We chose this hotel because of its services and for its pool. When we arrived we were informed pool was closed and we weren’t informed before, and that was a huge issue for us. Room was supposed to be better than the one we booked but wasn’t that great. It was a little dirty and some mess from previous customers. For the price and for the brand it is a hotel that must be better.

Lovely hotel, but the swimming pool was too closed to enjoy and the hot tub was connected, so it was too cold to use. Ive seen others give the same feedback, so its bad the hotel isnt making the improvements. Staff were lovely and helpful, but i wouldnt stay again. Not worth the fee.

I booked because of the pool and the pool was shut. Everyrhing else was great. You should be discounted when that happens. It was out of my way and you pay more for accessing a pool.

Beautiful hotel, clean with great facilities- shame the steam room was out of order and pool temperature was slightly too cold, but this didn’t affect our stay.

Treated myself to a relaxing staycation and the hotel was really amazing. The room was spacious and on a very hot day in London to come into a wonderfully airconditoned room was bliss. The spa and gym was also great, I can’t fault it. Would recommend and definitely come back to stay.

We had a lovely stay here, got a free room upgrade as they noticed my birthday was coming up! They also left me a birthday note and some chocolate. Aircon was fab, room was spotless, bed was so luxurious and comfy. Staff were amazing and welcoming - a member of staff sent us a text to check if everything was ok just 5 minutes after checking in. Pool and sauna were lovely, but gutted that the steam room wasn’t working though and there was no sign or warning that it was out of order. Apart from that, I’d 100% recommend.

This hotel is very classy. Immaculate from the hallways to the room. Bed comfortable and cosy linen. Coffee machine, big tv. Trouble with the tv the maximum volume was set so low I couldn’t hear it. Just wanted to relax with tv at the end of a busy day. Hotel is new and the decor is very soothing. Good sized night tables and also our twin room had a table and chair. The breakfast is huge with lots of stuff to choose from. Bathroom very nice with sink area separate which is great. I would highly recommend this hotel. Food from restaurant was good too. The room even had art pieces and a few books. Completely quiet also.

Really lovely clean rooms, hotel was nice and quiet. Didn't hear anyone else in their rooms or coming in from nights out and we stayed at the weekend. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast had so much choice and was presented nicely. Would highly recommend staying here, we'll definitely be back. 10/10 from us 😁

Great staff, kind and helpful. WiFi was unfortunately functioning well and even tough a workaround was offered, it is something you would expect to work properly in a hotel in this prize class. When using the pool, no towels were available and the changing room area needed some serious attention with used towels all over the place.

On arrival we were greeted by two lovely staff members. Thankfully our rooms were ready at 8:30am as we were extremely tired from an overnight flight. The room was adequate for a short stay. The bed & pillows were comfortable but there was no safe which I hadn’t realised when booking. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work, I was extremely hot on the last night and the temp was reading 23.7 degrees. Didn’t mention at check out as we had a train to catch, sorry. We usually stay in central London but stayed here with others in our group. All the staff members we encountered were friendly and professional.

Twin room for a long weekend. The room was spacious and clean. It was very quiet you would not have known anyone else was in the building. Jacuzzi was good after it finally warmed up. Staff could have been clearer with instructions and what was available. There was no reception for calls, wifi connection was poor. Accidentally booked an accessible room, telephone in room didn’t work, fridge didn’t work & coffee machine had a jammed pod inside it so couldn’t use. Staff were friendly, swimming pool lovely, air con was amazing.

Such a lovely property with very Friendly and helpful staff. Room was cosy and comfortable, only downside was no phone signal in the room so could only do WiFi calls when needed.

First night arrived in London, finding my way to Canary Wharf. Couldn't believe how beautiful and comfy the hotel is (compared to the one I slept in Venice, Italy). Great services, both attitude of the receptionists and service of breakfast. You should have breakfast at the hotel. It is comfy and relaxing!

We stayed here for the bank holiday weekend and the hotel was lovely, the rooms were a decent size and very clean, the hotel staff were all so friendly with a special mention Aalyan who upgraded our room on arrival as we were early and our room wasn’t ready yet! The area the hotel was in was also lovely and very clean, with lots to do in the area but also good transport links into the centre.

Everything was good. Breakfast was great. However, our room didnt have basics like hand soap and requested this 3 times before it was brought to our room.

We had a lovely stay here, got a free room upgrade as they noticed my birthday was coming up! They also left me a birthday note and some chocolate. Aircon was fab, room was spotless, bed was so luxurious and comfy. Staff were amazing and welcoming - a member of staff sent us a text to check if everything was ok just 5 minutes after checking in. Pool and sauna were lovely, but gutted that the steam room wasn’t working though and there was no sign or warning that it was out of order. Apart from that, I’d 100% recommend.

Very close to a 5 star experience. As a business traveler it was great. The hotel was clean, high end design, small but well atended bar, staff was pleasant and very helpful. A bit of a walk to the tube but it’s a nice walk with pretty sights and very clean streets. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for the bank holiday weekend and the hotel was lovely, the rooms were a decent size and very clean, the hotel staff were all so friendly with a special mention Aalyan who upgraded our room on arrival as we were early and our room wasn’t ready yet! The area the hotel was in was also lovely and very clean, with lots to do in the area but also good transport links into the centre.

Really lovely clean rooms, hotel was nice and quiet. Didn't hear anyone else in their rooms or coming in from nights out and we stayed at the weekend. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast had so much choice and was presented nicely. Would highly recommend staying here, we'll definitely be back. 10/10 from us 😁

First night arrived in London, finding my way to Canary Wharf. Couldn't believe how beautiful and comfy the hotel is (compared to the one I slept in Venice, Italy). Great services, both attitude of the receptionists and service of breakfast. You should have breakfast at the hotel. It is comfy and relaxing!

We had a great stay at Lincoln Plaza. We were lucky our room was ready early so we were able to check in earlier than planned. The room was lovely and was decorated nicely, comfortable bed and the aircon was fairly good once it got going. The pool area was a little strange to get to but was pleasant and the sauna was nice. Like other reviews the pool and jacuzzi were quite cold but still usable and the steam wasn’t working. The breakfast was a real highlight, loads of options and all really nice food, would definitely recommend adding it to the stay! The staff were all really friendly too.

Travelled with teen daughter, room was clean and comfy, hotel was quiet and calm, the pool facilities were good and stayed open to a good time. staff were really lovely, close to the dlr station,with good transport links and the area felt safe for exploring in the daytime and the evening. We had a very enjoyable stay at Lincoln Plaza. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Canary Wharf with its shops, bars, restaurants and the river, while the DLR is only around five minutes away. The pool and gym were excellent, and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had, with plenty of choice. Every member of staff we encountered was welcoming and professional, with the exception of our checkout experience. We were left confused by several card transactions, and the explanation at reception was unclear and felt rather abrupt. To the hotel’s credit, the Front Office Manager responded promptly, fully explained the charges and resolved the matter with a goodwill gesture. My only advice would be to check your card transactions carefully and ask for an itemised bill at checkout. Overall, I would happily stay here again.

Good quiet location close to DLR, Jubilee- and Elizabeth line. Modern hotel with comfortable spacious rooms and access to health club with pool. Great breakfast and dinner with lovely and welcoming staff. Will be back.
