Room was poorly maintained … broken iron table Supposed to be breakfast included But bagels and eggs were available and line up was horrible

There was no breakfast, (cereal but no milk, coffee but no cups or creamer, bagles and toast but no toaster, waffle maker but no syrup) fitness room equipment was all broken, no free weights. Room was dirty with stains on walls, pictures, bathroom door and there was no maid service. When I brought my complaints to the front desk she just blew me off saying they were short staffed. Totally unacceptable, I was in town for a billiards tournament and told the organizers to NEVER put this hotel on their list in the future, I know I will never stay here again!!

Didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave in my room ! My my stay very difficult for over a week and cost me more to eat out every meal due to no fridge or microwave
