There is people walking around the parking area, that approach the hotel guest at anytime to sell “payers”. I was approached from behind at 11:30 pm as I was getting my luggage from the trunk , and there is no security. NOT SAFE. TOO EXPENSIVE. NOT WORTH!!!

Atendimento, ambiente, limpeza e quarto (ao menos o que fiquei) excelentes! O único serviço que não utilizei foi o estacionamento devido ao preço, contudo, ao redor do hotel não falta vaga nunca. É muito lugar para estacionar!! Ademais, a localização do hotel é excelente! Andando pode ir ao Brasília shopping, Madero, Pari 6. Próximo também ao estádio de futebol e ao restaurante da torre. Futuramente ficarei lá de novo!

Fui barrada na entrada cafe manha, sendo q tinha a opcao com cafe da manha. Nao me cobraram no chekin, conforme constava na reserva, imaginei q seria no checkout, menos na entrada do restaurante. Depois o dito Cafe manha me fez mal, vomitei o dia todo, algo estragado com ctz. Garagem caresima.

Everything was ok, except there was no coffee/tea machine in the rooms. I asked for hot water and paid for it! Also, one of the three elevators was out of order for several days, and due to the large number of passengers, we waited a long time for the elevators.

Um hotel com uma excelente localização, um excelente valor da diária, um café da manhã bacana, atendimento espetacular, mas que peca em coisas: um elevador estava quebrado e com aparência de que não havia pouco tempo disso ou que estava em manutenção. Com isso, somente dois funcionavam para vários hóspedes distribuídos em 15 andares. O ar-condicionado do quarto não gelava direito e fazia um barulho com frequência.

Um hotel com uma excelente localização, um excelente valor da diária, um café da manhã bacana, atendimento espetacular, mas que peca em coisas: um elevador estava quebrado e com aparência de que não havia pouco tempo disso ou que estava em manutenção. Café da manhã impecável como sempre, incluindo alimentação saudável para bebês. Staff novamente superando espectativas, servindo café quente na mesa e quando questionamos sobre a máquina não fazer capuccino, a atendente prontamente foi fazer um para nós.

Atendimento, ambiente, limpeza e quarto (ao menos o que fiquei) excelentes! O único serviço que não utilizei foi o estacionamento devido ao preço, contudo, ao redor do hotel não falta vaga nunca. É muito lugar para estacionar!! Ademais, a localização do hotel é excelente! Andando pode ir ao Brasília shopping, Madero, Pari 6. Próximo também ao estádio de futebol e ao restaurante da torre. Futuramente ficarei lá de novo!

Dirty shower upon arrival. Except for the bed and a powerful shower, everything is garbage. TV didn’t work and The guest service never made an attempt to get me a better room. The breakfast (extra charge) it’s as good as any 2 star hotel. The front desk never asked me if I had a car, or provided information where to park, I had to figure it out. There is people walking around the parking area, that approach the hotel guest at anytime to sell “payers”. I was approached from behind at 11:30 pm as I was getting my luggage from the trunk , and there is no security. NOT SAFE. TOO EXPENSIVE. NOT WORTH!!!

Fui barrada na entrada cafe manha, sendo q tinha a opcao com cafe da manha. Nao me cobraram no chekin, conforme constava na reserva, imaginei q seria no checkout, menos na entrada do restaurante. Depois o dito Cafe manha me fez mal, vomitei o dia todo, algo estragado com ctz. Garagem caresima.
