This spot is located in an absolutely stunning building and part of town. Very historic and scenic. Our shower area wasn't great, the walls are thin, staff are not available all hours, and there isn't an elevator. But I wouldn't let that stop me from staying there again. Absolutely stunning. The views will leave you speechless. You are in the heart of it all.

Ett bra läge, men ett gammalt hotell utan hiss. Mitt rum hade bara badkar men med handdursch men du kunde inte stå upp pga snedtak Ingen AC och när jag var där var det 32 grader! För en natt duger det men för flera - Nej ! Frukosten ok inte meraTveksamt om jag återvänder

Absolutely fantastic hotel right in the centre of Bruges. Blown away by the room, the pictures didn't do it justice. Window opened onto the canal, bed had proper sheets and blankets (why is that so hard to get in Europe?), and the bathroom was huge. No elevator but not too many floors and the stairs are manageable (i.e. not thinner than the width of your foot) so lugging suitcase isn't bad. Only knock I had was the shower. Bathroom was beautiful with an enormous bathtub but the water pressure on the shower was terrible when using hot water. Had to take away a point for that.

Loverly old property, well maintained in a great location with fabulous views. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. All accommodation is upstairs and being an old property there is only stair access, which was mot a problem.for us.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The room was quite basic but clean. However the en-suite shower was leaking and it was impossible to run cold water, which apparently is an issue. Very clean room, with a good size bathroom. Staff was very nice and accommodating! Free breakfast was an added bonus. Location is perfect, everything we wanted to do in Bruges was in walking distance!

Fabulous hotel overlooking the canal . Comfortable bed and spotlessly clean bathroom which was a great size . Fabulous breakfast with excellent service , staff replenished freshly boiled eggs , coffee , pastries within a few minutes of asking . We had dinner one evening which was fabulous , the wild boar stew and Flemish stews were excellent. Great service . We will definitely be back for another stay .

Very quaint, central boutique hotel on the canal. Staff very pleasant and helpful with suggestions. Spacious room, very clean, modern bathroom with a large soaker tub! Lovely views of the canal from the room. Good variety for the breakfast. Overall, lovely stay and would highly recommend! Jori

Só vale pela localização. Atendimento extremamente rude e grosseiro de todos os atendentes. Café da manhã extremamente pobre, poucas opções e você não pode nem escolher onde sentar. Quarto no 2º andar, mas não possuem elevador e nem ao menos oferecem ajuda. Banheiro do restaurante localizado no 1º andar entre os quartos, ou seja, sem segurança nenhuma, pois qualquer um pode entrar. Quarto com cama extremamente moles, chuveiro com a menor pressão que já vi na vida, quarto fedido e ainda por cima o quarto estava com barulho de goteira que ficava pingando e um incomodando 24 horas. Com certeza não recomendaria este hotel para ninguém, existem opções muito melhores e tão bem localizadas quanto.

We really loved this hotel. Perfect location and historic charm. The complimentary breakfast was lovely and the staff helpful. We had a room on the top floor with canal view which was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small as in the eaves so tricky for my 6ft 6 husband and no shower to stand in. We'd definitely return to this hotel

The Duc is the most amazing hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Our room was on the 3rd floor with 2 dormers with seating looking over the canal. Absolutely incredible views. The staff was great. Kiki made our time at the hotel restaurant special. I would return in a heart beat.

We konden al iets eerder inchecken omdat de kamer al klaar was, heel fijn! Wij hadden de Junior Suite, een super kamer met het mooiste uitzicht van Brugge! Een klassiek ingerichte kamer met een moderne badkamer. Werkelijk top en een echte aanrader als je de wow factor wilt hebben. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was gewoon goed, maar verder niet heel speciaal. De ligging van het hotel kan niet beter. Al met al een bijzonder hotel, en met name de Junior Suite.

We arrived late to find the place locked up for the night. Luckily some other guests were coming back and had a key, we follows them in and were able to locate our room key. This next morning instead of getting chewed out the front desk was impressed we figured it out. The rooms here are tiny but hands down the best dining room and views on the canal in Bruges. We enjoyed the restaurant out front as well.

La ubicación perfecta e idílica. El personal correcto, desayuno y comida bien, sin ruido en las habitaciones. Único fallo muy importante, si te dan la habitación de la buhardilla, no te puedes duchar porque no te puedes poner de pie en la bañera. Por lo demás todo muy bien

Idéal location & lovely old hotel with lots of ambiance. The one downside was lack of early checkout. We had to leave @ 7AM & reception didn’t open until 8AM. Therefore, arrange a check out for night before

Fabulous hotel overlooking the canal . Comfortable bed and spotlessly clean bathroom which was a great size . Fabulous breakfast with excellent service , staff replenished freshly boiled eggs , coffee , pastries within a few minutes of asking . We had dinner one evening which was fabulous , the wild boar stew and Flemish stews were excellent. Great service . We will definitely be back for another stay .

Só vale pela localização. Atendimento extremamente rude e grosseiro de todos os atendentes. Café da manhã extremamente pobre, poucas opções e você não pode nem escolher onde sentar. Quarto no 2º andar, mas não possuem elevador e nem ao menos oferecem ajuda. Banheiro do restaurante localizado no 1º andar entre os quartos, ou seja, sem segurança nenhuma, pois qualquer um pode entrar. Quarto com cama extremamente moles, chuveiro com a menor pressão que já vi na vida, quarto fedido e ainda por cima o quarto estava com barulho de goteira que ficava pingando e um incomodando 24 horas. Com certeza não recomendaria este hotel para ninguém, existem opções muito melhores e tão bem localizadas quanto.

Hotellet ligger i hjertet af Brügge bedre beliggenhed findes ikke. Restauranten ligger helt ned til kanalen, så det var fantastisk at nyde sin morgenmad helt i vandkanten. Desværre overværede vi en meget ubehagelig episode, hvor vi var vidne til, at en spansk familie blev overfuset af hotelværten og en tjener, fordi de åbenbart var kommet til at sætte sig ved et forkert bord. Der var meget groft, og vi og andre gæster måtte tale med den forudrettede familie for at vise vores sympati. Vi burde nok også have påtalt det over for hotelværten. Personalet var gennemgående uvenlige og sure. Morgenmaden var ikke noget at skrive hjem om. Men totaloplevelse n var alligevel god pga. beliggenheden og det dejlige værelse. Personalet burde få et kursus i dannelse, pli og imødekommenhed og hotelværten bør slet ikke have kundekontakt

Ideal central location with great views of canals and other interesting bulildings. All staff were friendly and helpful and the food especially dinner was extremely good. Only slight criticism was the lack of seating around the bar if one wanted only a drink.

We konden al iets eerder inchecken omdat de kamer al klaar was, heel fijn! Wij hadden de Junior Suite, een super kamer met het mooiste uitzicht van Brugge! Een klassiek ingerichte kamer met een moderne badkamer. Werkelijk top en een echte aanrader als je de wow factor wilt hebben. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was gewoon goed, maar verder niet heel speciaal. De ligging van het hotel kan niet beter. Al met al een bijzonder hotel, en met name de Junior Suite.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at the Hotel Duc De Bourgogne. The hotel is stunning and perfectly located. But what really stands out is the view of the water and surrounding buildings. I'm not sure there is a better view in town! Nothing short of exceptional.

Loverly old property, well maintained in a great location with fabulous views. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. All accommodation is upstairs and being an old property there is only stair access, which was mot a problem.for us.

Stunning location on the canal, very helpful staff. Exceptional food (albeit a little expensive) with canal view tables (hence the cost). Real old world charm but looking a little jaded once you leave the ground floor. Boat trips leave from just outside the door (a must). Bathroom was spotless and the additional of a coffee machine is a nice touch

What an amazing location in this historic hotel that started out as an inn in the 1600’s. We were at the centre of everything you want to do on Bruges and right on the most picturesque canal in the town. We were fortunate to be there when the weather was mild as the room is not air conditioned but you can open the windows and the fresh air at night is wonderful. Our bathroom was fully renovated and the breakfast was good, mainly cold cuts. Look for the hot boiled eggs wrapped in a linen serviette at breakfast. There are shops, cafes, restaurants galore right on your doorstep and the main town square is a few minutes walk away. There is a bus stop near the hotel and buses go through Bruges from the railway station. Uber and taxis are also available for the short ride to the trains. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

We had an enjoyable 1 night stay at this hotel. It's location is excellent, and has a view of the lovey canal. Very spacious room and modern bathroom. You have to step into the bathtub to get a shower, and the tub bottom is very slippery, so watch out. The staff went out of her way to provide us an early breakfast do we could catch our train, and it was delicious. She also called a cab for us the night before. Such good service from her!

Perfect location! I could easily walk to the main sights from the hotel. Anna was very kind, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient to get you started for the day. Even though it’s on a busy street with restaurants, I didn’t hear the noise from outside.
