Elevator was broken. Outside door to access hall was broken; key card reader wouldnt unlock the door. Only "cart" to try and transport luggage was apparently stolen from walgreens. TV would randomly keep disconnecting from service provider. Bathroom had 2 switches; one wouldnt work and the other would turn on both the light and vent together which was noisy

Staff was friendly but always had to find them as they were never at desk. Elevator was broken. Thankfully we were on bottom floor per request. No ice buckets at all and when asked they didn't have any. Had to use bags to put ice in. Room was close to the side to outside and to stairs, heard it like a revolving door all night. Bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a full fridge.

The carpet was very dirty, it turned my socks black after walking on it. Most of the Motel 6's I stay at are nice. This one needs maintenance and carpets cleaned

Didn’t get a chance to stay. Tried checking in, was told elevator is out of order. You can have a room on the third floor but you’ll have to walk up and down the stairs. Declined due to my husband had double knee replacements and is unable to climb stairs. Lady at desk related that elevator would be fixed sometime next week.

Overall appeared cleanish but the carpet in the room old and dirty. When I showered, the water was black,under my feet. There was a power outrage and elevator was out for 24+ hours during our stay. Things happen but in reading reviews ,it was out in February, as well.

Room was musty, carpet was old, old, old stains everywhere just down right nasty. Elevator didnt work i was on the 2nd floor had to drag suitecase up a hot stairwell & when i got to the 2nd floor hall was hot & stuffy. No ice machine on the 2nd floor. Not even and ice bucket or a hair dryer was in the room. Bath towels had holes in them. Bath tub had crack lines. If this is the kind of rooms that they set aside for Expedia customers who book online i won't be using Expedia again. I wish now i would have taken pictures but i did not 😟

This motel looked like it was brand new. Carpets were clean without stains. The bed was very comfortable with nice bedding. In a safe location and very quiet. It wasn’t a 5 star hotel but was definitely a good value. We will stay here again.

Terrible experience.. booked for one night passing through and the room they gave me was disgusting. I went to the front desk to ask for a different room to be met with attitude and told what do you want me to do, I don’t clean the rooms. I was finally moved to a different room but it still wasn’t clean but not as gross as the first. I just slept on top of the blankets fully clothed.

I really did not feel comfortable in this hotel. The room was not very clean and the condition of the carpet and walls was in desperate need of replace and repair.

The property was clean, staff was great. Especially considering my key/door was acting funny so I was moved to another room which (probably a coincidence) was slightly bigger and had a bigger TV. Wifi is fast enough for phones and websites and TV streaming on my Fire Stick. Not necessary I just think cable is boring. A/C worked great, beds were clean I didn't even have to use my extra sheets or blanket. Bathroom was clean, didn't see any mold. Only complaints i have are the shower liner had a couple stains and the couch was slightly dirty but I didn't actually sit on it anyways. Definitely worth the price and came in clutch for the weekend stay. Close to a truck stop and plenty of restaurants just down the street. Also right next to I-10. Elevator unfortunately didn't work but I don't have any problem going up and down stairs. No funny smells or shady people standing around outside. Definitely a 4 star stay. Would come again.

Checked in around 9 pm. Booked based off higher rating and friend said heard it wasn’t bad. First room , didn’t even have door locked. Smelled of smoke and mold. Ashes along refrigerator. Beds not clean. Second room unclean , bed smelled of urine. Linen wasn’t clean, bed was just remade. The floor was soaked. Old wash rags left in shower. No accommodations made the first night. Went and purchased a comforter , sanitizer and cleaned so we can make it through the night. Next Morning , different people working front desk. I asked if they have another room available. They found one and moved us. The third room was cleaned. No issues. Overall bad experience. Will pay extra from now on for a hotel.

As reflected in the photos, the room hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. There was a smudge on the wall by the toilet paper dispenser that one didn’t have to use their imagination as to what it could have been, given the location. One of the pillow cases, although probably clean, was stained as though from sweaty heads. Even if “clean” should be disposed of.

Thank God it was only one short night for a few hours of sleep. 1) The elevator was out of order. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Can you say many trips up and down the stairs? 2) Our non-smoking room stunk like old smoke and mildew. That was pleasant...NOT! 3) The carpet was filthy and must have been 37 years old. 4) Finally, the most horrible part was that the shower did not work. The tub would run but not the shower. I needed to be clean for a meeting and basically gave myself a sponge bath. That turned my morning upside down as it added and extra 20 minutes to getting ready that I had no idea I would have to build in to getting ready. Do not stay here. Sleeping in my truck at a rest stop would have been equivalent to this waste of hard earned money.

There was hair and blood on pillow case. They put me on the 1st floor near the lobby and it was so loud all night long!! Only stayed one night and that will be the last.

The receptionist was very helpful with a couple of requests we had. Room was spacious, beds comfortable, but pillows were lumpy. Plenty of green space to walk our dog.

Only issue we had was the TV kept having a WIFI screen to log in on appearing quite often that I had to exit out of a lot which was a such a nucense.

Check in was ok, took showers, wall leaked, ruined clothes. Front desk was rude afterward and said, they was supposed to fix that. They was going to get the manager to call me. Still nothing from them. They put us in a room knowing it had a water leak. The morning lady was unprofessional and the management is a joke. They never would give me my receipt or a number to call. I’ve stayed all over the country and never been treated like that! They could have at least given a courtesy call but we just didn’t matter. Do better! Such a joke!

Surprised how this Motel looked compared to other Motel 6’s. It was modern and well maintained. All the staff went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. There was ample yard for the dogs. I plan on staying there again on our way back.

Our stay was short and sweet. The staff was friendly and polite, eager to help. The are pet friendly so we usually stay at a motel 6. Nice as any other. The hotel coffee is pretty decent too. Not to light or watered down. The only thing that makes me nervous is all of the weed smells coming from each floor in a non-smoking hotel. I mean no judgment here you do your thing! But the police is not your friend!!! You will go directly to jail and you will not collect 200$ dollars. You will not pass Go. Even over something as harmless as cannabis. So I don’t want attention brought to me by someone else who is not following the rules and smoking all products outside!

The property was clean, staff was great. Especially considering my key/door was acting funny so I was moved to another room which (probably a coincidence) was slightly bigger and had a bigger TV. Wifi is fast enough for phones and websites and TV streaming on my Fire Stick. Not necessary I just think cable is boring. A/C worked great, beds were clean I didn't even have to use my extra sheets or blanket. Bathroom was clean, didn't see any mold. Only complaints i have are the shower liner had a couple stains and the couch was slightly dirty but I didn't actually sit on it anyways. Definitely worth the price and came in clutch for the weekend stay. Close to a truck stop and plenty of restaurants just down the street. Also right next to I-10. Elevator unfortunately didn't work but I don't have any problem going up and down stairs. No funny smells or shady people standing around outside. Definitely a 4 star stay. Would come again.

Thought i would stay a little outside of Lafayette to stay away from weirdos but here they let them watch TV in the lobby at night and circling the property and halls inside of building. It's a sketchy place at night.

Well light at night. Convenient to travel. Mostly quiet at night. Friendly staff. No breakfast at 8:30A. Appeared housekeeping spent more time in my room than necessary. Stayed 5 nights. Bed made 1 day. Towels changed every day. Noticed dried mud on floor one night when I came in in front of TV and appeared TV had been on. Notice toilet used and not cleaned one night when I came in? Other than that enjoyed my stay!

Do not believe the negative you see under new management. Our stay here was great from checking in late to the time we left. Ms Kitty was fantastic and her customer service was the bomb :).She did not once have an attitude with anything that was asked. We will definitely be back. The rooms were clean and everything was quite. I loved the pet friendly :) The price of the stay is a plus. The places to eat was walking distance and a Casino across the street. Nothing to say bad about this stay out then the dusty roads lol Thx for having us :)

Everything was just OK. New ownership, not filthy but not clean either. No breakfast but good coffee. Seems hotel is just under new management. Still, a decent place for the 4 S's at a moderate price

The stay was nice. Clean rooms, friendly service, I was about to bring my two dogs at no extra charge. The hotel was actually very nice. Didn't seem too crowded either. It would be nice if they did a breakfast but I knew they didn't ahead of time. Really nice for the price.

Get what you pay for. Bed good, two pillows good, no coffee pot, out of coffee in lobby, out of juices in lobby, pool full of green water, clean but wasn’t vacuumed. No luggage carts. Exit doors don’t work with room key.

The mattress was to soft and so were the pillows.They came in everyday and put clean towels but didnt vacuum only 1 pack of coffee in room no sugar or creamer.1st time I been to a motel that there was no shampoo

We have stayed at MANY places including other hotels from this chain….this was the absolute worse!! The aroma of skunk weed and just old fonk reeked throughout the whole place. The pool was green and was closed due to not being maintained. Rooms were filthy and roach infested. We barely slept from the banging and running the ENTIRE night both nights. Safe to say it was our first and last time staying there. 10/10 do not recommend!!

The elevator was broke the entire 5 day visit. Advertised breakfast but only coffee was available. Snack machine was empty the entire 5 days! Was a no smoking hotel supposedly but it stunk of smoke in hallways and the room itself. I reserved 2 queen beds and got two double beds Had to ask for more towels for our 3rd registered guest on day one…..had to try 3x to get those as no one was available at the front desk and no button available to ring for service No manager name or number on walls to mention The pool was the most disgusting shade of green/black cesspool. Side door was propped open several times with a sign that said not to prop open the door. The smoke alarm went off at 3AM in our room and we don’t smoke and weren’t anywhere near smoke or smokers Party in the parking lot by the pool on our 3rd night We spent so much time trying to maneuver the tv remote without success. After 15 minutes it brought up a screen we couldn’t move the remote to cancel out of This place is not some place I would recommend or stay at ever again
