact the owner as I am inept on the computer. The owner was nice to talk to once we figured out how to get in touch.

Cannot say enough about our recent trip to Prince Edward Island and our stay at Dunes View Cottage. The location was perfect with beautiful views from almost every window. The pictures on-line do not do it justice. The house was much bigger than we expected and was really tastefully decorated. Our host Lynn was great to deal with and answered our questions right away. As well as being close to parks, beaches and local shops in a rural setting, it was also only 15-20 minutes away from Charlottetown if you’re looking for a bigger city experience. Every amenity you could want is there, with great restaurants and waterfront. PEI and Dunes View Cottage are definitely 2 places we hope to visit again and again!

Lynn’s places was a wonderful place for a weekend getaway. Had everything we needed to host a larger group, the house is so bright and open. Great to have the BBQ and fire pit. Lynn was fast to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend this place to a friend!

Our family stayed in this beautiful cabin during yhe Christmas holidays. We enjoyed every minute of it. The interior is very pristine and squeeky clean. All the things that we need are already there. You won't need anything else. The kitchen has all the utensils that are necessary. Our kids love their rooms. The bathrooms are very clean. The dining and living room are very cozy. Lynn is very accommodating and very friendly. We will definitely come back again.

This house was the perfect stay for my family on our recent trip to PEI. The location was ideal for all of our activities and exploring the island. The house itself was beautifully decorated, everything was clean, the house was spacious for the four of us, and we had everything we needed for our stay. The host was quick to respond to my questions and we loved having the park pass to use. I would highly recommend this property!

My friend and I spent 3 nights here last week. Unfortunately, the weather was terribly cold and wet, so we were very happy to spend a lot of time indoors in this clean (spotless) and beautifully decorated home. It felt brand new, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the environment was serene and peaceful. Great proximity to beautiful beaches and quaint restaurants (food was amazing!) and not too far from Charlottetown if you are looking for a city vibe. We will definitely be returning next year to experience this all again - hopefully with sunshine and warmer temps ;-)

The cottage was much more than a cottage. It had all the amenities of home. It was beautifully decorated and the open concept gave lots of space for all of us. My grandsons loved the ice making fridge. It was a very quiet location and only a short drive to the beach and Charlottetown. The hosts were very quick to respind to any questions I had. . This cottage has spoiled us and it will be hard to find one that compares in the future.

The house was incredible. We flew in from BC and the house had everything we needed. The view was beautiful and the proximity to the beach was perfect. Inclusion of the park pass was appreciated. We did not want to leave and will be back for sure.

I had looked at so many properties before booking the house that I had forgotten the details until we arrived to the home. The home is lovely with its openness. Light and airy. The views from the windows was perfect. The water view, the sunset , and even the sunrise view wonderful. The location is perfect for exploring. Close to Charlottetown and just outside the national park. You can be on the beach in 5 minutes. Peaceful and quiet, away from the busy areas. The park pass was a nice touch.

We loved this home. Very roomy and well equipped with everything you would need for a few nights stay. The location was close to the Anne of Green Gables site and the beaches were only a beautiful drive away. Most importantly the beds were comfortable and the house was spotlessly clean.

The cottage with amenities and views was amazing. Easy to find a nook for reading and my tai chi/yoga and great location to travel around Prince Edward Island. The host was very helpful. Location was easy for us to navigate up to Tignish, Souris, Charlottetown, Montague, Cavendish and Kensington. The bespoke kitchen and open plan dining/living area was awesome. Shower in the front bathroom was like a luxury hotel shower. Easy to use blinds for windows and great lightweight drapes in the bedrooms. Beds were firm but very comfortable and offered a great night's sleep. Closets were spacious and allowed for efficient storage of clothing, Loved the bench and hooks for the front door. Laundry in the hallway near bedrooms is great and the high ceilings add to the charm of the cottage. This is an awesome cottage treasure and we loved every minute we spent there. Great for couples and families. Bonus of local fresh seafood and proximity to Brackley Beach too! Lynn, can't thank you enough for this great cottage.
