Checking in and out services were very quick. Receptionist spoke both English and Arabic. The breakfast buffet was varied and the food served changed slightly everyday. The staff were friendly and they have separate pool hours for covered women. They also have a children area with activities daily. And they have a shuttle to Forum Mall. Excellent hotel.

Staff were very helpful. The food was so good. They have an international touch. Plus the local dishes. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean. The bathroom modern desined. Daily house keeping. The laundry service was good. Reasonable price. There is a small supermarket close-by. Free shuttle bus to the mall. I rated 4 because the swimming pool is small i wish they consider extra outdoor aminities. The breakfast buffet was not the best. Optiins are very limited. I didnt like the idea of the staff cleaning and arranging the empty dishes infornt of the gueats. There must be back kitchen for such think. It was very noisy and disturbing. Otherwise i liked it. Thank you

Otelin çok dolu olmadığı belli oluyordu ancak 2 çocuklu aileyi özellikle erkek çocuklu aileyi yanyana odalara vermek mantıklı bir tercih olmuyor eğer boş odalar varsa. Gece uyanıp ağlama ve sorun yaşamamak adına oda değişikliği talep ettik; başka oda verildi ancak odaya girdiğimizde ise yatak dağınık wcde sigara içilmiş bardaklara külleri atılmış olarak bulduk. Yastıkların üzerine havlu serip uyuduk ertesi gün ablalar temizledi. klima bozukmuş gece uyandığımızda derece düşünce farkettik. Ayrıca yataklar çok aşırı rahatsız eşim ve ben bel ağrısı ile uyandık 2 gün geçmedi. Konforlu değildi. Tüm bu olumsuzluklara rağmen kahvaltı ve personel yaklaşımları iyiydi. Tasty breakfast . Staff are very helpful , Room are comfortable, updated and there are lot of space in connecting rooms for my family of 6 . One issue is not big deal for me but might be for others is the policy not to being food or even water to rooms from outside and you can buy from hotel . Overall still 5 for me I
