Nous sommes très insatisfait de cet hôtel ainsi que d’hôtel.com. Nous avons été débité trois fois du montant de la nuit, nous tentons en vain de contacter Hotels.com et l’hôtel en direct, personne ne daignent nous répondre, un prélèvement 3 fois de suite est inadmissible. We are very dissatisfied with this hotel as well as hotel.com. We were charged three times for the amount of the night, we try in vain to contact Hotels.com and the hotel directly, no one deigns to answer us, a withdrawal 3 times in a row is unacceptable.

Initially I was given a room no. 24X, it was a really long walk to the room, then only to find out that there were baby croaches coming from the shower area. Immediately requested a different room, and thankfully the newer room was clean. Sorry to say the first impression is ruined. Truly is a transitional quick stay for flight transfer. Do note this hotel is in T1, and if u r landing in T2, is a 20-30 mins drive via free shuttle.

Comodissimo e super organizzati con colazione che parte dalle 4 del mattino. Consiglio di prendere una camera executive perché di fatto si tratta di 2 camere unite e quindi c'è molto spazio anche per lasciare a aperti i bagagli. Le camere standard invece sono troppo piccole

The check-in was extremely terrible. We had proper reservation but the hotel reception was trying to give us a hard time. First, they denied the guest check-in. Then they tried to question whether reservation was the day before but it's not true. Then they didn't accept screenshot of reservation from WhatsApp (with proper reservation number) and forced us to download pdf of the reservation and sent to them. After all these, they told us the hotel was fully booked. It seems to us that they overbooked or not connected well to hotels.com system. So, we have to contact hotels.com staff right away. After hotels.com staff called them, we could finally checked-in. The entire process took like 40 minutes of frustration. I would recommend to avoid this hotel at all cost!
