Do you like your hotel room to be warm and cozy when it’s -21 degrees out ? Then don’t stay here! While the room was clean there was no secondary heat source to the heat pump. Our hotel room was between 1 and 13 degrees over night as it was -21 Celsius over night. We have tried to get refunded because $177 for a night in a hotel with no heat is not only unacceptable but also illegal. We attempted to get a refund but the hotel is refusing.

The lady who greeted us was friendly, and the room was clean, but the deck was not great and there was not an easy way to have coffee in the morning, you had to go downstairs and then turn on a keurig and it wasn’t filled or anything like that. It wasn’t a bad option to stay there, but I wouldn’t go back.

You are right in the centre of Digby. Perfect location. It’s a small town, yes, and you are THERE. Make sure you walk the wharf. It’s right across from you, and entirely accessible. Our room was huge. You can cook, or go out (steps Away) and enjoy the Scallops Capital of the World. They are not exaggerating.

The back door was located in our room and had no curtain over the window! Had to stand two pillows on the back of the chair to get some privacy. Small print read that if you “self clean” your room, you won’t be charged a $13 cleaning fee. There were many other things that made us feel that it was way overpriced to stay in this room. I would not recommend staying in this place. We were very disappointed.

This property is a work in progress (literally). In many ways it reminded me of a college apartment. That being said there are many positives. It is clean, spacious and quiet. The large deck offers fantastic views of the harbour. The bed is very comfortable and the shower excellent. I would certainly stay there in the future.

You are right in the centre of Digby. Perfect location. It’s a small town, yes, and you are THERE. Make sure you walk the wharf. It’s right across from you, and entirely accessible. Our room was huge. You can cook, or go out (steps Away) and enjoy the Scallops Capital of the World. They are not exaggerating.

We thought the accommodations were very reasonable and in a great location. The staff were incredible and the Wong restaurant was fantastic.

Was good. The deck was not cleaned and tidy and the towels were old and thin. Nice location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay there again. Our Suite was amazing with its decor. We loved the outdoor patio and the communal kitchen with its coffee machine was great. Great restaurants and coffee shop were within walking distance, as were gift stores and an amazing quilt store.

Located in a less than desirable area. Had to go in a Chinese restaurant to meet host who had a shopping bag with towels and toilet paper she took me thru an old door into an alley way out into another alley way Then showed me the two level of stairs thst had not been painted or maintained for quite some time. The deck had odd furnishings the room looked like the picture Quite large but very dark. My husband and I were not impressed with surroundings and decided not to stay

Wouldn't recommend. There were large spiders in the corners by the ceiling, there is no check-in desk, the bed was uncomfortable. Only window was to the alleyway where guests can go to smoke. I knew it was 3-star but I expected a bit more for the price.
