I fled my mom's house when the AC quit and was dying for a cool room and a pool. Got cool room but should have paid more attention to the fact that there was no photo of the "pool". It exists but small and in a very warm small room that was so unpleasant I did not use.

The hotel was brand new. Everything was clean and smelled fresh. The room was a little bare but very spacious. Lots of parking and the staff was extremely friendly. Our AC unit stopped working at one point but one call to the desk and they rushed right up and fixed it. The breakfast was sub par and generic, not a lot to chose from but overall this was a great place to stay.

Wonderful, clean experience. The front desk worker knew my name and welcomed me every time she saw me! The gym was well equipped and well maintained. Would stay again.

Horrible. First they allowed kids to be doing canninballs and take over the pool. The people above us,had kids literally running, stomping around jumping off the beds. We were told they were allowed until 11 pm. We could hear our tv much less sleep. The noise started again immediately in the morning so we left. I didnt pay 200 dollars to not have a relaxing stay. The night crew didnt care at all. A refund or some sort of reimbursement should be made.

My family and i spent the night sleeping in a room with the same dirty linen from our last stay, which I know because my wife started her cycle on them. The couch bed linen and pillows were even molded (put it together late night in the dark), so we didn't see it until the morning. I reported it to the front desk and the attendant just blew it off. I'm calling the General Mgr Monday mornig.

Good hotel on the outskirts of Detroit. Staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. One of the best 'business travel' hotel buffet breakfasts I've had in quite a while. I was disappointed by the lack of in-room safes, we had to carry passports and electronics with us during our multiple day stay. Looking online, others have had the same surprise upon arrival. Despite how great the hotel is, this is a dealbreaker for future stays for me. It's a shame as it's the only barrier to me rebooking. If you don't need the in-room safe it's a great business/travel option.

It’s a nice, clean and comfortable hotel. But I was surprised that it was a little noisy- doors down the hall and people stomping above us were louder than I expected. But otherwise everything was great.

Staff on check in was friendly. Our room was ready and spacious and clean. The toiletries were quality. Room offered a mini fridge and microwave which was helpful. You could hear noisy hallway neighbors, but fortunately it didn't go on tooo long.

The first time we stayed here the property was great. It was clean and the staff was great. We headed back to visit family and we decided to stay here again, This was a mistake. On Friday or Saturday we returned to the hotel around 10:30 pm when we were walking to our room we heard loud commotion coming from another room. We went into our room and thought maybe they will calm down after a bit. The room right next to us and across the hall from us were having a huge bday party. I called down to the front desk after awhile as we couldn't even hear our tv, the front desk lady came up super fast and told the room next to us that there could only be 4 people in room and to keep it down. This didn't help at all after about another 30 to 40 mins I called down again and spoke with the new front desk guy and he said he would come up and talk to them, he never came up i then called down again a few times and kept getting excuses from him (I think he was intimidated) This chaos went on until 4 am with people in and out of the rooms and even when security showed up nothing changed. Its sad that the GM said he would call me back and almost a month later I haven't heard from anyone. There is more to this stay but there isn't enough space, My husband was super sick feeling from no sleep he wasn't able to make our plans until later in the day. It would have been nice if someone could have been able to get this problem resolved.

Hotel was clean, daily breakfast was edible (large variety of breakfast items), lots of places to eat & shop nearby, cleaning staff was rude (requested a change of towel’s & washcloths and was rudely directed to the front desk). When we returned to our room there was a pile of unfolded towels on the bed. Customer service is important, the cleaning staff didn’t measure up. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Overall it was a good experience.

The first time we stayed here the property was great. It was clean and the staff was great. We headed back to visit family and we decided to stay here again, This was a mistake. On Friday or Saturday we returned to the hotel around 10:30 pm when we were walking to our room we heard loud commotion coming from another room. We went into our room and thought maybe they will calm down after a bit. The room right next to us and across the hall from us were having a huge bday party. I called down to the front desk after awhile as we couldn't even hear our tv, the front desk lady came up super fast and told the room next to us that there could only be 4 people in room and to keep it down. This didn't help at all after about another 30 to 40 mins I called down again and spoke with the new front desk guy and he said he would come up and talk to them, he never came up i then called down again a few times and kept getting excuses from him (I think he was intimidated) This chaos went on until 4 am with people in and out of the rooms and even when security showed up nothing changed. Its sad that the GM said he would call me back and almost a month later I haven't heard from anyone. There is more to this stay but there isn't enough space, My husband was super sick feeling from no sleep he wasn't able to make our plans until later in the day. It would have been nice if someone could have been able to get this problem resolved.

New hotel, clean, nice beds. Note: The hotel is set a ways back from the street and noted only with a small sign at the street, so look for the driveway between the freeway and Denny's restaurant.

Facility was very clean and well maintained. Staffs were nice and friendly as well. I liked my stay here overall. A downside was that there is nothing in walking distance, which I think is considered in a price. So overall, I give 5 stars to this property

Very clean, convenient to I-75 to Detroit, decent food/dining options nearby. Walls a little thin and if the room is close to the highway, might disturb light sleepers. All in all, a good option.

New property. Everything fresh and clean. All staff were super nice and very helpful. Breakfast was great. Lot of variety. It was very convenient location wise. Also kind of hidden and protected from noise. Denny's next door. All in all great experience. Will highly recommend this place.

I really liked this hotel staff. Maria was the first to greet me. She is very pleasant and helpful. She smiled every time she saw me. Another great employee was Chandler, he actually came to my room and helped me figure out the a/c situation. All of the staff is very friendly (I wish I I would have gotten all of their names). I want to say that this hotel is very clean. You can eat off the bathroom floors. Yes, it’s that clean. I only have one complaint…we’ll a few. There was no remote in my room, so I had to ask the housekeeper for one. She came in a agreed that there was no remote. A few days later, I noticed that there was no tissue in the facial tissue box. So, again I had to go find someone. Lastly, there was no liner in the trash bin. The breakfast was edible…not great and the pool is the size of a jacuzzi. None of my complaints are deal breakers. Again, the hotel was clean and the entire staff is awesome…not just the names that I can remember. Go there…but have a car because it’s kind of in the boonies.

Everything was excellent BUT Gym - Didn't have cleaner to wipe up sweaty equipment. They have a water dispenser but don't provide cups to use it (Bring Your Own Bottle). The room could use a fan for circulation. The hot food on the breakfast bar is substandard.

Pool was refreshing and clean, it always had clean towels. Enjoyed a great breakfast both days. Our room was clean, bright, and roomy. Staff were polite and friendly. I really liked the whole complex and have no complaints what so ever. nor did I hear anybody else complain. Everybody seemed to be enjoying themselves. WELL DONE. We will be back. Ontario visitor.

The property was nice and clean. They had everything available for you during your stay. We were greeted with a smile and it was wonderful. The pool was nice and the fitness center was excellent. The morning breakfast was delicious with hot and cold foods. They had turkey sausage, eggs, waffles that you make yourself. Oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, with all the toppings, bread, chicken breakfast sandwiches, chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds, other toppings as well. Apple, cranberry, and orange juice. Milk 2% and fat free. Very good on everything. We will definitely be back. Maria was at the desk when we checked out. She was Awesome! Very professional and upbeat.

The hotel was brand new. Everything was clean and smelled fresh. The room was a little bare but very spacious. Lots of parking and the staff was extremely friendly. Our AC unit stopped working at one point but one call to the desk and they rushed right up and fixed it. The breakfast was sub par and generic, not a lot to chose from but overall this was a great place to stay.

Great visit! Staff had great customer service. Clean room and clean facilities. We didn't get a chance to partake in the pool or exercise room but they looked spectacular. The hot breakfast had great variety and the breakfast quiche was top tier! It's only 20 minutes to downtime Detroit (will be less when construction is done on I75N). And it's super close to I75. I'll definitely book again.

Our stay was great from beginning to end. Check in and check out was a smooth process. The rooms were very clean and we were happy to see that one of our rooms had a stand up shower because a guest in our party had mobility issues and can’t step over high tubs. Let’s talk about Breakfast. Usually when I hear that you get a continental breakfast, I only expect donuts and danish and maybe some cold cereal. Not here, this was a full blown breakfast, eggs, oatmeal, sausage, poo tarts, bagels, lots of juice, oat milk for those with dairy issues, there were was something there for everyone. We are from out of town and all activities that we planned were 20 min away which was great. On our next trip we will definitely go for a swim and hit the fitness center. I highly recommend this place. And it was right off the highway for us.

This was a really nice hotel, especially for the price. Overall the property was really well maintained and it was nice to have a hot breakfast. There were definitely some small blemishes in the hotel (our curtain was broken, and the chain to the blind was broken) but otherwise really great.
