Good location with easy access to nearby train and bus service. Major attractions like Gyeongbokgung Palace is within walking distance. Many dining and shopping options at insadong shopping district is also nearby which makes it more convenient. Super market and Convenient store beside hotel provide many necessity items. Hotel staffs are friendly and can speak english. Gym is a bit small and there is no swimming pool. Hotel price is also a bit high but based on location is expected.

Lovely clean hotel, very central and near a metro station. Second trip here for us during our Korea holiday. Would recommend, didn’t try restaurants and there is a coffee bar in reception but no bar.

We chose this hotel mainly because of the proximity to the subway / tourist sites and the ability to book a triple room for our three teenage kids. Checkin was seamless even though there was a large tour group that arrived at the same time as us. The front desk simply gave the tour guide a deck of keys to distribute. We booked a suite and a triple room and both rooms were reasonably spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The very friendly house keeping staff did a great job and we were restocked with water every day. The gym was small yet adequate for some treadmill and weight work with towels and water provided. We didn’t have an inclusive breakfast package so I can’t comment on this however there is a small cafe available down stairs and a large variety of cafes available in the area. Subway line 1 Jonggak exit 3-1 will get you there. There is a stair case down then up near the exit, however a balcony on the left will take you around and you can get escalators through the business building / bookshop. An electronic money change machine is also available in the hotel lounge area upstairs. Thanks Team Amid Hotel for making our stay as a base for exploring Seoul so enjoyable.

地點不錯，距離鐘閣地鐵站(1號線)只需幾分鐘路程，而且乘搭機場鐵路也很方便。酒店樓下也有超市及便利店，方便購買日常用品及生果。相對本人來說，唯一缺店是2個枕頭都比較軟，瞓覺時不是太理想，希望酒店能更換一個比較硬的枕頭，可以適合不同人士的需要。將來再來首爾遊玩時，我們也會考慮再入住此酒店。

I stayed at the hotel for two weeks. It is located in the city center, making transportation convenient, and there are many restaurants and shops near by, which was great for shopping. I also made good use of the laundary room and gym. The breakfast was very affordable, and the quality of the food was quite good. The staff was friendly, and especially Anna, who helped me a lot during my stay. I plan to stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Seoul.

Amid Hotel was our favorite hotel we stayed at in Seoul during this trip! The beds were nice and big and softer than anywhere else we stayed (being from the US we aren’t used to the harder beds that were common everywhere else we stayed during our trip). Amid Hotel was in a great location, updated, and clean. The room was a bit small for multiple suitcases but we made it work. Breakfast buffet was delicious as well! The staff were very kind and accommodating, and we appreciated the parking on site!

Consistent issues with our drain in the bathroom that could not get fixed. Stains on the carpet and an old toothbrush left in the bathroom. We also were given an "accessible" room and didn't want one. Our toilet was in with the shower. I asked to move but they couldn't accommodate. Wouldn't stay here again.

Eneste minus ved hotellet var at badeværelset havde en dårlig/sur lugt, som kommer i et rum der har været vådt for længe. Derudover var der også sorte pletter/mug på væggene i bruseren. Det havde jeg ikke forventet af et 4-stjernet hotel - meget skuffende.

The staff was so helpful! The rooms were very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The location is also great. Right by so many cultural sites and in the midst of many different restaurants and great coffee shops. It’s also located very close to the subway and bus lines. I recommend it highly!

Extremely tiny rooms. Dusty floor. Feels dirty. Feels 50 years out dated when stepping out onto levels from the elevator. Staff members stress not too helpful but no one as rude as the receptionist lady at level b2 breakfast. Would never recommend or stay again.

立地もよく綺麗な施設でした。ホテル内にwowpassの機械がある点や周辺も程よく栄えていてとても便利でした。ただ、バスタオルがビリビリに破けていたり、2日目の清掃の掃除機がけができていなかった点が残念でした。全体的には綺麗で過ごしやすかったのでまた利用したいです。

The hotel and its staff were great. The location is super convenient to all transportation lines. The area around is walkable and has many restaurants options, art galleries, cafe shops, and shopping streets. The only bad thing I have to say is that the room WiFi is terrible. But if you go down to the lobby area, the wifi there is much better. I would recommend this hotel solely for its prime location

Hotel location was conveniently close to subway stations. Jong no station is a 4 min walk and lots of coffee and dining locations a few min walk. Coffee shop on premises was great especially if you don't want to go out for a coffee run. Insadong is just a few min down the street and there is a supermarket and convenience store next to the hotel. Centrepolis mall across the street has various dining options and a paris baguette is like a 2 min walk. Room was overly warm in late november and this was a real issue. Staff did provide fans but we still had to sleep with windows open to make the room temperature somewhat just tolerable. Also there are only two sets of washer and dryer maxhines so it can be tough waiting to use the machines. Short subway ride to Seoul Station from Jong no station to take the KTX. Unfortunately personally I found the room temperature issue caused poor sleep during our multi day stay.

The location is good, you can walk to most tourist attractions and its about 10-12 min walk to the subway. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Unfortunately there is barely and space for the suitcase and to hang anything which was very impractical. We didnt really use any ameneties so no comment on that.

Great location, nice room, comfy bed! BUT and that’s a big but: air con did not work. Apparently it’s all or nothing i.e. either the whole hotel has air con or everyone has heating. I was told to open the window. Which let in lots of noise and the bed room was still 24 degrees C at night. Really uncomfortable and not what you would expect in a 4 Star. Shame as otherwise a good option

Outstanding front desk staff friendly,informative and able to communicate well shows interest and assist with my schedules. Early check in with no extra charge,late check out @ noon. The staff was vey helpful in assisting with translation as needed. They also arranged tours as needed. The only issue which we had which is a minor one is the motion sensor turns the light on near the door which is a bright light in the night to be turning on if you move around in the room.

We chose this hotel mainly because of the proximity to the subway / tourist sites and the ability to book a triple room for our three teenage kids. Checkin was seamless even though there was a large tour group that arrived at the same time as us. The front desk simply gave the tour guide a deck of keys to distribute. We booked a suite and a triple room and both rooms were reasonably spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The very friendly house keeping staff did a great job and we were restocked with water every day. The gym was small yet adequate for some treadmill and weight work with towels and water provided. We didn’t have an inclusive breakfast package so I can’t comment on this however there is a small cafe available down stairs and a large variety of cafes available in the area. Subway line 1 Jonggak exit 3-1 will get you there. There is a stair case down then up near the exit, however a balcony on the left will take you around and you can get escalators through the business building / bookshop. An electronic money change machine is also available in the hotel lounge area upstairs. Thanks Team Amid Hotel for making our stay as a base for exploring Seoul so enjoyable.

O staff foi bem prestativo no momento do check-in e check-out. Houve uma demora em responder e-mail sobre transfer enviado antes da reserva iniciar, mas conseguimos utilizar o serviço de taxi disponível no aeroporto sem dificuldade. The staff was so helpful! The rooms were very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The location is also great. Right by so many cultural sites and in the midst of many different restaurants and great coffee shops. It’s also located very close to the subway and bus lines. I recommend it highly!

We had a wonderful stay at Amid Insadong Hotel. The location is incredibly convenient—right in the heart of Insadong with easy access to sightseeing, shopping, cafes, and public transport, which made exploring Seoul so easy. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with really nice amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything felt thoughtfully set up for travelers. We would happily stay here again and hope to return on our next trip to Seoul!

Absolutely the most central location to most things. As a first time Visitor, I highly recommend this properly. Restaurants, markets, shops, temples. All surrounding the property no more than a 1.5km walk. Everything you need and more within the area. Very safe with 24/7 convenience right by the entrance. Also cant get any safer then being next door to a giant police station building.

Room was clean and comfortable with an emperor sized bed which was amazingly comfortable. Perfect after a long day site seeing, eating and shopping. Comped 2 breakfasts due to our special occasion which was a delicious buffet of Korean and western food. Even had a cold soba noodle station! The staff were welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to help us at every turn. I don’t think I could’ve chosen a better hotel in the price range and look forward to staying again. Thank you to the Amid hotel team for making our stay exceptional!

Overall it was very nice! Very helpful frontdesk! BUT! The breakfast and the breakfast room was in the underground without windows and with a charming atmosphere of a cantina!! The food was only asian poeples oriented. So, if you don’t like breakfast this hotel is very nice.

Excellent hotel with good varied buffet breakfast available. We did not choose to include the breakfast when we booked but we were offered a two-for-one price upon arrival and it was definitely worth it.

We stayed for 4 nights here in 2 different rooms (had to change because our preferred choice deluxe queen was unavailable the last night). However the standard king still had a bath (much smaller), obviously the advantage of the bigger bed and still a decent sized room so either we’re great. Very clean. Breakfast ok- had 1 morning, caters more for Asian style breakfast and most of it was cold unless freshly bought out. Position was awesome, metro station 2 mins walk and once we worked it out got around the city no problem, switching platforms etc. would stay again.

We stayed here for 3 nights and found the location to be very convenient and central to most attractions we wanted to visit in Seoul. We also appreciated the Front Desk staff allowing for a slight early check-in as we had a lot of heavy luggages and needed to quickly freshen up to go to a concert in another city that was about an hour away on the subway. The room was very clean and almost fully soundproof and the housekeeping staff were attentive to our requests for additional towels as well as ensuring our room was spotless on one of the days when we requested for the room to be made on short notice. Compared to north American standard, the room we stayed in is considered small. Same for the bathroom- small and compact, but has all the essentials. We paid for breakfast with our stay and tried it once around 9AM- it was mediocre. We've had better tasting breakfast elsewhere around the world so after the first day, we opted to buy breakfast from the vicinity. Upon check-out, the Front Desk staff helped us to call a larger taxi to travel to another province of Korea as we were having a difficult time calling Uber. Overall, this is a great hotel and we will most likely return to Amid Hotel Seoul the next time we need to be close to Insadong and vicinity.
