Very friendly Staff. The woman at reception ( forgot her name ) welcomed us and told us everything we needed to know. Property is sort of off highway but quiet and since property shared with Sheraton, fun to spend time in lobby. Also best breakfast i have had at a hotel!!

One of two elevators was out of service the entirety of our 3 day stay. 3 out of 4 washing machines were “out of order”. Newly renovated. Staff was friendly and responsive. Lobby was nice. Had to switch rooms after first night due to broken toilet. Water pressure in first room was underwhelming but was a firehose in the second.

The hotel is in a convenient location and mostly nice, but we checked in later in the evening after a long drive and immediately went out for a late dinner. We got back to our room at around 10pm and my younger son said the toilet wasn't flushing well after only a #1. We had to wake up the next morning and deal with a toilet that wouldn't flush anything but water. We called for help from the front desk and they said nothing could be done before 7am, and since we were waking up early to get to an event we had to be at by 8am, we were simply out of luck. When telling the front desk about the inconvenience I was asked if I had called when we first learned of the poor flushing late at night. We didn't, because it did flush water. When it was discovered we couldn't use it the next morning we immediately called and it was just a "too bad". No offer to make it right, nothing. Poor customer service, and for a hotel this expensive, you'd think housekeeping would be required to check and make sure the toilet worked before letting the room be rented to the next user.

The Towneplace Suites by Marriott Framingham was a nice, recently remodeled inside facility. The staff was extremely friendly, and efficient in checking you in. The rooms were recently remodeled, maybe in the last year or so, and we nicely appointed. The only oddity or inconvenience we had was we could not find the switch to turn the bathroom fan on for ventilation and to get steam out… but not a dealbreaker. Also loved that it was about 25 minutes away from the actual city of Boston just straight down the mass pike.

Good hotel. The only thing I would mention is there is no fan in the bathroom and the only mirror is also in the bathroom. It needs a mirror in the room it self… ladies you know what I mean lol.

At midnight I awoke to shouting and loud knocking. I heard “security” being shouted followed by very loud knocking many times. Then lots of doors kept closing very loudly over and over again. When I reported this in the morning, the front attendant didn’t seem to care.

It is in an industrial part of the city and that’s the only ick. Everything else beat my expectations!!! Amazing service. Really beautiful, comfortable, roomy rooms. Staff with a smile. Thank you.

It is in an industrial part of the city and that’s the only ick. Everything else beat my expectations!!! Amazing service. Really beautiful, comfortable, roomy rooms. Staff with a smile. Thank you.

Liked the room set up. Very clean. Employees very kind and friendly. Wanted to help in anyway. Had a hard time finding the hotel . No sign on the door. Sign was way on top of building.Very crowded at breakfast time.

Very clean, Naveem the hotel clerk was very friendly and helpful and even sent a text to confirm our room was satisfactory. Breakfast was good with multiple toppings for the oatmeal

Very average hotel. The room was so basic and not decorated nicely. They do not change towels or make the bed when you stay for more than a night stay. Breakfast was average. We will not be back.

There was an issue with the hotel not having electricity and the hotel went above and beyond to make the necessary arrangements as painless as possible. My only tiny complaint was the breakfast was overcooked but they had other options that were acceptable.

Very friendly Staff. The woman at reception ( forgot her name ) welcomed us and told us everything we needed to know. Property is sort of off highway but quiet and since property shared with Sheraton, fun to spend time in lobby. Also best breakfast i have had at a hotel!!

My stay at the TownePlace Suites Framingham was pleasant, as the room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. However, I was disappointed by the parking situation. Charging over $15 per night feels excessive for this location. Furthermore, the property lacks a convenient area for loading and unloading; the front entrance is difficult to navigate, even for a standard SUV. Most concerning, however, was that the main side parking lot was poorly lit. As a solo female traveler, this made me feel unsafe when walking to my car at night, forcing me to restrict my schedule to ensure I returned before dark. I hope you will consider adding better lighting to the parking area for future guest safety.

Great spot in Framingham just behind Renaissance on Route 9. Easy to access and park. Room was nice with a nearly full kitchen, dark curtains, great bed and shower. The staff was great and the breakfast was good.

Overall, a pleasant 2-day stay, the room was accommodating and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was just what I needed to start the day, and located just off the highway. I would offer a slightly lower rating on the parking lot - it could be perceived as not well lit, tucked to the side and behind the main entrance with some old trucking equipment and other industrial looking equipment. Some might think a little unsure. Again, Overall rating was great, and I would stay there again without hesitation. Thank you.

Perfectly adequate clean quiet hotel with convenient location. Nice attentive staff. Somehow the shower had a leak and the floorboards in the bathroom were lifting up (clearly not a new leak). After a shower we had to put multiple towels on the floor to keep from soaking our feet from the water under/coming up between the flooring. The beds are mediocre, needed extra pillows to prob up our knees to be able to sleep comfortably for more than a few hrs.
