The room was great it’s the area and so many gates and steps up to get on elevator. Was close to where we needed to be. The made to order breakfast was a pastry and one coffee. It was good but not what I needed. The room was nice!!

The owners are easy to reach. They went over and beyond in helping us with our itinerary. The location is easy to access via train and taxi. Our room was kept clean everyday - we stayed for 6 nights. Beddings are very comfortable. Free breakfast a plus! Highly recommended!

It is described as 'Hot Springs Hotel' but is a room and bathroom in a block of flats. Its on 4th Floor, lift was not working. We are in our late 60's and my husband had to carry 2 suitcases up to those 4 floors. I would have expected the host to be there to help us. The free breakfast says 'food cooked to order'. This is not on site but a cafe on the street near to the flats. Breakfast is a large pastry and a drink. Food cooked to order????
