Beautiful, new property with super friendly and accommodating staff. I didn’t visit the pool but the pool area looked inviting. Very convenient laundry facilities. The wire closet built-ins were incredible! So many shelves, drawers, and hanging spaces. I’ve never seen anything as nice in a hotel. If someone were staying there for several nights, it would save so much time to swing open the closet door and have your clothing visible immediately. The kitchen area was nice and clean. The most impressive part of this hotel is the staff. Whoever hired them put together a dream team.

We stayed in one of the two room suites with a kitchen and it was fantastic for our family. Very clean and up to date furniture. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed to make a few meals at. There were enough outlets and usb ports in the bedroom to plug all of our devices into and that is rare! The gym was one of the best hotel gyms we’ve seen and the complimentary breakfast was nice, too. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. If we are ever back in this area, we know where will stay.

Love how clean the hotel rooms are, rooms are of great size. My kids enjoyed taking a dip in the pool. Breakfast buffet was great! Will definitely be booking again

We loved the feel of this hotel. It was very clean. It smells good. It is so great that there is free parking. The gym is nice. The breakfast is alright. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful. The pool is awesome! Most of our wedding guests stayed at this hotel during our wedding and everyone I spoke to about the hotel said they loved the stay! It was so convenient for everyone to be in one place and to have the free parking as well as the pool, which was a great hangout zone.

Check in was easy and the customer service was excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Only thing was the shampoo was empty. Only two coffee pods no waters for coffee and no creamer option in the room. Otherwise the room far exceeded expectations.

The staff and customer service is always great ilwe stay here at least once a month for business and to visit family. But on this stay my wife slipped on the bathroom because the showe floor was slippery the shampoo, contiditioner, and the shower gel they provide makes the floor very slippery. The hotel feels new and clean, although a bit spartan. No real decor in the room, but bed was comfortable and everything worked. The only thing distracting was that the body wash container in the shower was empty. That seems to be somewhat common these days since they have gone from individual tiny bottles of body wash/shampoo etc. The cleaning staff tend to forget to refill the large, attached bottles.

A/C was Amazing!!! Room temperature was Amazing as well! Beds were super comfortable and smelled great. Had a kitchen setup which was very useful. The Location was great plenty of restaurants all within walking distance. Front desk customer service was excellent! Will definitely book again!

Newer hotel, service was ok, heated pool was cold, 1 working elevator. Hotel located near loud busy highway. It was hard to get a decent nights rest. Only 1 breakfast attendant who was overwhelmed with keeping the breakfast line stocked. Waited 10 mins for oatmeal, bacon, coffee, plates etc. Pool towels upon request only, no spa. Lastly PAPER THIN WALLS!!!! We stayed 10days here and we had noisy neighbor who we could hear snoring all night, it was horrible.

When we checked in we were told at the front desk by Ivan that a street fair was going on up the street. Ivan was very kind. He checked us in, he had to come up and plunge our toilet, he did his best to accommodate us when I requested top floor, away from elevator and ice machine for a quiet room. He checked us in, greeted us as we came back in the evening from the street fair AND was there to say goodbye as we checked out.

I called a day early and asked if possible to go in 1 hr early check in and said yes I arrived the next day and told me no. So i understand hey rules are rules but i asked for two rooms queen beds and i had to wait until 3 pm so i waited. My 1 room was ready at 3pm and the other room i had to wait until 4 pm so it could be ready so i get it and you enforce the 3 pm rule but not have my rooms ready. Well i think that is some crap i asked for a discount because you said it will be ready and its not. They tried to put me another room when i clearly asked 2 beds and when asked if you change my room to a different room because you guys don't have the rooms ready my party of 5 people we weren't going to fit in a king size bed and i asked to get a discount right cause you guys are messing up bad. They refused and told me i had to wait that's what the manager had said done deal case closed. And after i got my room late and they would ask me why wouldn't answer back to them i just wanted to go on with my vacation and leave.

As a frequent traveler (35-50 trips a year), I have never experienced such an unpleasant stay. I stayed at this hotel for 12 days during the wildfires, and while I was patient and understanding, my experience was very disappointing. There was no water for 3-4 days, and the plumbing issue took far too long to resolve, with staff giving conflicting answers. My fridge didn’t work for most of my stay, and even after it was replaced three days before I left, the circuit breaker kept shutting down. Trash and room service were missed twice, and I had to ask the front desk to have someone pick up trash from my room. A staff member mentioned possible compensation, but despite followups and promises to escalate it, no one got back to me. to say the least this stay was very frustrating. I cannot recommend this hotel.

I was really impressed with this hotel. I travel alot and frequently stay with marriot. This is well kept beautiful property. The staff are incredibly friendly and so helpful. Great breakfast with really good food and options. Fantastic location on Historic Route 66 in Monrovia, CA. So much to see and do nearby as well as nicely located for close travel to the beach, mountains, or theme parks. Really adding this location to my must stay places when out traveling through.

Not recommended. I stayed for 8 nights and no room service was provided. I complaint to the staff and every time I had a different excuse. They prioritised room service for people who were staying 1 day to get the room ready for the next person, whilst they completely ignored my room - completely unethical and disrespectful. They did not deliver on the service I paid for!! This was completely messed up! Every morning upon leaving I had a conversation with the staff, they promised my room was scheduled for the room services, but nothing would happen.

They prioritised room service for people who were staying 1 day to get the room ready for the next person, whilst they completely ignored my room - completely unethical and disrespectful. They did not deliver on the service I paid for!! This was completely messed up! Every morning upon leaving I had a conversation with the staff, they promised my room was scheduled for the room services, but nothing would happen.

A/C was Amazing!!! Room temperature was Amazing as well! Beds were super comfortable and smelled great. Had a kitchen setup which was very useful. The Location was great plenty of restaurants all within walking distance. Front desk customer service was excellent! Will definitely book again!

I was really impressed with this hotel. I travel alot and frequently stay with marriot. This is well kept beautiful property. The staff are incredibly friendly and so helpful. Great breakfast with really good food and options. Fantastic location on Historic Route 66 in Monrovia, CA. So much to see and do nearby as well as nicely located for close travel to the beach, mountains, or theme parks. Really adding this location to my must stay places when out traveling through.

Conveniently situated withing walking distance of Old Town, hotel was very clean, quiet, with very polite and helpful staff. Bed and accommodations were very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended !!

Newer hotel, service was ok, heated pool was cold, 1 working elevator. Hotel located near loud busy highway. It was hard to get a decent nights rest. Only 1 breakfast attendant who was overwhelmed with keeping the breakfast line stocked. Waited 10 mins for oatmeal, bacon, coffee, plates etc. Pool towels upon request only, no spa. Lastly PAPER THIN WALLS!!!! We stayed 10days here and we had noisy neighbor who we could hear snoring all night, it was horrible.

A beautiful hotel, well maintained. Breakfast was excellent and well-stocked. We would have stayed 3 nights but there was an issue and the hotel had to move us to another hotel where they paid for the two nights there. The last night was here and it was wonderful.

I liked this hotel because it’s comfortable, clean and quiet. I do not like this hotel because the pet fee is $168.00 ($150 + $18 service tax) for a 16 pound, 16 year old well behaved dog. You also have to pay $12/day for parking. So I won’t ever come back and I do not recommend it.

Definitive 3/5. The good parts are all things you would want; staff was friendly, layout is pretty straight forward, and the best part is the location to downtown and to the Metro (we stayed for a Rose Bowl concert, it was perfect). But we were shocked that no one is talking about how thin the walls are! You can hear EVERYTHING. People walking, people talking, your neighbors TV. All of it is happening all the time. On top of that, there was a legit hole in our shower that they just covered with clear packaging tape.

Thus hotel is always so clean and quiet. No one bothers you and they'll give you a late check out if you want. When I stay in Monrovia (for family reasons ) if its not available, I usually go home. A little expensive though. I wish that they'd lower their prices on weekdays at least. But I would recommend this place to anyone
