The rooms were mostly clean save for seeing the occasional silverfish. Bathroom fan ventilation was not optimal taking a while to air out, the design of the standing shower doors would sometimes leak water into the rest of the bath room. Otherwise very clean and well organized. Great location and amenities.

Wir haben hier als Familie auf Durchreise eine Nacht verbracht. Der Check-in war reibungslos. Parkplätze stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung für 18€ pro Tag. Der Bahnhof und ein Einkaufszenter sind ca. 5min fußläufig. Auch ein Park mit Spielplatz ist in der Nähe. Zimmer war recht groß und hat sogar etwas Spielfläche für die Kleine geboten. Nur der Boden wurde schon länger nicht gewischt. Uns ist eine Wasserflasche ausgekippt und wir haben das mit den Handtücher aufgewischt. Danach waren die Handtücher ziemlich dreckig. Frühstück können wir nicht bewerten; das war uns zu teuer: 24€ pro Person.

Didn't have breakfast included. Room was clean but basic amenities. Only 4 hangers in closet, no iron or ironing board apart from having to coecr it from reception. Not clear when booking both the gym and the sauna have an additional daily cost.

Sauberes und ruhiges Hotel direkt neben einer Mall. Parkplätze sind gegen Aufpreis erhältlich. Mein Fernseher war etwas schwer zu bedienen, ansonsten alles super. Zum Service kann ich nicht viel sagen, da ich nur eine Nacht dort geschlafen habe. Ich würde wieder dort buchen.

Room is excellent with coffee and tea. Shampoo and conditioner provided, no lotion Gym is only open 13:00 - 22:00, which made it useless for me and info was not known at time of booking. Unable to get gym fee refunded. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special and choices were ok, but had much better at orher hotels. For a 21EUR charge i would expect more. On expedia breakfast charge is 45$. Cheaper to order at check in. Overall the room was very nice and front desk staff helpful and accommodating. I would stay again.

Das Hotel und das Zimmer waren sauber und modern. Auch die Lage ist super, zu U- und S-Bahn sind es nur 5 Min zu Fuß. Es gibt Kleinigkeiten, die schade sind und leicht zu beheben wären, wie ein Duschvorhang statt einer Glasscheibe oder nur ein einziger Handtuchhaken im Bad. Das wertet das Bad leider etwas ab obwohl der Rest des Zimmers sehr schön ist. Das Personal am Schalter war nicht unfreundlich aber eben auch nicht übermäßig freundlich. Check-In und Check-Out sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da versucht wurde, alles zu digitalisieren. Letztendlich muss dann aber doch immer jemand vom Personal helfen. Unser Check-In hat trotz später Ankunft um Mitternacht aber trotzdem gut geklappt. Unser Auto konnten wir für 18€ pro Tag am Hotel parken. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleinen Verbessungsmöglichkeiten.

Zur Zeit einer Messe in Berlin, wo kein akzeptables Hotel unter 250 Euro zu buchen war, gab es im OCAK einen fairen Übernachtungspreis. Ein Negativpunkt: das Einchecken hat sehr lange gedauert. Außerdem wirbt das Hotel mit Fitness&Spa, die nicht mehr betrieben werden. Aber die Zimmer und Betten sind komfortabel, die Duschbäder angenehm. Und die Fußnähe zum Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen war ideal.

Beim Einchecken wurden wir von einer Mitarbeiterin bedient, die kaum Deutsch gesprochen hat und uns nichts richtig erklärt hat – weder wie der Aufzug funktioniert (nur mit Karte) noch wo das Restaurant fürs Frühstück ist oder wie das mit der Sauna läuft. Die Sauna kostet extra 25 €, und wenn man noch einen Bademantel möchte, kommen nochmal 5 € drauf. Auf der Webseite steht zwar, dass Getränke inklusive sind, aber vor Ort gab es nicht mal Wasser. Selbst in der Sauna gab es keinen Wasserautomat oder ähnliches. Als wir nach Wasser gefragt haben, hieß es nur: „Gibt’s nicht.“ Für den Preis echt schwach. Beim Frühstück war die Auswahl am Samstag nicht besonders gut (hauptsächlich türkisches Essen). Am Sonntag war’s etwas besser, wahrscheinlich weil mehr Leute da waren. Insgesamt aber nichts Besonderes. Positiv: Das Hotel ist sauber und liegt verkehrsgünstig, direkt bei einem großen Einkaufszentrum. Ich war das zweite mal in dem Hotel und diesmal war es leider sehr enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war staubig, das Bad nicht sauber, der Spiegel und die waren stark beschmutzt. Der Service war sehr gut, leider konnte jedoch kein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Beliggenheden omkring hotellet/gesundbrunnen kan godt være lidt sketchy, vi følte os ikke usikre på noget tidspunkt men stemningen kan godt være presset. Dog var det rart med de mange transportmuligheder med bla metro og tog lige ved døren. Rigtig godt til prisen men plads til forbedringer. Vores værelse lugtede rigtig meget af hash, et par timer med åbnet vindue så gik det væk. Værelset havde et par genstande fra tidligere gæster, det var ikke ryddet helt. Der var glasskår på badeværelset. Havde ellers ingen problemer, forholdsvis stille. Vi havde booket superior room - kan anbefales.

Das Zimmer war sauber und besonders das Bad schön gestaltet. Frühstück können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir dieses nicht gebucht haben. Die Lage ist verkehrsgünstig. Bei unserem Problem mit dem Safe wurde uns innerhalb weniger Minuten geholfen.

Die Hotelzimmer sind echt nicht sauber, unter dem Waschbecken lag Dreck, als wir den Fernseher nach vorne ziehen wollten war hinten ALLEs voll mit Staub. Ziemlich dreckig. Personal war nett.

Very well situated, basically next to the Gesundbrunnen HBF, which is one of the central hubs in Berlin. Want to go to the city center? To the Museuminsel? To Potsdam? To Sachsenhausen? All easily accessible from Gesundbrunnen. There's also a mini fridg and the shopping center with many restaurants or grocery store options right in front of the hotel. The only negative point was how hot my room was. It made it hard to sleep since it was so hot, even when I was setting the room temperature at 17-18C. The cleaning staff kept bringing me new towels everyday for an unknown reason, even when I placed the towels on the hook. At the end of my 4 days stay, I had 3 shower towels.

Unable to get gym fee refunded. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special and choices were ok, but had much better at orher hotels. For a 21EUR charge i would expect more. On expedia breakfast charge is 45$. Cheaper to order at check in. Overall the room was very nice and front desk staff helpful and accommodating. I would stay again.

Excelentes e confortáveis instalações, bom atendimento e ótima localizaçao, a passos de uma estação de metro e trens e de um shopping center. O único problema é q o ar condicionado do quarto não pode ser regulado pelo hóspede, ele é constante, chegando a ficar quente e um pouco desconfortável por alguns momentos.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, es gab eine super Anbindung zur S und U Bahn. Das Hotel an sich ist sauber und gepflegt, aber das Personal ist teilweise sehr unhöflich und man wird als Gast nicht wahrgenommen.

This was a very nice modern clean hotel situated close to a metro stop. My only issues were that the front desk helps see minimal and at one point there were six people behind me online to check in. Also, when came in the front desk use their card to allow them in the elevator. It didn’t work and for 10 minutes they just went up and down and nowhere the right way. Perhaps the issue was that was the difficulty but it was frustrating to wait so long. At one point in the evening, I phoned the front desk and literally no one answered and I let it ring for over a minute. The coffee makers provided in the room they do not provide any kind of creamer. And while you can get some from the restaurant, it means you have to exit the hotel walk outside and around the building to get to where the restaurant is . Also, the shower is a beautiful porcelain that looks like slate, but I found the floor very slippery when wet and no grab bars for older people.

Really this hotel is for business clients but the rooms are outstanding with very comfortable beds and 3 minutes walking distance to the shopping centre opposite where theres every type of shop, plus the rail station is where the airport express train stops every 30 minutes, so its very easy to get to. The staff were friendly and helpful and a big thank you to them.

Der Aufenthalt war für mich insgesamt enttäuschend. Der Service bzw. das Personal war echt schlecht. Die Sauna kostet extra 25 €, und wenn man noch einen Bademantel möchte, kommen nochmal 5 € drauf. Auf der Webseite steht zwar, dass Getränke inklusive sind, aber vor Ort gab es nicht mal Wasser. Selbst in der Sauna gab es keinen Wasserautomat oder ähnliches. Als wir nach Wasser gefragt haben, hieß es nur: „Gibt’s nicht.“ Für den Preis echt schwach. Beim Frühstück war die Auswahl am Samstag nicht besonders gut (hauptsächlich türkisches Essen). Am Sonntag war’s etwas besser, wahrscheinlich weil mehr Leute da waren. Insgesamt aber nichts Besonderes. Positiv: Das Hotel ist sauber und liegt verkehrsgünstig, direkt bei einem großen Einkaufszentrum. Very well situated, basically next to the Gesundbrunnen HBF, which is one of the central hubs in Berlin. Want to go to the city center? To the Museuminsel? To Potsdam? To Sachsenhausen? All easily accessible from Gesundbrunnen. There's also a mini fridg and the shopping center with many restaurants or grocery store options right in front of the hotel. The only negative point was how hot my room was. It made it hard to sleep since it was so hot, even when I was setting the room temperature at 17-18C. The cleaning staff kept bringing me new towels everyday for an unknown reason, even when I placed the towels on the hook. At the end of my 4 days stay, I had 3 shower towels.

Bella struttura,con camere spaziose e con un letto grande,anche se con materrasso un po' scomodo. Camere dotate di aria condizionata, cosa non scontata a Berlino e d'estate è molto utile! Posizione molto buona perché la stazione di gesundbrunnen,a circa 300m, dà la possibilità di prendere la u-bahn, la s-bahn e i treni. Nella stazione sono presenti supermercati, negozi e caffe per fare colazioni dolci. Anche se è un po fuori dal centro l'ho trovato molto comodo.

Außerdem war das ganze wenig nachhaltig: Marmelade und Honig nur in abgepackten Einzelportionen, Toast wurde aus eingeschweißten Beuteln ausgelegt. Im Zimmer fehlen eindeutig Kleiderbügel. Sehr gut ist die Lage direkt am S-, U- und Fernbahnhof Gesundbrunnen. Einkaufszentrum direkt gegenüber. Alles war sehr ruhig, auch innerhalb vom Hotel.

Et pænt hotel men dårlig standart. Havde booket et Premium værelse bl.a. ud fra billeder og anmeldelser desværre levede det op til disse. Da jeg spurgte om vi kunne opgradere til et værelse med badekar (hvilket man kun kan se på billederne) fik vi at vide at 8 sal var lukket. Det var der billederne stammede fra. Vi bookede en gang Spa til 25 euro pr. person. hvilket også skuffede kun 2 af 4 saunaer virkede og ingen vand at drikke i området. Rengøring var forskelligt fra dag til dag og måtte bede om forskellige ting i løbet af ugen. Støv i krogene og på hylder. Det virkede ikke til at Sengetøjet blev ikke skiftet i løbet af ugen. Morgenmaden er kedelig og ide forladt når man er der en uge men ved en enkelt overnatning sikkert fint. Men ville ikke anbefale den mere end en enkelt morgen. Placeringen er tæt på indkøbscenter og station. Betalings parkering i hele området så brug hotellets parkering. Kunne skrive en hel del mere men stopper her. Book kun dette hotel til enkelt eller to overnatninger.

Der Aufenthalt war für mich insgesamt enttäuschend. Der Service bzw. das Personal war echt schlecht. Beim Einchecken wurden wir von einer Mitarbeiterin bedient, die kaum Deutsch gesprochen hat und uns nichts richtig erklärt hat – weder wie der Aufzug funktioniert (nur mit Karte) noch wo das Restaurant fürs Frühstück ist oder wie das mit der Sauna läuft. Die Sauna kostet extra 25 €, und wenn man noch einen Bademantel möchte, kommen nochmal 5 € drauf. Auf der Webseite steht zwar, dass Getränke inklusive sind, aber vor Ort gab es nicht mal Wasser. Selbst in der Sauna gab es keinen Wasserautomat oder ähnliches. Als wir nach Wasser gefragt haben, hieß es nur: „Gibt’s nicht.“ Für den Preis echt schwach. Beim Frühstück war die Auswahl am Samstag nicht besonders gut (hauptsächlich türkisches Essen). Am Sonntag war’s etwas besser, wahrscheinlich weil mehr Leute da waren. Insgesamt aber nichts Besonderes. Positiv: Das Hotel ist sauber und liegt verkehrsgünstig, direkt bei einem großen Einkaufszentrum. Aber der Service und die Betreuung müssten dringend verbessert werden.

Tivemos uma ótima experiencia nesse hotel. Hotel super confortável, bonito, c9m armazenamento de bagagem, atendimento prático. Muito perto da estação de trem e do transporte publico. Perto de um shopping com supermercado. Otima experiencia e um excelente custo beneficio. Ficaria nele novamente se um dia voltasse para Berlin.

Bad customer service in the reception, no help when the air conditioning doesn’t work in the room, the air conditioning in the hotel generally is very bad, the self check-in was horrible. Asked for two single beds when booking the stay, but receive one big king size bed, not good. Other than that, very modern and clean rooms.

I am very disappointed with my stay there. There were gold fish is the bed, the AC was leaking the whole week we were there, we told the staff multiple times and they were so rude and said that they were only the receptionist and that it wasn’t their problem. The AC didn’t even work properly so it was sooo hot in the room and sweaty. The shower was clogged all the time. Mold was starting to show in the room from the water dripping down from the ac and the smell was so awful. Staff didn’t help at all and were trying to avoid us
