The elevtor did noy wok. Yhe first room asigned was dirty and unservised. The second room was clean but third floor, fine for me but an elderly might have been challenged on yhird floor with no elevator. The third floor had no ice machine so had to go to other floors for ice. And second night disruptive guests were noy quieted and loud and disruptive till 4:30 am so no sleep that night. When told about that they just shrugged it off as oh well.

Directions provided from hotels.com were not accurate. Hotel is obviously brand new. Was scared from all of the warning signs posted on exterior walls to actually leave my vehicle there and actually stay. Then walked in to homeless person in lobby which really made us scared but everyone else was booked to change. It ended up being quiet. Hotel seemed clean. Our was was nice. Beds are far from comfortable. Our tv didn’t work and front desk came fast to fix it. There is no sidewalk covering and only one entrance to hotel so we had to run from the back of hotel to the front in pouring rain. There is no pool or breakfast. For one night stay wasnt to bad.

This hotel was initially impressive with its newness, modern rooms, and cleanliness. Although it is a fair distance from Dallas, there were nearby fast-food restaurants and convenience stores. While our room itself appeared nice, there were a few minor issues. The water pressure was lacking and slow to warm, resulting in some rather patience-testing showers, and the ice machine across from our room incessantly beeped audibly with an error message. I like the motel overall was good my only issue was house keeping..when I got to the room there was still Gatorade bottles in the fridge from previous guest, I let house keeping know and asked for more towels while I was gone but when I got back I had the same towels the beds were not made and the trash was still there so was the stuff in the fridge, other then that it was a good place to rest our stay

I've stayed here before and thought it was very nice and clean... Not this time! The linen was stained, shower curtains and towels were dirty. I went to the front office the staff and the manager tried to tell me the stressing are because of people's makeup... No, makeup can be removed with bleach sir! I was not pleased with the lack of accountability and excuses

The hotel, built in 2023, is brand new, which is very pleasant. However, I recommend that they improve their room cleaning standards. If they continue with the current approach, the hotel might become dirty over time. During our stay, we found a few small chip crumbs on the floor and a chewed bubble gum in a cup.

Honestly the only thing that wasn't completely satisfactory is the walls are paper thin and we heard the room above us and the one next to us all night, I was wondering why they never sleep!? And then the floors weren't quite clean but other than that its a great place to stay! Even with those small issues I'd stay again!

The TV allows the option to login to your different streaming apps "which I love" even a lot of 3+ star hotels don't have that. My only dislike is the shower. There is a door, just a curtain and stall. The front desk staff is very nice accommodating. I will definitely be back.

The room was very nice and big. It was clean, even the floor. The high ceiling made every word spoken echo. There were two large groups of Mexican men that talked loud and played music so we couldn't go to sleep @10pm or woke us up @ 2am. Front desk didn't do anything about it. They said no one in the groups spoke English.

Hotel in the location it is at isn’t the greatest. It’s not in the best area of Hutchins. Atmosphere didn’t feel great either. The clientele is very sketch because of the area. Place looks clean but can smell the musk of the variety of people, bleach, dirty mop water. etc. just didn’t feel great there. Sorry

It's a bit off the beaten path. However, the neighborhood across looks a bit questionable. There was a female who came to the window of our vehicle from nowhere. Outside of this we have stayed there in the past and will be comfortable to stay there again.

I wish I would have known that they did not serve breakfast- that is a deal breaker for our family. They only had complimentary coffee which was not palatable in the morning. I asked for a do not disturb sign and never did receive one. The hair dryer never worked in our room…..

Good budget hotel with great staff. No breakfast unfortunately. First time visiting Texas, would not recommend for a long stay but awesome for a weekend event stay.

Good budget hotel with great staff. No breakfast unfortunately. First time visiting Texas, would not recommend for a long stay but awesome for a weekend event stay.

My stay was awesome it was very comfortable they cleaned my room everyday it would’ve top it off if they had breakfast but other than that it was the best!

This hotel was initially impressive with its newness, modern rooms, and cleanliness. Although it is a fair distance from Dallas, there were nearby fast-food restaurants and convenience stores. While our room itself appeared nice, there were a few minor issues. The water pressure was lacking and slow to warm, resulting in some rather patience-testing showers, and the ice machine across from our room incessantly beeped audibly with an error message. The staff and owner were professional during check-in and friendly while watching the solar eclipse.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Housekeeping was great. However, the ice machine was not working and that was very inconvenient since we stayed more than one night. Also, we had Doordash delivery and first time they came to our room, but second time we were told that we had to come to front desk to pick up food. That was upsetting. Even dasher couldn’t explain why they did that - it made no sense.

Hats off to me being CHEAP LOL. As they say you get what you pay for. Front desk man appeared have just rolled out of bed, eye crust and bad breath. He had no customer service skills and didn’t speak upon check in or check out. Our room was decent but we could her everyone talking in their rooms and loud TV due to walls being so thin. Would not recommend staying g here.
