Great stay at this hotel! The room was spotless and well-maintained throughout our visit. The location couldn't be better — close to everything we wanted to see and easy to get around from. Staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was a highlight — good variety and quality to start the day right. A special shoutout to the local travel agency desk in the lobby — they gave us so much helpful advice on getting around and what to see, which made planning our days so much easier. It's a small touch that made a big difference to our trip. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Location is good, close to the shops and restaurants. Rooms are clean and bright. Downside is the wifi doesn’t have built in VPN so Google site and Gmail are not accessible for tourists. Front desk doesn’t have Chinese currency for tourists to exchange to.

The hotel is in a great location for all the main activities in the city, including restaurants and shopping. Spacious clean room with everything you could need, the ceds were extremely comfortable and the bed linens top class. A special mention to the staff team who were friendly and very helpful

Emplacement central près de tout ce qu il y a a voir. Hôtel parfait avec machine à laver important pour un grand voyage. Pdj Correct. Thé disponible en libre service à l entrée. On voit que l hôtel fait des efforts. Restaurant sur place

Great location, clean & very comfy room. Bedding and linens are fluffy. Buffet breakfast included was also good with many variety for Chinese food, but very little Western food choices. Highly recommend and will stay again if returning to Guilin.
