Great place and staff just very rough on the outside walls. It felt more nice on the inside but the outside could use some renovating.

Pool didn’t have any water

The rooms are clean enough but , are not updated . No small coffe pot in the room . The landscaping was neglected and there was trash left in cheap trash bags under the stairs by their cleaning staff . There was litter all over the grounds . A good cleaning and upkeep would be better for their business . Because of this , they are attracting “ rift rat “ . We won’t be staying there again . They also had one guy tending the front desk and in the morning he was also in the breakfast area which was awful . The coffee is watered down , and the “ juice “ was not real OJ . It was something it looked like , powedered imitation juice .

Lady at the front desk was rude when we got there. 3 couples had rooms with 2 queen beds & all 3 paid a different price. TV didnt work in any of those rooms. Pool was disgusting & dangerous.

Last minute stay. The exterior and lobby looks very trashy and outdated along with the pool that was full of algae. BUT the rooms have been renovated – or are in the process of being renovated and were extremely clean. I think it was overpriced by $100 easily And I chose this hotel just because of the location close to the WinStar casino.

Ghetto Fab. Smelled and A/C was barely working. Great view of the green pool.

This property felt like the projects! It was over 100° day and when we got to our room the AC was off and it was smoldering! We turned on the AC and left for our event. When we came back 5 hours later it was still hot in the room! We just packed our stuff and left! The pool was GREEN and the landscape looked awful! It really did feel like the projects! They need to just bulldoze this property and start over! Terrible stay and I’m mad I lost money because of false advertising!

Roach motel

Dirty dusty room with stained chair of unknown origin, not cleaned for some time - pool with standing acrid water and furniture in pool, dirty tub, understaffed for large event in area. Called four times for help with with promise to assist and no response. Dead plants in lobby. Did not even attempt breakfast.

The bed sheets had pee including the comforter it was disgusting and we asked them if we could get new sheets because it smells like pee, and they only gave us a sheets without the comforter

The room was smelling like it was not refreshing… the sink actually had a used soap on a dirty soap dish and a new soap next to it, shower curtain was filthy… some one had colored their hair black with dye on shower curtain…the bathroom door would not shut… the actual room curtains were torn, worn and very dirty… refrigerator had food in freezer and bag of potatoes on shelf..it felt like some one lives there and we were occupying the room. No phone to call up front; my husband walked up there twice to get coffee and cups and just one person was there and very busy with others…the ac was so noisy couldn’t sleep…pillows were torn stuffing out and BLOOD on one of the pillows…CHOICE NAME WAS TARNISHED AND MAKES EXPEDIA QUESTIONABLE!!!

Even the outside of the hotel & parking lot is dirty & not cared for, littered with cigarette butts, although a lobby sign says they are a non-smoking hotel. The female clerk came & looked at the 1st room I complained on, didn't say a word, then started to leave. I had to stop her & ask what's happening. She said she would find a new room, then never called or returned to complete the process. I had to call the desk again, and this time a male answered and had no idea of my complaint or what other staff had done or said. He asked me to come trade 1st room key for the new one, so I had to load my stuff back in my car, only to unload it again in the 2nd room, which was worse than the original! The tile floor in the bathroom area was so dirty, it had visible footprints and was sticky. The duvet covers in both rooms had cigarette burns & sheets were super wrinkled. The 2nd room had a mop handle in the corner & the light fixture was covered with a plastic bag and tape. The bathroom tiles & baseboard was falling off. The AC was super noisy and vents dirty in both rooms. The tub in the 2nd room looked dirty. They're were huge dents in the walls, not filled, just painted over. The 2nd room, and hotel in general, was so bad, I just loaded my stuff up after a late night at the casino & drove home. I had more pics but it would only let me load 8! Don't stay here!!!

The room was disgusting! What appears to be black mold on the bathroom ceiling, tub is disgusting and while checking for bed bugs one of th mattress had what appeared to be a big pee stain! Never again will i stay there!

Checked in a later time. No time to change rooms. Room was filthy. Sheets WERE dirty. Had to clean off desk(sticky), sink/ vanity. Desk chair was filthy. Toilet/ shower was dirty. Paint is peeling above the toilet. No shower drain stop. Staff was dishonest about saying they were fully booked when there were only two other vehicles parked. They said they would send someone over o clean. They DIDN'T. I was charged $288.15 for 1 star accommodations. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Dirty, no hot water

The room had filthy sheets, the sink in the kitchenette area had collapsed and there was standing water on the floor. The room smelled like mold. I went to the front desk after briefly looking at the room and there was a line of dissatisfied customers waiting for service. I just asked to cancel my reservation and wanted a refund. They cancelled my reservation but said I would need to request a refund from Hotels.com. I have tried to request a refund, but it’s hard to figure out how to request it on the app. Customer service from Hotels.com is awful.

The beds are not comfortable at all. They advertise queen but they are really doubles. Older spring models and out dated. It has inside and outside rooms. We had a inside room the opens into a courtyard that has security lights on 24/7 that shine thru the shades because they will not close all the way. You can see into most of the rooms as you walk by so privacy is not that great. Breakfast is a typical hotel breakfast but your across the street from Taco Bell, McDonald’s and Braums so there’s that. For the price I would spend a little more and go down the road to the Hampton inn.

Master key did not work either, then they took the cover off of the lock to use an actual physical key, that didn’t work either!! When I asked to get a new room, the kid lied and said they didn’t have any rooms, went to call the manager and then suddenly there were 2 available rooms, the first one they tried to put us in was dirty!! Then finally got a room that was all beat up and not so clean either. I never leave reviews, good or bad, but this one really did deserve the bad review for sure😒

Not a huge deal because the room was really nice and renovated, but the TV in our room did not work. The air was also turned completely off and took so long to cool down since it was 100 degrees outside.

Do not recommend. Dirty and very smelly room, no air conditioner or fan was turned on before we got there making the bad smell even worse with the hot & stuffy room. Trash can beside stairs also smelled very bad like a dead animal had been left for weeks. tv not working, bedside lamp flickering constantly, chair very dirty with unknown stains and burn holes. WiFi didn’t work at all. Outside lights upstairs were all off and we couldn’t see the first step going down. Bathroom door didn’t close. Bathroom heat lamp bulb missing. No cover over bathroom light bulbs. Smoke detector falling off ceiling and we weren’t confident if it was even in working order.

I had to go to the office to get a remote, there wasn't one in our room. Then the TV didn't work. The phone didn't work.

The tv in our room did not work right. The bathroom door didnt close right. There was sticky stuff on the back of the door knob and wall. Our bed was broke and uncomfortable. I will not be staying there again.

The lock was broke, the door threshold was broke, their were gaps between the tiles and the wall in the bathroom, the hair drier was ready to shock someone, the fridge was nasty, the floor was nasty, the coffee pot was dusty and nasty, the vent in the shower had tons of dust, we got sick staying there for two nights, the mirror was nasty, only some of the lights worked, multiple rooms use the same water heater therefore if one of your neighbors flushes the toilet while you’re taking a shower, you’re out of luck, and if someone is taking a shower that is closer to the heater than you are, you’re going to get no hot water nor will you get any water pressure, so you’ll be stuck with soap all over you and no hot water, also, the tv has like three channels and only ads. The pros of staying here, the bed was clean, the door has a secure lock on it, there was a kjv bible in the night stand. I have a lot of photos.

The leak on the roof had dropped stuco on the floor. You could see daylight through the cracks in the door. Everything else was good.

When we tried to check in the front desk said they didn’t have a reservation in my name. I showed her the confirmation from Hotels.com but she would w accommodate me. I am very disappointed in their service. I will be contacting Choice Hotels.

Very rude

First impressions are ever lasting. My room had to be changed four times. There were maintenance issues in the first three rooms such as no lighting, toilet non functional etc. and it seemed as if the lady was unaware. Luckily, we were only there for one night. However, she did apologize and assist with placing us in a room that was fully functional.

Arrived and received room at check in. Once in room it was cold so turned on the heater to find that it blew cold air. Smoke detector was completely missing. Chirping noise from another room due to bad smoke detector battery in said room. Bathroom door hard to close, unable to open from inside the bathroom. Property in bad shape. Only one person on duty responsible for 2 separate hotels.

Not clean with large gap under door for mice , rats or roaches to come and go, broken lock on door. Waited for someone to help us at the front desk from 1130am till 2:30 pm before someone showed up. We decided not to stay and lost our money because of no refund policy.

The staff was very friendly and responsive but it took 3 tries to get us a door key that worked and our TV did not work (but they took care of very promptly). But the room was clean and comfortable. The shower was still the old bathtub shower but it worked fine and had decent pressure. The continental breakfast is standard fare but is unattended and all of the handful of tables were dirty. We stayed there because an event at WinStar had rates up there and in Gainesville super high and would do so again if we had the same situation.

I'm guessing this is an older remodeled hotel. Paint job is horrible. The beds were so uncomfortable. You could feel and hear the springs in them. The train is close by and sounds its horns often and loud! Paper-thin walls or perhaps the neighbors were just very loud? It was not dirty but overall, I would not recommend this hotel. Suburban Studios and Quality Inn are two in one. The bed should be, at least, the best part of the room.

It is a old motel trying to re-invent itself as a new hotel. Rooms poorly remodeled. Our room had toilet lid with only one bolt on. Tv channels did not come in. Breakfast was poorly stocked. No fruit no yogurt.

It was not worth the money! The first room they gave us had a pubic hair on the toilet seat, pee spots on the floor and the toilet was running with the water pump so loud that we could not bear it and asked for a different room. It also smelled like weed. The room they gave us next, had two dead crickets, and a dead grasshopper. The water valves were not switched on so that we only got scalding hot water. My husband and to get under the sink himself to switch it on. One of the bed blankets also had lipstick stains on it and a cigarette burn. The only gave us two towels despite having 3 people listed on the booking and when we asked for another, they said they would have to call housekeeping to get us an extra towel - housekeeping never came. My husband had to go and find someone working for the hotel to give us an extra towel and had to explain/justify to that person why we needed another towel since rooms come with two. Breakfast on weekends is only until 9 am and it is not even worth going to. Coffee was okay but orange juice was a powdered mix or some sort and the apple juice was some fizzy concoction. They We got to breakfast at 8:40am and everything was pretty much out - only eggs remained and waffle mix that was watered down. No fruit, no bread for toast, no yogurt. No one came to replenish anything during the time we were there.

The bathroom sink did not drain properly. The stopper looked like a piece of solid galvanized pipe. toilet was a bit loose and very low to the ground. Bathroom floor didn't look very clean. The breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage, diced potatoes) was barely lukewarm. The door had quite a gap between the door and frame. Also at the bottom of the door. We placed a towel at the bottom of the door to keep the draft down. It was only about 30 degrees outside.

The air conditioner was off whenever we checked in to the room. We turned it on but it still took 12 hours to cool down the room. Everything else was fine, including breakfast.

The stay was ok but the breakfest experience was terrible it was 8am and the comp food was not prepared and had no waffle maker it was dirty and messy the morning front person had to make what he had it was bad
