Downtown Fairhope Studio

Great location and stay. My family love traveling to Fairhope and Montrose is our preferred host. We have stayed in two of the properties and will use them from now on.

Studio apartment was very comfy and very clean. Host had coffee already there for us morning coffee drinkers and I loved that. I did not think it would be that close to downtown Fairhope and it was! It is was like a block and a half walk. It was so perfect. We will definitely go back. We could walk into town for shopping and restaurants and also a short drive to the Mobile Bay. Appears to also be a very safe area. No problems. The only thing I had wished was the sofa made into a bed. But everything else was perfect. Loved it!

We enjoyed the apartment very much. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots and pans , dishes, etc. the bed was very comfortable, nice washer and dryer. The location was the best! We walked all over, from the downtown to the pier, to the surrounding parks, and beautiful neighborhood. The grocery story was even fairly close. The outside was our only complaint. With just a bench it didn’t offer much space for enjoying the sun or green space. We would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Fairhope, and does not want to rent a car. We didn’t, and were there three weeks! We did use LYFT a few times.

Perfect location and the place was spotless. It was actually bigger than we anticipated. The on street parking was also very convenient. We would absolutely rent this until again. Perfect for Mardi Gras.
