Tolles, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Bequeme Betten, kleines und leckeres Frühstück möglich. Personal sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer hintenraus, was super leise war. Ein öffentliches Parkhaus ist quasi unter dem Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!!!

Det var ett litet och trevligt hotell. Centralt. Bra parkerings garage precis intill hotellet. Frukosten kunde ha varit lite bättre.

Ich habe gebucht und geschrieben per E Mail grosse DZ wir gehabt so klein das kann nicht richtig in Bad umziehen keine Auswahl Getränke Kein Zimmer Service ich gebe nur 2 Sterne als Hotel Fach Personal Vermittlung Aufzug Tür schwer öffnen.

I suppose it was a mistake to arrive on a Sunday night when there was no one on reception. I had had to used a push button to talk to someone and then negotiate an electronic key, trice, with suitcases. I then entered a lobby with no signs. I found the lift and the room, eventually, but it soured my view of the hotel from the off. The staff were lovely... when they were there. There is no bar. The breakfast was continental and adequate. The Turkish restaurant next door is off putting as you had to endure the smoke from hookahs to get to your hotel.

Hôtel rénové avec goût, accueil sympathique et professionnel, chambre agréable, propre et bien insonorisée. Très bonne literie. Situé à 15 minutes à pied de la Cathédrale et du quartier belge. Parking à 100 m de l’entrée de l’hôtel).

Sauberes und einfaches Hotel in guter Lage in Köln. Unterirdisches Parkhaus direkt vor der Tür. Zimmer leider ohne Bügeleisen, Kühlschrank, Minibar oder Wasserkocher. Sehr freundliches und engagiertes Personal.

Das Zimmer war modern und die Angestellten sehr freundlich . Es gibt eine Tiefgarage direkt vor der Tür. Unser Zimmer war auf der Parkseite. Es ist nachts ziemlich laut, wenn man das Fenster offen hat. Vielleicht nach einem ruhigen Zimmer fragen.

The staff was beyond great and accommodating with our stay, friendly, and gave great recommendations. The things we didn't like is 18 euros for a breakfast buffet for a subpar buffet. We paid 15 euros at a place in Fussen that had a larger and better selection. Had limited selection of eggs. They only had two, boiled egg and scrambled eggs. Not much of a selection. which their flyer said a selection of eggs. The elevator was small for two people with luggage. It said a max of five people but for two people with 2 suitcases it was tight. Even though it was walking distant of the Dom. The outside of hotel wasn’t great. The parking lot smells like piss. The walls are paper thin. Heard the couples next to us.

Komme gerne wieder! Sehr sauber, sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Schön zentral mit der U-Bahn, zu erreichen!

Room was lovely. But no one cleaned our room or replace coffee pods after night one of our 2 night stay

初めてのドイツ一人旅で利用しました。ドイツ旅で3件ホテルを利用しましたが、一番スタッフの対応が良く、全員笑顔で対応してくれました。 部屋はコンパクトで綺麗でした。アメニティはシャンプー兼ボディーソープ、ボディーローション、ソーイングセット、タオル、水のみで、他はありません。コーヒーほしいなら買いにいくしかないです。パネルヒーターがありましたが、電源をつけることができず断念しました。 立地はケルン大聖堂から徒歩15分くらい、ビジネス街を歩いていくとつきます。電車だとUバーンのChristopher/Mediaparkの目の前です。駅近ですが、Chiristopher駅が薄暗く、ホームレスも多く、ドイツ旅のなかで一番怖かった印象。ホテルから100mほどのところがクラブとかが多いエリアのようです。他の口コミではうるさいと書いていたのがなっとくですが、私の部屋は裏側だったのですごく静かで快適でした。

Sauberes und modernes Zimmer. Frühstück war uns als Express für 8 Euro zu wenig (Kaffee mit Croissant und Marmelade) und als Buffet 18 Euro pro Person zu teuer... was dazwischen wäre nett gewesen. Wir haben dann beim Bäcker gefrühstückt..... Sonst aber alles Top.

Gute Schall- und Lichtisolierung der Fenster. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück und Frühstücksraum hervorragend. Ausstattung/Einrichtung der Zimmer verbesserungsfähig und etwas veraltet aber dennoch sauber und ok.

The Good: - excellent location - not in the city centre but walkable to/from the cathedral, main Christmas markets. - shopping & dining - Köln’s finer, unique, curated and hipper shopping options are in the area. Think local and independent. Similar idea for dining plus local specialty coffee shops - easily accessible by public transit - quiet area - room condition - balcony, updated room interiors, clean carpets, overall a well-designed room with ample storage space The Not-So-Good - room condition - shower space isn’t the issue. The awkwardness of the doors and the positioning of the shower plus the limited space meant significant leakage onto the bathroom floors. The main tap knobs between the shower stall and the toilet leaked too so you have quite a bit to mop up. - service - the front desk was frequently unattended. Once, the one on shift appeared to have left to go upstairs. The automatic doors at the entrance were locked or not working. We could not enter until another guest stood on the other side to prompt the doors to open. - billing - at check-in we were told about breakfast of which reminded the staff that it wasn’t included. They confirmed that it wasn’t but we were still charged for it but was thankfully removed after we raised the issue. - room amenities - they gave us Nespresso coffee pods but there was no machine. We were told it was a mistake. We asked if there was a kettle at least to boil waiter and were told no

Great boutique hotel near the center of Koln. The rooms represent a good value and are larger with higher ceilings than most European hotel rooms—also, large operable windows and a spacious bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful, public transportation was right in front of the hotel, great German restaurant a block away.

Junior Suite hatte leider (bei der Hitze) keinen Kühlschrank. Auch wäre es vorteilhaft eine Kleiderleiste anzubringen - Platz ist genug vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage ist super. Suite sehr geräumig. Bad top - sehr schöne große Dusche.

Otel çok güzel büyük odalar ve konforlu bir dizaynı var ve merkeze uzaklığı müthiş gerçekten 10 dakika yürüdüğünüzde katedrale gelmiş oluyorsunuz ki biz paris rotamızı sırf bunu da görelim diye yönlendirdik. Bize de şansımıza balkonlu ve şehri görebildiğimiz bir oda denk geldi. Odalarda kahve makinesi yok. Tek ve en büyük sıkıntısı başka odadan gelen çok duymak istemeyeceğimiz seslerdi biz büyük problem yapmadık ama çocuklu bir aile olsaydık durum vahimdi.

A great hotel, unfortunately the air conditioning underperforms on hot summer nights.

good location about 15 mins walk from City centre. (approx 9 euros by Uber). Choice of restaurants within 10 mins walk. Hotel was quiet- very few guests in late July. Rooms are spread over 6 or 7 floors. Room was comfortable without being spectacular. No fridge or kettle but did have a safe. Shower was small and leaked but OK

The hotel was nice and in a quiet part of what looks like a business area, there are shops and cafes nearby and the station at Hansaring is only a 10 min walk, walking to the old town was 25mins and straight forward. The room was nice (Suite) and nice views. The only thing that let the room down were the beds, two singles together that don’t lock and single duvets! A bit of research shows this is normal in Germany, why I’ll never know, needless to say I spent the night wrestling with the duvet and trying not to fall down the gap!

Quiet, safe area. Staff super friendly and very helpful. Comfy base to explore the city.

Absolut nicht gefallen hat uns, dass wir - als wir nachts eincheckten, in ein belegtes Zimmer geschickt wurden. Eine Erklärung für diesen Fehler gab es nicht. Und auch 2x Nachfragen brachte keine wirkliche Reaktion. Wie kann so etwas passieren? Wir haben seitdem nicht ruhig schlafen können, denn wir hatten immer ein wenig Angst, dass auch wir mitten in der Nacht einmal unerwünschten Besuch bekommen könnten.

A wonderful place to stay while in Cologne. I've stayed at this hotel several times and never been disappointed in the rooms or friendliness of the staff. The property is adjacent to a subway/light rail stop, but the DOM is an easy walk away. Using the incredible public transit system, I was able to get to the hotel in less than 1 hour from the Cologne-Bonn airport.

A great stay- comfortable accommodation in a neighbourhood with excellent transport options from both city and the airport. We easily and enjoyably strolled in to the central area via many iconic churches and lovely restaurants and shops. Don’t discount the breakfast offered at the hotel, the buffet was awesome and frequently replenished. Such a shame that so many lacklustre reviews for this hotel actually appear to relate to properties in NYC!

I liked that they had comfortable modern single rooms and it would be a very comfortable environment for someone travelling alone, although I was on a trip with another friend. The managed provided good recommendations in the surrounding area. Breakfast was great - cold meats and cheese, boiled and scrambled eggs, various types of bread (request the great gluten-free bread rolls in advance), cereals and yoghurt, teas, coffee and juices. 20-minute walk to the cathedral and 30-minutes to the river.

Das Hotel ist wirklich schön, alles super ,schöne Zimmer schönesd Ambiente! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das super freundliche Personal...wirklich klasse!! Und der Kaffe zum Frühstück ist auch wirklich einen Besuche wert...also top!! Wir kommen wieder

Hotel design et propre. Petit déjeuner bon mais pas assez de variété. Personel au check-in pas aimable. 35€ pour 2h de late check-out?! Pas de mini bar / fridge dans les chambres. Pas de machine à café ou bouilloire en chambre. A ce prix? Lit et oreillés trop mou.
