Super venligt og hjælpsomt personale der altid mødte os med et stort smil. Værelset var flot og hyggeligt, og rengøringen gik super fint når vi var væk i løbet af dagen. Spa området indeholdt dampbad, sauna og boblebad, også dette var rent og flot og fungerede rigtigt godt! Derudover ligger hotellet virkeligt godt i forhold til både restauranter og barer - men i en sidegade, så der er fuldstændigt ro om natten.

Great hotel in a good location with only a short walk to all the main tourist attractions. Spa facility was great with access from 5-10pm. Staff great and breakfast really nice with good selection. Only minor negative was that the air con wasn’t great but overall would definitely recommend

Fint hotel med gode faciliteter, dog var baren lukket 2 dage. Stank sf kloak på værelset, vi måtte aflukke afløb i brusekabinen med et håndklæde, hvilket kun hjalp en smule Personalet var helt igennem yderst flinke og hjælpsomme

We liked the fact that the spa and fitness facilities were included in the price of the room. The breakfast was excellent, good choice on the menu. The location was fantastic, we where able to walk to the major tourist sites.

Es lindo pero por ejemplo el Sauna solo abre a partir de las 5 pm. Tome el hotel por ese servicio y no lo pude usar porque no tenía tiempo a esa hora

The Gallery and the Breakfast room were impressive. The lether next to the pool was broken and we were not allowed to use the pool. We were satisfied with the room and the staff was awesome.

The staff weren't the most pleasant, the rooms were fairly basic with poor showers, the spa opening hours (5–10pm) are ridiculous, and the fact that you have to pre-book a slot yet aren't greeted by any staff at the spa itself was rather strange. Definitely a case of style over substance, although the location is ideal.

We mainly picked this location due to the spa facilities. The jacuzzi was out of service. And the sauna was small but not crowded at all. Its a nice location and overall a decent hotel.

Based on a lot of the comments from others we may have been unlucky with our room. It did not feel like 4 stars. The room was small and the bed fairly hard. The floors were carpeted which I don't like as it feels very unclean. The bathroom was a bit tired and didn't feel very clean, especially the shower. Also the towels had marks on them. But the worst thing for me must have been the sounds of the water pipes. It felt like we could hear water of the entire building running, and it continued for several hours every day. The breakfast was a plus and staff generally friendly and helpful, but they will not call you a taxi since they have a shuttle they offer that is more expensive. The room also has a minibar and tv where you can connect to netflix etc. The area was okay. Fairly quiet as I didn't hear noise from the outside. It's close to public transport and walkable distance to most of Budapest sights. Overall it was an okay stay, but not great and I will probably book somewhere else next time I am in Budapest.

I didn’t feel the hotel was 4 star. Service and checkin were excellent but the facilities were dark and often not clean, particularly the spa area. Room was large and quiet but could have been cleaner.

L’albergo è gradevole sia come posizione ( zona dietro una via piena di vita, ma tranquillo) che come servizi ( ottima colazione , personale gentile, piccola SPA ). La camera però non all’altezza: piccola, letti duri, moquette di dubbia pulizia dappertutto, frigobar non funzionante.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Einem Sight Seeing Trip zu Fuß steht nichts im Wege. Alle zentralen Punkten der Stadt Budapest sind problemlos erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber und wies einen Wohlfühlfaktor auf. Das Hotel bietet sogar eine Spabereich welcher genutzt werden darf (Sauna, Dampfbad,..) Beim Frühstück gibt es Abstriche. Überschaubare Auswahl und geschmacklich nicht das was erwartet wurde. Alles in Allem empfehlenswert und das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt.

Well located for access on foot or by public transport to most attractions. Breakfast is not that great but was already included in our room price. Persistent noise from bathroom fan meant had to always use ear plugs.

My stay was comfortable. My only issue was the darkness of the room. 3 lamps with 3 strobe lights attached. All seem to have the lowest watt bulb in the market. At times I had to use my iPhones light to see better.

My room was on the mezzanine flooor facing the street There were some road works just below my window and at 6.00 am they have started to make massive noise and I couldn’t sleep anymore I have complained with the receptionist and the only thing she able to say it was “I’m sorry”

Vi bodde högst upp med terrass. Mysigt på kvällen att kunna sitta ute när solen gått ner. Fint rum, hård men skön säng. ACn fungerade utmärkt. Badrummet lagom stort med schampo, tvål och lotion. Vi bodde högst upp med terrass. Mysigt på kvällen att kunna sitta ute när solen gått ner. Fint rum, hård men skön säng. ACn fungerade utmärkt. Badrummet lagom stort med schampo, tvål och lotion. Vänligt bemötande i receptionen: vi fick både checka in tidigt utan tillägg och sen checka ut senare mot liten avgift. Frukosten var inget att skriva hem om. Men allt annat var toppen!

Super venligt og hjælpsomt personale der altid mødte os med et stort smil. Værelset var flot og hyggeligt, og rengøringen gik super fint når vi var væk i løbet af dagen. Spa området indeholdt dampbad, sauna og boblebad, også dette var rent og flot og fungerede rigtigt godt! Derudover ligger hotellet virkeligt godt i forhold til både restauranter og barer - men i en sidegade, så der er fuldstændigt ro om natten.

Based on a lot of the comments from others we may have been unlucky with our room. It did not feel like 4 stars. The room was small and the bed fairly hard. The floors were carpeted which I don't like as it feels very unclean. The bathroom was a bit tired and didn't feel very clean, especially the shower. Also the towels had marks on them. But the worst thing for me must have been the sounds of the water pipes. It felt like we could hear water of the entire building running, and it continued for several hours every day. The breakfast was a plus and staff generally friendly and helpful, but they will not call you a taxi since they have a shuttle they offer that is more expensive. The room also has a minibar and tv where you can connect to netflix etc. The area was okay. Fairly quiet as I didn't hear noise from the outside. It's close to public transport and walkable distance to most of Budapest sights. Overall it was an okay stay, but not great and I will probably book somewhere else next time I am in Budapest.

I had my flight cancelled early in the morning and rescheduled for the following day. The staff at the front desk were super helpful and were able to find me a room for an additional night. They made an otherwise bad situation a little better. 10/10!!

Good points are the property is in a quiet convenient location, the room was fine very comfy bed, The bad points were having to wait nearly an hour for my room even though it was supposed to be ready at 1500hrs ,due house keeping issues! they did offer me a free drink from the bar though. The breakfast looked great but the hot section was cold.

We liked the fact that the spa and fitness facilities were included in the price of the room. The breakfast was excellent, good choice on the menu. The location was fantastic, we where able to walk to the major tourist sites.

Godt hotel centralt i Budapest. Tæt på metro Astoria. 8 min. Gang fra bus 100E som kører direkte til/fra lufthavn. Pæne værelser, dog meget varmt og høj lyd fra ventilation. God morgenmad.

The hotel seems brand new. Everything is in excellent shape and it has small extras that really make a difference. My favorite was that the tile floor of the shower was rough and non-slip. We had two Westies with us that were treated well by the staff and made welcome. The hotel is one block off a busy main street and plaza, but it's in a quiet world of its own. We could walk to a hundred restaurants and busy street life in the district.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Einem Sight Seeing Trip zu Fuß steht nichts im Wege. Alle zentralen Punkten der Stadt Budapest sind problemlos erreichbar. The staff weren't the most pleasant, the rooms were fairly basic with poor showers, the spa opening hours (5–10pm) are ridiculous, and the fact that you have to pre-book a slot yet aren't greeted by any staff at the spa itself was rather strange. Definitely a case of style over substance, although the location is ideal.

God service fra personalet - både i receptionen og i restauranten. Morgenmaden var lækker - desværre var brødristeren ikke den bedste, så der var altid meget kø ved den, men ellers var de gode til at fylde op og maden var lækker. Hotellets beliggenhed var også god.

Good location, Very quite but still near to main city attractions Rooms are decent size but bathrooms/ shower r small. Restaurant /breakfast area has good food but repeated every day. Lounge is decent size with bar never seen any action at bar. Lack of staff I guess.

Mooi hotel en vriendelijk personeel. Helaas is ook hier het tekort aan personeel te merken tijdens het ontbijt. De laatste dag waren de ontbijtborden op toen wij kwamen en het duurde serieus een half uur voordat deze weer werden aangevuld. Wij hebben dus maar van een koffie schotel gebruik gemaakt om ons ontbijt op te doen. Het werd ook slecht bijgevuld.

We had a room on the 7th floor, the room was large enough to fit a double bed and have room for 2 chairs and a table. The mini fridge was stocked with soft drinks and the coffee station was restocked daily. The room was soundproofed and nice to relax in after a days exploring Budapest.

Disappointing overall experience due to several things that affected our stay. The first issue was a pillow case that didn't seemed to be changed. It was wrinkled and there was hairs left on it. There was also a really dirty teaspoon left in the room which I showed to the staff. Given that concern, I would have expected a more proactive response, for example replacing the cups and cutlery in the room or making sure everything was properly checked. I did not feel that the hotel took the concern seriously. Another disappointment was when I asked for help with the coffee machine, which showed a message that it needed to be refilled, the staff member who came to assist me responded in a rather unfriendly way and asked, “What is the problem?” despite the issue already being explained. I was also disappointed to discover that the gym was closed due to renovations. This information was only provided on the day of arrival, not when we booked the hotel. If we had known beforehand that the gym is not available, we would have chosen another hotel. The renovation work also caused disturbing noise throughout our entire three-day stay. I contacted the hotel the very next day after leaving because I had forgotten an item in the room and wanted to check if it had been found. I received a quick negative response, which was disappointing and made me question how lost property is handled, especially since many hotels have well-established routines for returning forgotten belongings.
