Hotel mit Parkplatz?Sollte man beim Angebot erwähnen, dass der nicht garantiert ist. Macht einfach den Aufenthalt mühsam wenn man noch suchen muss. Portier war keine grosse Hilfe.

Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung und sauber. Das Frühstück war gut, alles was man braucht. Das Personal allerdings überfordert und unmotiviert. Ich frage mich, warum man mit dem Aufzug von der Tiefgarage zwar rauf fahren kann, aber im Aufzug selbst, kann man die Tiefgarage nicht wählen. Dies ist für die Abreise unpraktisch. Man muss mit Koffer und Gepäck Treppen hinunter und mehrere schwere Türen aufmachen. Die Tiefgarage ist eine Katastrophe, viel zu eng, Autos scheinen öfters Kratzer zu bekommen und angefahren zu werden. Die Lage des Hotels ist allerdings top. Nah zum Rhein und die Stadt Porz in wenigen Fußminuten zu erreichen.

Het hotel is zeer gedateerd en er is al in jaren niets aan gedaan. Wij hadden kamer 801 en 802. 801 was prima qua formaat maar oud en vies. 802 was super klein en iets moderner. Parkeerplaats onder het hotel klein en vol. Aan de overkant prima parkeergarage ad € 15,00 per dag. Omgeving is prima, leuk aan het water en winkels op loopafstand. Ontbijt was goed en redelijk uitgebreid. Prijs kwaliteit: € 156,87 per kamer per nacht was het niet waard.

Leider ist das Hotel an einigen Stellen sehr herunter gekommen. Die Matratzen sind sehr ausgelegen und einzelne Federn sind zu spüren. Leider fehlt eine Lobby oder Aufenthaltsraum den man Abends zum Ausklingen des Tages nutzen kann. Das Frühstück ist Ausreichend und lecker, die Plätze zu wenig. Das Personal wirkt eingeschüchtert. The check-in process was quick and easy. The room was big. The bed could be better, but it was fine. The internet was not working on the 6th floor. The elevator goes up to the 5th floor, and if you are one of the lucky ones on the 6th floor, you have to use the stairs for the last part of your journey to your room. Renovations were scheduled for the 6th floor in the morning, and that was a little annoying, but it was not a big deal. I booked it because I needed a place to sleep with my family to continue my journey the next day. It accomplished this well at a really good price, with breakfast included.

Oda da mutfak yok, tv de dijital platformlar yok, sadece karasal yayın, banyo ve çarşaflar iyi temizlenmemişti, insan kılları mevcuttu. Personel iyiydi. Lobide ki kahve makinasında süt asla yoktu, sadece sade kahve içebildik.

Receptionist niet vriendelijk, kamer gedateerd en vies, overal stof. Verkeer zeer rumoerig, kamers bloedheet. De buurt is onveilig, veel jongeren, overal wietzakjes en shotflesjes.

Wir haben 3 Nächte im Hotel verbracht. Das Zimmer war okay. Betten und offensichtliche Oberflächen waren gereinigt. Die Vorhänge hatten Löcher und waren eher grau als vielleicht einmal weiß. Im Bad war ein Loch in einer Fliese. Die Teppiche hatten Flecken die wohl nicht mehr rausgehen. Einige Wände waren ebenfalls fleckig. Frühstück war gut. Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden.

Wir waren enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Das Zimmer roch stark nach stinkendem Bodenteppich, und während unseres Aufenthalts gab es kein Wasser im Zimmer. Darüber hinaus wurde das Zimmer während unserer Abwesenheit nicht gereinigt. Das Gebäude ist sehr alt und in schlechtem Zustand, was zu einer unangenehmen Lautstärke beiträgt. Wir empfehlen dringend, dass die Eigentümer Maßnahmen ergreifen, um diese Probleme anzugehen und den Aufenthalt ihrer Gäste zu verbessern

Dieses Hotel hatte ich mehr oder weniger als Notunterkunft gebucht, weil ich wegen eines Flugstreiks in Köln gestrandet war. Ich buchte es wegen des Preises, da andere Hotels wegen einer Messe horrende Preise nahmen. Dementsprechend gering war meine Erwartung. Von außen eher nicht ansprechend. Innen alles sehr einfach gehalten. Es gibt hier sogar noch Schlüssel für die Zimmer. Das Zimmer selbst auch sehr schlicht und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktional und sauber. Schimmel in der Dusche war das einzige, was richtig gestört hat. Positiv waren viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe und der Rhein ebenfalls ganz nah. Das Personal war sehr nett. Ein Fahrstuhl war vorhanden, Frühstück im Preis inklusive. Allerdings habe ich das nicht genutzt. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt und wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche stellt gut geeignet.

Upon arrival, the lady at the reception cannot comunicate even a little bit in English and she gave us a wrong room. We booked a premium room with 3 single beds and she has randomly gave me a one queen bed room. Even after I showed her my confirmation with proof, she asked me come back in two hours, she need to ask another staff responsible for this booking. This is conpletely ridicious because we had showed her the proof on our phone written down 'premium room with 3 single bedroom". She took a photo on my phone and ask me to come back in two hpurs. When we che k out, it funally come a guy who able to speak English so we ask if he can make a small adjustment for compansation but he said no, he said the only thing he can do is to tell his manager what had happened. He didnt even apologize for the mistKe they have made. And he said you can made complaint if you like. Clearly they don' t care about their business. For the room, it has no charging ports. Asked for help in the reception, she just said "no". Glasses are dirty with food stick on it. The heater is broker with all wires ypu can see through. No bath tub for a premium, show curtain is old and dirty and too small for it. The who room is old, dirty and dated. All in all, I will never come back to this hotel again and I strongly not recoment anyone to book this hotel.

Nice and clean hotel, has everything you need to explore the city. Breakfast was ideal. Me and my family felt safe around the area. Lots of facilities and transport options. A good sea food restaurant nearby by the river.

My stay was good overall. The hotel offered free breakfast which was nice. The location also gave easy access to Cologne airport. However, I booked a double bed for myself and my wife but the room was a twin beds put together. This was disappointing as sleeping was uncomfortable.

Not as close to the airport as advertised! 35 euros for a taxi from the airport. Very old establishment with carpet flooring everywhere. The free breakfast was good though

Das ist Zimmer ist klein und einfach. Das ist ok. Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Armatur in der Dusche fällt auseinander. Bad hat keinen Heizkörper. Aber auf Grund des Preise akzeptabel

No aircon unbearable heat opened windows to breath and hopefully sleep, to no avail, massive road noise and polution 24.7 carpet thread bare sticky and stained. I will say no more other than we have already found an alternative hotel for our stay.
No aircon unbearable heat opened windows to breath and hopefully sleep, to no avail, massive road noise and polution 24.7 carpet thread bare sticky and stained. I will say no more other than we have already found an alternative hotel for our stay.

Het ontbijt was super en het personeel ook heel vriendelijk. De kamer ook prima en schoon. Alleen de kussens vond ik echt niet fijn. De oarjeergarage is een uitdaging, kkein en nauw. Wat me opviel bij het inchecken: we moesten € 1,55 betalen, contant.. volgens de medewerker betrof dit 'Gemeindegebur'.... dit bedrag kon niet worden gepind en we ontvingen geen nota... vreemd...

Standard Doppelzimmer gebucht, im Zimmer ist aber nur ein Bett. Blöd wenn du zu zweit bist. Rezeptionist wusste gar nicht dass es ein Einzelzimmer ist, musste sich erst vor Ort überzeugen lassen, dass ich ihn nicht verarsche. War dann aber sehr bemüht Ersatz aufzutreiben. Allerdings keine Doppelzimmer mehr frei, bekamen ein zweites Einzelzimmer. Okay, da ich mit Tochter unterwegs war. Aber mit Frau oder mit kleinem Kind sähe die Sache anders aus. Grüner Smiley fürs Service für die Bemühung des Angestellten. Generell eher abgefuckte Atmosphäre, grindige Teppiche, grindiger Vorhang. Dafür große Dusche, Bad das Highlight des Zimmers.

None of the staff seemed to have access to even the most basic items such as trash bags or cutlery. They could not provide extra pillows. The tv did not work - only one channel and it could not be adjusted. The wifi was terrible, not staying connected or even connecting to begin with. The lamps in our room were not working. When they moved us to a different room, we still had the same issues. Staff would leave notes for the next day to help address issues but nothing was ever addressed, even after multiple attempts on our part. The water temperature in the shower was not good, it would go from one extreme to the other without us making any adjustments to the knob. One minute it was freezing cold and the next scalding hot. There was also poor communication, unable to understand English or even German in some cases. We do not recommend this hotel at all. We will not be going back.

The check-in process was quick and easy. The room was big. The bed could be better, but it was fine. The internet was not working on the 6th floor. The elevator goes up to the 5th floor, and if you are one of the lucky ones on the 6th floor, you have to use the stairs for the last part of your journey to your room. Renovations were scheduled for the 6th floor in the morning, and that was a little annoying, but it was not a big deal. I booked it because I needed a place to sleep with my family to continue my journey the next day. It accomplished this well at a really good price, with breakfast included.

Upon arrival, the lady at the reception cannot comunicate even a little bit in English and she gave us a wrong room. We booked a premium room with 3 single beds and she has randomly gave me a one queen bed room. Even after I showed her my confirmation with proof, she asked me come back in two hours, she need to ask another staff responsible for this booking. This is conpletely ridicious because we had showed her the proof on our phone written down 'premium room with 3 single bedroom". She took a photo on my phone and ask me to come back in two hpurs. When we che k out, it funally come a guy who able to speak English so we ask if he can make a small adjustment for compansation but he said no, he said the only thing he can do is to tell his manager what had happened. He didnt even apologize for the mistKe they have made. And he said you can made complaint if you like. Clearly they don' t care about their business. For the room, it has no charging ports. Asked for help in the reception, she just said "no". Glasses are dirty with food stick on it. The heater is broker with all wires ypu can see through. No bath tub for a premium, show curtain is old and dirty and too small for it. The who room is old, dirty and dated. All in all, I will never come back to this hotel again and I strongly not recoment anyone to book this hotel.

It wasn't the best but wasn't the worst. Hotel very tired and a strange stale smell at parts but the free breakfast was a nice surprise...its continental/traditional German of course..but there was plenty on offer and the bread and rolls were fresh. Location is what makes it. 3 minute walk to the town centre with supermarkets, bakery, shops and food places. A further few minutes takes you to the tram station which takes you to Cologne centre in around 20 mins. Also bus run from there and the airport bus 161 was very quick and easy. There are some lovely restaurants in Porz, especially Casano Argentina steak restaurant. Definitely worth a visit. Overall i would stay here again for the right price but they definitely could do with a revamp.

wir buchen immer wieder dieses Hotel, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Einfaches aber sauberes Hotel / Zimmer. Frühstückszeit ist schön lang bis 10.30 Uhr. Die Auswahl ist nicht riesig aber gut. Die Brötchen werden immer wieder frisch aufgebacken nachgelegt. Das Küchenpersonal achtet auf ordentliche Tische. Wir reisen immer mit der Bahn an, funktioniert gut. Fussweg ca. 12 Minuten. Auch die Straßenbahn nach Köln ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt.

Eski bir otel ama temizlik olarak fena degil .Çarşaflar falan temiz her sabah temizlik yapılıyor.Kalinmayacak bir yer degil.Havaalanina çok yakın .Hemen karşısında carşı var market lokanta eczane v.s .Kahvaltı yeterliydi.Mutfak catal bıçak bardak temiz ,yiyecekler taze.Kısacası kalınır.

Das Hotel liegt am Rande einer Fußgängerzone mit Ladengeschäften und nicht weit von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle „Porz Markt“. Allerdings muss man zum etwas versteckt gelegenen Hoteleingang dann noch eine Hauptstraße überqueren. Die Fußgängerzone war bei meinem Besuch eine riesige Baustelle (es wurden wohl überall neue Leitungen verlegt), aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts.

Hotel basic, but did what it said on the tin. Room was dated, but spacious & clean. Breakfast was very good with numerous choices. We stayed one night before catching our flight the following day. Great location for the airport, bus station 7 min walk, with buses every 30 mins to the airport. Hotel provided a list of ‘restaurants’ for evening meal, but mostly fast food type places or no longer existed. Finally found an Italian, La Fornace which was very good except German bank card or cash only accepted! Caused us a problem as we only had visa/maestro cards & very little cash. Managed to scrabble just enough E’s & £’s, not very good, no sign or advice beforehand!

Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung und sauber. Das Frühstück war gut, alles was man braucht. Das Personal allerdings überfordert und unmotiviert. Ich frage mich, warum man mit dem Aufzug von der Tiefgarage zwar rauf fahren kann, aber im Aufzug selbst, kann man die Tiefgarage nicht wählen. Dies ist für die Abreise unpraktisch. Man muss mit Koffer und Gepäck Treppen hinunter und mehrere schwere Türen aufmachen. Die Tiefgarage ist eine Katastrophe, viel zu eng, Autos scheinen öfters Kratzer zu bekommen und angefahren zu werden. Die Lage des Hotels ist allerdings top. Nah zum Rhein und die Stadt Porz in wenigen Fußminuten zu erreichen.

Nice and clean hotel, has everything you need to explore the city. Breakfast was ideal. Me and my family felt safe around the area. Lots of facilities and transport options. A good sea food restaurant nearby by the river.

No bath tub for a premium, show curtain is old and dirty and too small for it. The who room is old, dirty and dated. All in all, I will never come back to this hotel again and I strongly not recoment anyone to book this hotel.
