주차는 약간 불편하지만. 동네는 조용하고. 좋았으며 직원분들도 친절하시고

フロント以外からホテルに入れるのでセキュリティがちょっと心配です。コンビニが入り口にあるので便利でした。

ソンド海水浴の目の前。 一階にはコンビニ、スタバ、ブルーシャークカフェが入っていて便利。 ホテルのフロントデスクは3階にあります。オーシャンビュー側の部屋はテラス付の絶景が待っています。夜景もとても綺麗なのでオススメです！

주차장이 너무불편해요

가격대비 위치, 룸컨디션 모두 괜찮았습니다. 다만 기계식 주차라 체크아웃시간에는 대기시간이 너무 길더라구요 (약 1시간 가량 소요)

ロケーションは素晴らしくよく、海の真ん前ですぐに散歩に行けるし、コンビニもあるので便利です。レストランも豊富です。 部屋が思ったより狭かったです。スーツケースを2個広げるスペースはないです。 トイレの扉がガラスで、ちょっと落ち着かないです。部屋との区切りの扉がなく、友人と泊まると気まずいと思います。 日本語スタッフが駐在とありますが、ほとんどいませんでした。

Très bon séjour. La vie sur la mer est superbe! Dommage elle est gâchée par de nombreux bateaux de commerce !! On a demandé s'ils pouvaient nous prêter des serviettes de plage. Réponse catégorique :NON. On voyait de nombreux touristes venir avec les serviettes de chambre de l'hôtel (ni vu ni connu).

Schönes Hotel am ältesten Strand, Cablecar und Busse sehr nah. Leider riecht es in den Zimmern nach leicht nach Rauch. Früher vermutlich Raucherzimmer gewesen. Leider keine Möbel auf dem Balkon. Schade

Ett bra hotell med en fantastisk utsikt över stranden och havet. Mycket enkelt att gå ner till stranden för ett bad. Det vi saknade var sittmöbler på terrassen.

Walkable to many attractions such as the Songdo cable car ride, Songdo cloud walk, and of course Songdo beach. I will stay here again next time I visit Busan!

A very good hotel. The room was clean and was cleaned every day. And every day clean towels The staff was friendly and helpt if necesarry. The location was, for us, perfect. Within 10 minuts by bus to Nampo for shopping or metro.

깨끗한객실 특히 욕실부분이 넘 깨끗해서 좋았어요

뷰도 좋고 괜찮았는데 방에 모기가 너무너무 많았어요.. 16층인데도 진짜 2일동안 묵으면서 얼굴 포함 10방은 물렸네요.. 모기 관련해서 조치가 꼭 필요해 보입니다. 또한 침구에 피가 조금 묻어있었어요.. 나머지는 다 괜찮았긴 한데 다음에 또 오진 않을 것 같고 추천도 안해줄 것 같네요. 정리: 그냥 오션뷰 원툴

Got a free upgrade. Ocean views were great. Views itself were great. Extremely walkable, about 4 - 7 minutes walk to the nearest bus station which can bring you around. Food option was also there, with a lot of chicken, seafood and BBQs. Beach is also super clean with seaweeds washing up here and there. Staff were all super helpful. Don’t remember their names as I was kore focused on trying to understand what they were explaining to me. But they were all super helpful, even with booking taxis and answering my other queries. Aircon was the only downside in terms of facility as i have no clue how to turn it off/on cold/hot even after i clicked all the buttons, would magically on in the middle of the night or not turn on at all.

오션뷰는 매우좋아요 다른뷰는 잠만자기에 좋구요 주변 먹거리 많고 해수욕장 10보거리 굳이 단점을 말한다면 객실사이즈가 조금 작음듯

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich traumhaft – ruhige Umgebung, wunderschöne Aussicht und alles sehr sauber. Das hat mir auf Anhieb gefallen und sorgt definitiv für Erholung. Leider konnte der Rest des Aufenthalts damit nicht ganz mithalten. Das Personal wirkt sehr korrekt und professionell, aber irgendwie fehlt die Herzlichkeit – man hat eher das Gefühl, „abgefertigt“ als wirklich willkommen zu werden. Auch beim Service hatte ich mir etwas mehr erwartet: Für jede Zimmerreinigung wird extra Geld verlangt, was ich so bisher noch nie erlebt habe. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung, aber sehr minimalistisch – keine kleinen Extras wie Zahnbürste, Hygieneartikel oder zusätzliche Toilettenrolle. Ich erwähne das, weil ich in einem anderen Hotel nicht nur eine tägliche kostenlose Zimmerreinigung hatte, sondern jedes Mal sogar ein kleines Willkommens-Kit mit allem Drum und Dran bekommen habe. Das hat hier leider komplett gefehlt. Fazit: Eine wunderschöne Lage und makellose Sauberkeit, aber der Service und die Ausstattung bleiben deutlich hinter dem zurück, was man bei diesem Preis erwarten würde. Schade, da das Hotel so viel Potenzial hätte.

호텔이라고 생각하고 투숙하면 화가 많이 나고요 콘도에 묵었다고 생각하면 이해가 되는 호텔입니다. 네. 별로에요. 직원 태도도 별로고, 모든 시설과 설치물는 투숙객의 편의보다 직원들 편안함이 우선되는 인상을 받았습니다. 추천하지 않습니다

Well, I only stayed one night in Busan and I was very lucky to have chosen this hotel. It was not only the best spot to choose, as a lot is around the hotel itself, including the beach, but the hotel and its view. I would recommend to choose a room with ocean view, it is breathtaking and if you have one with a balcony, what else is to ask for then to be able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The staff I met was very friendly and kind. The room I stayed in was well designed and the bed was cozy. Thank you Grab the Ocean for my stay and whenever I will travel back to Busan, I will stay at yours, for sure :)

산책로와 가깝고, 스타벅스가 가깝게 있습니다. 사이드였지만 바다도 보였고, 출장갔는데 잘쉬었어요.가격대비. 굿

Room is big and clean. Good showering place. If want to book beach facing room will need to pay much more. Nice scenary outside hotel, beach just across the road. However, not near train station. Have to walk a bit if need to go to bus stop. Limited eateries near hotel, mostly seafood restaurants. Food price not the cheapest.

송도해수욕장과 가까운 위치에 있어 편해서 좋았고, 조식도 맛있었습니다.

My friend & I loved this place.The location was fantastic, right on the beach in Songdo, Busan. Lovely views of the beach, even though we didn't have a front facing room (the ones with a balcony are all at the front). We enjoyed the breakfast also, there was a great choice & the coffee was quality. The staff at breakfast were prompt with clearing your table which is always nice if you want to clear your first place so you can go up again for a fresh plate of something sweet. As a Brit I have to compliment the bread also as it was wasn't ridiculously sweet for once. The views at breakfast was fabulous also! The beds were really comfortable, which is so important as the next hotel we stayed at had old spring mattresses & was horrible. But here the mattresses seemed to be good quality foam mattresses & I couldn't feel any uncomfortable springs. The water & heating is controlled on a panel, but you can't control them separately so a hot shower equals a hot room also, but we slept with the window open which helped, a little noisy with some construction works happening in the area, but not so noisy we couldn't sleep through it. The location is great, it was easy enough to find get to the bus stops & there was some really lovely restaurants very close by (including a little korean casual dining place called dongnyeok, which was a very friendly little place & the owner/cook was so nice and friendly). The beach is all lit up at night & you can see the cable cars all day.

전반적으로 괜찮었음. 다만, 조식의 질이 좀…. 물론 조식 가격이 싸다 보니 불만을 제기하기에는. 오히려 가격을 좀 올리고 개선하는 방향이 맞지 않을까 않을까 하는 생각.
