Amwaj Hotel

You say it has 14 pools. Has 6 You say speak English and Arabic. No one in the hotel spoke English. Not even the manager. No ATM. I booked for collection from the airport. No one turn up. No one said why they didn’t turn up or said sorry. Not even the manager came to see me. I was the only European person in the hotel. Every other guest was from Egypt. Daily cleaning of the room only done for Egyptian people. I asked for them to make up my room. All he did was change the duvet cover. No clean towels or cleaning the floors or emptying the bins or toilet paper. Had to ask. The worst place ever. Did your company verify their claim. I don’t think so. Bad holiday.don’t go there on holiday. They look at you like an alien. DONT GO THERE.

I was surprised by how beautiful this location facing Mediterranean 👍 staff are very helpful, polite and friendly. Room service is the fastest I ever have. The receptionist at front desk are always willing to help Thank you Amwaj. For sure I will be back

It’s a beautiful spot with an amazing view and amenities. It’s perfect if you are looking for a cute getaway. The service was incredible. The one flaw was the spotty wifi and how far the location is from tourist spots In Alexandria. All in All gorgeous.
