Here for 2 nights as part of a trip round Vietnam. Great views of the Mekong delta and river traffic from a river view room. We were on floor 14. 19 floors in total and there is an infinity pool on the 19th floor which is a nice place to cool off with phenomenal views. The hotel is connected to Sense City shopping centre by a walkway which is quite nice to use when traffic is heavy. You go through the 3rd floor restaurant to find lifts at the far end that take you to floor 3A, from which you walk into the food court. If travelling with small children the kids play area situated there would be great as it was really a mini theme park! On the upper floor is a cinema, lower floors a nice department store, a supermarket and good coffee shops, where we chose to eat breakfast. We had one meal in the hotel 3rd floor restaurant which was delicious. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful with a special mention for Tuong who helped with bags, room info and taxis and has wonderful English. We walked the waterfront in the evening which had a lot of coloured light installations and then the street night market which is rather frenetic with mopeds everywhere, but is very atmospheric. We did a trip out to the jungle to do a boat trip on the waterways which we really enjoyed. Khmer Munirensay temple is exquisite and a short walk from the hotel. The opposite side of the road from this is the interesting Quang Duc Pagoda.

Nice, newly opened high end hotel. We enjoyed our 3 night stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. 5* for the hotel. But 2* for spa/massage service- massage staff has little massage training.

Just brilliant. Marvelous view from 16th floor and room was great - very clean and comfy. Good breakfast - variety of western and Vietnamese. Fantastic roof top view and pool. Previous reviewers mentioned you could go to Sense City next door via the 3rd floor restaurant which was useful - you go straight through to the food court and then there's a department store and supermarket. It was just a really great stay - near to everything, especially if you want to go on a river tour and the night markets. Totally recommend.

The hotel looks very new and clean and the rooms are quite big. I went with my family and had multiple rooms, the view was incredible in all of them. The staff is also very friendly and is always available to help and assist, so excellent service. Moreover, the hotel is close to the river/port (Ninh Kieu Wharf) and it’s easy to access most places. Overall, my family and I really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back when we visit Can Tho again.

Charmant Suites – A Boutique Hotel is very well located, just a few minutes’ walk from the Night Market, the Ninh Kiều River, and many highly rated restaurants. The property feels newly built (or at least impeccably maintained), and everything is clean and well cared for. We stayed in an Executive Suite, which was spacious and offered beautiful views of both the city and the Ninh Kiều River. The buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant was excellent, with attentive and professional service. The staff truly stood out—everyone from reception and housekeeping to the bell staff and doormen was professional, friendly, and genuinely engaging. There are two areas that could be improved. First, the check-in process could be faster, as the wait was longer than expected. Second, the air-conditioning should be thoroughly checked before guests arrive; one of our AC units did not work for the first night and was only repaired the following day. Aside from these minor issues, our stay would have been perfect. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return in the future. Wholeheartedly recommended.

Great hotel located near the main marina, Bến Ninh Kiều and night market. However, our driver was having difficulty locating the address as it was listed incorrectly by Expedia. The correct address is 45 Đ. Ngô Quyền, Tân An, Ninh Kiều, Cần Thơ, Vietnam. Check-in process was quick and easy. Reception staff was helpful in accommodating us in changing the room types. Nice facility with less than 2 yrs old. Our room was a delux twin room with city view but we were still able to see the river from the window. Great breakfast variety but kitchen staff appeared to replenish the foods too slowly during peak time around 8ish.

Charmant Suites – A Boutique Hotel is very well located, just a few minutes’ walk from the Night Market, the Ninh Kiều River, and many highly rated restaurants. The property feels newly built (or at least impeccably maintained), and everything is clean and well cared for. We stayed in an Executive Suite, which was spacious and offered beautiful views of both the city and the Ninh Kiều River. The buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant was excellent, with attentive and professional service. The staff truly stood out—everyone from reception and housekeeping to the bell staff and doormen was professional, friendly, and genuinely engaging. There are two areas that could be improved. First, the check-in process could be faster, as the wait was longer than expected. Second, the air-conditioning should be thoroughly checked before guests arrive; one of our AC units did not work for the first night and was only repaired the following day. Aside from these minor issues, our stay would have been perfect. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return in the future. Wholeheartedly recommended.

Just brilliant. Marvelous view from 16th floor and room was great - very clean and comfy. Good breakfast - variety of western and Vietnamese. Fantastic roof top view and pool. Previous reviewers mentioned you could go to Sense City next door via the 3rd floor restaurant which was useful - you go straight through to the food court and then there's a department store and supermarket. It was just a really great stay - near to everything, especially if you want to go on a river tour and the night markets. Totally recommend.

Great hotel located near the main marina, Bến Ninh Kiều and night market. However, our driver was having difficulty locating the address as it was listed incorrectly by Expedia. The correct address is 45 Đ. Ngô Quyền, Tân An, Ninh Kiều, Cần Thơ, Vietnam. Check-in process was quick and easy. Reception staff was helpful in accommodating us in changing the room types. Nice facility with less than 2 yrs old. Our room was a delux twin room with city view but we were still able to see the river from the window. Great breakfast variety but kitchen staff appeared to replenish the foods too slowly during peak time around 8ish.

Here for 2 nights as part of a trip round Vietnam. Great views of the Mekong delta and river traffic from a river view room. We were on floor 14. 19 floors in total and there is an infinity pool on the 19th floor which is a nice place to cool off with phenomenal views. The hotel is connected to Sense City shopping centre by a walkway which is quite nice to use when traffic is heavy. You go through the 3rd floor restaurant to find lifts at the far end that take you to floor 3A, from which you walk into the food court. If travelling with small children the kids play area situated there would be great as it was really a mini theme park! On the upper floor is a cinema, lower floors a nice department store, a supermarket and good coffee shops, where we chose to eat breakfast. We had one meal in the hotel 3rd floor restaurant which was delicious. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful with a special mention for Tuong who helped with bags, room info and taxis and has wonderful English. We walked the waterfront in the evening which had a lot of coloured light installations and then the street night market which is rather frenetic with mopeds everywhere, but is very atmospheric. We did a trip out to the jungle to do a boat trip on the waterways which we really enjoyed. Khmer Munirensay temple is exquisite and a short walk from the hotel. The opposite side of the road from this is the interesting Quang Duc Pagoda.

Truly the best hotel we’ve stayed in in south Vietnam. We loved everything, room was so big and spacious and clean. Staff was 10 out of 10. Bar was nice and cozy. Would recommend to everyone!

Plus their computer system do not work cost too much problem.. 4. Ask for towels takes for ever 5. Too crowded at buffet 6. Over all bad bad bad( I would not come back again.) 7. Only one key per room( when you come back, the room is boiling) 8 Temperture set at 25( can not adjust lower)

Arriving at the hotel, the first contact is "go away with your motorbike to the parking area". Cars can stay in the drive way and vietnamese with their motorcycles, but as a foreigner, always a problem. Sure i ignore such behavior because i only want to do the check in. Next is waiting for the room, it's not ready (at 2pm). Then there were no "free water bottles" in the room, only the next day. First Breakfast: my special request as a vegetarian was totally ignored. Asking to meet the hotel manager: failed. Coming back to my room in the evening, it wasn't made up, had to ask for it. Guest experience: worst possible
