Very nice 5 night stay. The staff were great, including the manager . He took charge when we lost power (major storm in area caused many to lose electricity), and made sure all ran well under the circumstances.

Wonderful stay! The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and helpful throughout my visit. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and were incredibly responsive and accommodating when I needed their assistance. Their genuine warmth and excellent customer service really stood out. I felt very well taken care of and truly appreciated how thoughtful everyone was. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The staff was very friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. The person who checked us in spent a considerable amount of time recommending dining venues and attractions based on our interests. Our TV didn't work and an engineer came to check it out within ten minutes even though it was the evening. The breakfast room staff were very friendly and helpful - made us feel right at home. Ample breakfast offerings. The evening dining staff were equally friendly and accommodating. Location was very convenient to all of the attractions we were there to visit.

Everything was great...fun bar, very nice rooms with kitchen small living room area. But the reason we stayed was the Culinary Institute. The staff told us it was a 5 min walk, Please be advised it is not 5 min more like 10-15 min. The hill from the hotel is step and it's also steep to go up to the Culinary Institute. If your young its fine. But people who don't walk to well should expect to take and Uber maybe 7-10.00$ We took and Uber home because it was dark out after we had our dinner. You can pick up and Uber very easy by the students dorms.
