Didn’t use any other amenities at hotel other than room and luggage lockers inside in day of check out. That in itself was a huge convenience!

Good central location. Friendly staff. Fridge was broken but they fixed straight away. Great terrace on the top floor. Good access to transport and sites. Groceries nearby. Complementary water.

Decent hotel. Friendly staff and free unlimited complimentary coffee was an added bonus! Excellent location and great links to the airport with the 100E bus dropping off and picking up within 1 minutes walk from the hotel!

Excellent location. Within walking distance to many attractions. They had coffee pods and bottled water every day. Our room had a bar fridge which was convenient. Grocery store close by if you need more drinks. There was coffee station in the lobby which was great. They only thing not up to standard was the towels. They were not soft. It was amazing. leonardo has a perfect location. the room is nice and clean and the service is just fine. the elevator is disadvantage because they have only 1 which is quite slow and serve both employees and customers so you need to wait a lot.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in a fantastic location in popular 'M' Square on the edge of the lively Jewish quarter. The informative 'Free Tours' start in the plaza, and it's across the street from the major subway station and buses, including the airport express. Big rooms, elevator, good staff. Lots of restaurants all around it.

The location was absolutely perfect for our stay as we walked to all the spots we wanted to visit... Directly off the M-Square where the Airport bus stops and departs, it couldn't have been more convenient... The Hotel was very clean and brightly lit, with staff very friendly and helpful. We were very fortunate that we had a room on the top floor which had a terrace which was great to rest our weary legs after walking the whole of Budapest...

O hotel está bem localizado, em um bairro agitado, com várias opções de bares e restaurantes. Os quartos são confortáveis e limpos. O café da manhã é gostoso, mas achei pequeno o espaço do restaurante. O hotel deixa guardar as malas em guarda volumes após o check out o que facilitou pois nosso trem só partia a noite e pudemos passear pela cidade. Recomendo!

We have stayed at this hotel before. Superb location, nice room with a cute little balcony. Free coffee in the reception area, Bed linnen changed every second day - little overkill perhaps. We would definitely stay here next time.

Usually impressed with leonardo however experience at this one was disappointing and so leaving my first ever review! Arrived and the booked, paid for room with terrace was unavailable, told sorry can't do anything, ended up emailing head office and suddenly a room was available to move into after 1100 the next day (3 night break, lost an evening and impacted a day immediately having to move). Didn't receive paid for room. Room was okay, but needs a refresh, walls and carpet all marked, bathroom shower area all needs a clean as mould and shower heads leaking (both rooms we were in were like this). No milk for tea/coffee provided and bring your own hairdryer- the one in the comfort room was unusable. one of the 8 usb ports worked- and why is there one plug for lamp, coffee machine and kettle- i was crawling under the desk constantly to use different appliances! Terrace floor tiles loose/uneven/broken, and one seat was broken in half so not to be sat on. Outside the room lobby was okay and clean- lift rails however hanging off! Also be aware that comfort room we were put in first of all was at the front and so was noisy as overlooking square. Disappointing stay which hopefully leonardo can rectify as never had this before with these hotels.

Es ist zwar neu aber manche Stelle sind echt heruntergekommen. Hab viele schwarze Flecken, Rost Kalk usw. Dann kam leider auch eine Kakerlake die im Zimmer war, das war nicht schön. Dann wurde leider auch das Zimmer vergessen zu putzen und zu reinigen . Also erst nächste Tag und dann wird es nicht richtig geputzt . Einmal nur drübergewischr mehr nicht . Ja da sind sogar 2 Sterne Hotels besser. Hätte mir echt mehr erwartet. Vorallem die Sauberkeit .

The location is good. The room was nice,but was not clean for 2 days. Some if the things was not working. I was asking to speak to the manager and was rejected. I am traveling to Budapest every 3 months but first time in this one.

A good hotel in a good location with good transport nearby and many sites within easy walking distance. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the room cleaned daily if requested although there was an occasional drainy smell particularly in the bathroom. Decent breakfast provided. The room was quiet despite being in a fairly busy tourist area.

It was a short visit, two nights, but I would have loved to stay longer. Great location, I really enjoyed the breakfast and reception desk staff were kind. I had my room close to a busy street so there were some noise in the night but I slept good anyway. Rooms felt a little humid but otherwise I had a really nice stay and would book it again next time!

Typical small rooms like most of Europe, but newly redecorated and clean, with good a/c. Centrally located - a pedestrian’s dream. Airport bus right out front. Main metro hub down the block. Very happy with a lucky choice. Tv has several English channels plus French and Russian at least.

Stayed in the patio suite on the top floor. Amazing views, not too noisy despite being central to a nightlife hotspots waterfront and ruin bars. Great public transit access. Clean and thoughtful great space to come back to. Clean linens and great big windows. This was one of two Leonardo's I stayed in on my trip and both were superb they are now a top brand I will look for.

Clean and thoughtful great space to come back to. Clean linens and great big windows. This was one of two Leonardo's I stayed in on my trip and both were superb they are now a top brand I will look for.

Hôtel qui est mal divisé,rien est beau,petite chambre avec tapis,les murs de l'hôtel ont besoin de rafraichissement,poussières sur les rebords,pas de bar et de gym,déjeuner avec du choix mais les réchauds ne fonctionnent pas bien c'est tiède ou froid,bref ça vaut pas un quatre étoiles.Seul point positif c'est très bien situé près des boutiques et restos.

Very good location, large rooms, generous with water. What I don’t like was the sound isolation, you hear everything around. Towels weren’t perfectly cleaned. The receptionists some were friendly & some were not.

We had a fantastic stay at Leonardo. We were able to stow our bags in lockers on site as we arrived early. Our checkin went very smoothly and quick. Our room was spacious and clean. Room could have used a bit of updating, but it was still great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located perfectly, close to everything. Would highly recommend.

Had a great stay. Location perfect for transportation and walkable. The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. During our stay, a fire alarm went off, and several scared guests crowded in the lobby. He did nothing to ease our stress and if anything exacerbated it - he dismissed everyone’s worries as if we were crazy for being concerned, refused to call the fire brigade, refused to call the manager, and at one point left the lobby full of scared and confused guests because he was “stressed” and “needed to take a smoke break.” We explained to him multiple times that he had to call the fire brigade for us, as no guests spoke Hungarian and thus could not communicate with the firemen. He continued to refuse, stating that it was a crime to call the fire brigade (50-2000 euro fine, to be exact) when there was no fire. We asked how he was certain there was no fire, and he replied that the alarm went off due to steam coming from a shower. We asked him how he knew this, as he was not a fireman, and he snapped back that we were not firemen either. He continued to refuse to call the fire brigade even as we showed him the employee handbook and found the Hungarian fire safety laws and read them to him out loud to demonstrate that there was no fine. Overall, we would not stay here again. He was rude, condescending, inconsiderate, inhospitable, and should be fired. The hotel should strongly consider updating their fire safety instructions for employees, as this young man’s understanding of fire safety protocols and Hungarian law was lacking.

In addition to the beautiful room and service, one of my traveling companions had a fall and had to rest at the hotel prior to being picked up by our travel contact. All of the staff went above and beyond, providing her a place to rest, providing ice to reduce swelling and even directing us to a pharmacy to get some medication. I can't say enough about the hospitality and friendliness of the staff.

The location was perfect, staff were very friendly and helpful, (check-in staff spoke fluent English), Hotel was spotless and modern inside and was easy to access by foot or road. Central Budapest location easy walking distance to the Danube, St. Stephen's Basilica and the Market regions. Recommended. Be sure to visit the unique New York Café nearby.

Very good stay - central location, walkable to main sites and close to public transport. We stayed here while visiting the Christmas markets and it was such a convenient location. The staff were helpful and friendly. Work recommend when visiting Budapest, especially the Christmas markets.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in a fantastic location in popular 'M' Square on the edge of the lively Jewish quarter. The informative 'Free Tours' start in the plaza, and it's across the street from the major subway station and buses, including the airport express. Big rooms, elevator, good staff. Lots of restaurants all around it.

The location was absolutely perfect for our stay as we walked to all the spots we wanted to visit... Directly off the M-Square where the Airport bus stops and departs, it couldn't have been more convenient... The Hotel was very clean and brightly lit, with staff very friendly and helpful. We were very fortunate that we had a room on the top floor which had a terrace which was great to rest our weary legs after walking the whole of Budapest...

Hotel is in a great location. The airport shuttle bus stop is a 2 minute walk away and the metro station a bit further. Additionally, the hotel was clean and fresh with friendly staff.

Great hotel in a perfect location, with tons of restaurants and pubs around, and a short walk to the main sights around the river. If you take the bus to/from the airport, and or the different stations, the stop is less than 200m from the hotel, also connected to all trams and metro lines within a short 5 min walk. Also, pay for the breakfast! It is absolutely worth it. It is a tasty, varied buffet with convenient hours. The staff is friendly and helpful. Five star stay overall!

Hotellet vil jeg benævne som kategori 3, morgenmadsrestauranten er meget lille, der er ingen udenomsplads og en del larm om aftenen/nat.

Mycket bra läge, nära till buss/spårvagn och en massa restauranger samt barer. Mysigt rum med vacker belysning, sköna sängar och fantastisk dusch. God frukostbuffé som inte var jättestor men bra och varierad. Kommer välja hotellet igen om jag åker hit.

Lækkert hotel, dejlig beliggenhed tæt på alt. Pæne værelser, og lækker indretning. Dog var morgenmad lidt kedelig, ikke det helt store udvalg, men den var fin. Der kunne til tider lugte af kloak når man kan ind i receptionen, men udover det et skønt sted. Kan anbefales

Tolle Lage, alles gut erreichbar! Nette Cafés und Kneipen in der Umgebung, sowie auch Nachtleben, falls gesucht. Das Dreibettzimmer war riesig, die Betten bequem, das Bad modern, das Frühstück toll. Und das Personal sprach gutes Englisch und war hilfsbereit.

O hotel está bem localizado, em um bairro agitado, com várias opções de bares e restaurantes. Os quartos são confortáveis e limpos. O café da manhã é gostoso, mas achei pequeno o espaço do restaurante. O hotel deixa guardar as malas em guarda volumes após o check out o que facilitou pois nosso trem só partia a noite e pudemos passear pela cidade. Recomendo!

Läget är väldigt centralt och bra. Rummet var städat och trevligt, jag hade en liten balkong ut mot gågatan vilket var trevligt. Ljudisoleringen är okej men man hör trafiken ut mot gatan och även genom dörren mot trapphuset. Frukosten var helt okej men började inte förens 07.30 vilket kan vara i det senaste laget om man är på en affärsresa. För priset är det ett bra hotell.

The hotel’s location was great, but unfortunately, there were several details that affected my overall experience. When I arrived, my reservation was not in their system, which caused a delay during check-in. Once I got to my room, I found food left inside the refrigerator from a previous guest. The following day, after housekeeping cleaned my room, they accidentally left cleaning products and used cleaning cloths behind. I also noticed that the walls in the room were quite dirty. These may seem like small details, but they really make a difference when it comes to the overall cleanliness and quality of a hotel stay. The location is definitely a plus, but the housekeeping and attention to detail could be improved.
