We left a day early as the place was disgusting. The shower was dirty. The pool was filled with concrete. They were exposed outlets. The shelf had fallen off the wall not been fixed, and the light had been removed from the ceiling and not been fixed. I requested a contact back from Hotels.com from which I have not received. I would like a full refund.

I know this was remodeled sev yrs ago but it’s already looking worn out! Door from parking sticks so it won’t latch without force so everyone leaves it open. NO security. Bottle caps, cig butts in parking lot. Breakfast-meh! Lobby attendant is phoning it in! Hard pass!

Just keep driving, which is exactly what we should have done. If we didn’t have 4 exhausted children under 5 we would have left. The rooms were not clean, mold in the showers, hair in the fridge, and the ac didn’t work in either room. The entire hotel smelled musty and mildewed and of weed. There wasn’t a vending machine that worked, much less gave your money back. There were people standing around outside at all hours. It was just overall a terrible experience.

The first room was missing desk. The TV did not work. The phone was disconnected so I had to connect to call front desk to help with TV. When the person could not fix TV he called and decided to change rooms. He never said he would bring keys or to follow him. I had to go back to office to change rooms. The doors to building was sprung and would not close. Other guess was sitting on steps drinking and partying. Breakfast I had to request more syrup because they were out and desk person was on personal phone.

Well 1st of all i paid online. 2. They tried to charge me 2 more times. 3. We didn't have a iron, iron board, coffee maker, the beds and bathroom were dirty. 4. The icebox still had food in it from someone else who was in the room before us. 5. The breakfast sucks and they run out of food. 6. They 1 elevator and it was broken inside of it and it was shaking. I was so scared to get in it. 7. I needed 2 extra blankets and they wouldn't give them 2 me. I don't think I'll be going back there anymore. I got it because it was what i could afford. They also charged someone else who had hotels.com twice too. And that person paid in cash and then they charged his card 2. 8. It looked like they were remodeling the place 2 or something.

I probably won’t book a room at this hotel again because the picture on line show a place that is well kept. The actual rooms were not so the assign room was dirty tub was filthy someone showed and was not clean. Tiles broken in elevator and baseboards missing along walls. The free breakfast they offer have no meats nor eggs included on the menu, the coffee was lukewarm.

I probably won’t book a room at this hotel again because the picture on line show a place that is well kept. Their we bugs in the room and the floors were dirty like they hadent been cleaned in weeks We had to put everything in plastic bags 🎒 so roches don't get in our cloths and we took them home with us. We felt we should of gotten all our money back due to this nasty problem but we didnt. We wont fo back to this hotal again and we'd not recommend it to any one inless the want to carry bugs back home. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE ON THIS TRIP. NEXT TRIP I'LL STAY WIRH MY SISTER. I WOULD OF STAYED WITH HER THIS TIME BUT MY HUSBAND HAS MEDICAL ISSUES AND CANT WALK UP STEP'S.BUT NO MORE HOTAL AGAIN THIS WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE FOR US.

Hotel was disgusting. There was mold in the shower, stains on the beds and pillows, and the vent had so much dust on it you could not actually see the vent itself. Looking at the breakfast area is was dirty and there is no way I would feed my family from there. The front desk said that they could not help us and would not move us to another room or clean the one we were given. We left and had to pay for another hotel.

It was dingy, run down, and smelled terrible. On top of that we found dead bugs in the sheets. We were booked for 2 nights and when we checked out early & asked for a refund of the second night, they tried to refute the request. Request still ongoing but the result won’t change my assessment. Management wasn’t even shocked or apologetic when we told him about the bugs!

The room wasn't clean, the tub needs to be replaced, the base of the bed was metal and made loud noises when you get in and out of bed. The temperature was also set at 84 degrees when we arrived.

Well they didn’t have breakfast. They had coffee but lukewarm. So that should be removed on listing. The phone didn’t work. The remote on tv didn’t work they gave a different one and you couldn’t change volume or shut tv off with it. There were ice on sides and back of fridge. WiFi was terrible.

The Direct TV was out for the entire stay and was obviously out days before I arrived. The room was dirty, the phone broken, all buttons torn of the face, and the staff didn't seem to care enough to even say 'good morning' or acknowledge my presence. The door to my room was opened around 1am. They gave a key to another guest who had checked in. It could have gone Bad. Also I did not stay at the Studio Hotel, I was moved to the Red Roof Inn side of the hotel.

The cleaning service did not close our door after they came in. We constantly had to ask for bath towels. The front desk was excellent on customer service and responsive to our concerns.

Very quickly checked into my room. The room is clean and stocked. Several restaurants within walking distance. Very quiet area.

Inside the room was overall pretty good. Comfortable and clean enough. But the Inn next to us was very shady. The property adjacent was not very kept and had lots of loud ppl and dogs. As long as we were in our building/room it was great.

I give my feedback on yesterday when I check-in. This hotel is not up to my standards, the room appeared clean but the floor was wet and when I made staff aware, nothing was done and the person at the front desk said that just means the maid cleaned the room. 3 hours later the floor was still wet and no one came to mop up the water. There was no iron in the room and the hotel was noisy, and I could hear the constant moving all night long. The hotel claim it had a free complimentary breakfast, but all they had was toast and bagels. The bathroom was dirty, and the tub looked like it had bot been cleaned in a while. The bed was uncomfortable and the linen did not look cleaned. I went to Walmart and purchased pillow slip because I was afraid to lay my head on the hotel linen. The parking lot did not look safe and secure, but there were cameras mounted all over the place, don't know if they actually recorded anything, but I was able to park outside the room I was assigned.

The bathtub had mold, a broken towel hook and broken Kleenex box that was hanging under the sink. The overhead light was missing and electronic components were not covered. It has been my experience that when I book thru hotels.com I get the worst rooms, those needing lots of repairs. Breakfast area was dirty, hot water container had cold water and coffee barely warm. Microwave needed cleaning from a spill. At 7am food was limited and not being restocked. Attendant checking in and other on duty next morning did speak.

Hotel was disgusting. There was mold in the shower, stains on the beds and pillows, and the vent had so much dust on it you could not actually see the vent itself. Looking at the breakfast area is was dirty and there is no way I would feed my family from there. The front desk said that they could not help us and would not move us to another room or clean the one we were given. We left and had to pay for another hotel.

Well they didn’t have breakfast. They had coffee but lukewarm. So that should be removed on listing. The phone didn’t work. The remote on tv didn’t work they gave a different one and you couldn’t change volume or shut tv off with it. There were ice on sides and back of fridge. WiFi was terrible.

Hometowne Studios-Prattville was a mistake...deceptive w/its presentation. There is no check-in at the HomeTowne bldg you have to go to the Red Roof bldg for that... then walk out and back to HomeTowne. The outside glass doors were filthy, once in the room it appeared ok but the bathroom was dirty, visible dust and mold!! Brkfst was a JOKE! No juice, milk, meat, eggs or fruit.Just mini muffins, waffles, wheat & white bread, instant oatmeal and grits, tea & coffee. If we hadn't been charged already & tired from our Friday night journey arriving there at 9:30 ish p.m., we would have left. We sprayed all surfaces with our own disinfectant but we will NEVER AGAIN purposely choose this hotel again!!!

The first room was missing desk. The TV did not work. The phone was disconnected so I had to connect to call front desk to help with TV. When the person could not fix TV he called and decided to change rooms. He never said he would bring keys or to follow him. I had to go back to office to change rooms. The doors to building was sprung and would not close. Other guess was sitting on steps drinking and partying. Breakfast I had to request more syrup because they were out and desk person was on personal phone.

I probably won’t book a room at this hotel again because the picture on line show a place that is well kept. The actual rooms were not so the assign room was dirty tub was filthy someone showed and was not clean. Tiles broken in elevator and baseboards missing along walls. The free breakfast they offer have no meats nor eggs included on the menu, the coffee was lukewarm.

I probably won’t book a room at this hotel again because the picture on line show a place that is well kept. Check in was easy and smooth . Our room had a small stain on the bed sheets which house keeping replaced other than that the room was clean and no other issues . The room number was 340. It was a date night for me and my wife .

During my stay, the front desk mistakenly gave another guest a key to my occupied room. They unlocked and entered while I was inside. Although they realized the mistake and left immediately, this was a serious breach of my privacy and made me feel unsafe. Guests should never be given access to an occupied room. I’d like to know what steps you’re taking to prevent this from happening again and how you plan to address what happened. Because of the seriousness of this incident, I’d like to request an appropriate resolution, such as a refund, points, or another form of compensation.

We stay here a couple times a year.. for several years now. In the past we had to have them replace the air, another time our drive didn’t work. This time, we opened the door and roaches took off running. We Moved the fridge, roaches ran. Turned the lights on in bathroom, more roaches. The bathroom also had mold on the silicon strip. Very disappointing.

Elevator inspection expired by two months. Mold in bathroom. Exit door jamb closed and had to use a different exit. Entry door left open and would not close all the way so anybody could walk in without swiping. TV went out and had to call for help. Strong chemical smell in the elevator. Natural gas smell in hallway. I won't stay again. Good - Waffle House just a few feet away!

When we arrived around 3:20 pm we went to the room and it wasn’t ready and really dirty. Trash in the hallway. It is the nastiest place I’ve ever been. Gave the desk clerk the key and told him the room was too nasty to stay in. Tried to give us another room but we had already seen enough. He said he couldn’t give a refund that he had to check with manager. If I don’t receive a refund I will never book through Expedia again. Had to use a pass key to get in the door to go to the room. That was good. Right around the corner from the elevator the door was propped open with a door stop. Didn’t feel too safe after that. You need to get someone to check out these places that you recommend renting.
