Philadelphia Suites at Airport - An Extended Stay Hotel

O quarto cheirava a cigarro e o chuveiro não esquentava. O atendimento na recepção foi bom e o café da manhã também.

The room was dirty. The floor was dirty. There were food and crumbs in the sofa bed. No linens in the room for the sofa bed and we had to go to the office twice to get the correct linens. The phone in the room did not work. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, so much so that our clothes smelled like smoke. There was garbage on the sidewalk and overflowing the trash container outside. Breakfast was nothing to brag about. Property was not well maintained at all.

Room smelled heavily of smoke; it subsided a little bit after a few hours but it came back later in the day leading me to think either the room next to us or the one above us was smoking. The continental breakfast was subpar. Not a lot of offerings, there was cereal but no milk, luke warm coffee. Flossy at the front desk was the only good thing about the whole stay.

Our overnight stay a Philadelphia Suites was very good. However, there was one issue that caused me not to give our stay a 5. I was unable to take a shower in the morning because the water never got hot or even warm. The room phone was inoperable, and we had difficulty using the remote. Things like room cleanness, staff and kitchen and the breakfast was either excellent to very good.
