The house was very nice and met or exceeded our expectations. The kitchen in particular was very well equipped and the back yard and patio were really nice. Definitely would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. Great location Easy access to main road. Very quiet neighborhood. Cottage was very clean. Linens and towels provided which was a plus. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evenings. Will definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this adorable house, which was perfect for our group of four women (sisters and cousins who grew up together). The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, and the porches are perfect for morning coffee. The neighborhood is quiet and the streets are lined with mature trees. Mount Pleasant has some of the best restaurants in the area. In short, we highly recommend this home and would definitely return!

Came to SC to see our son and his wife graduate Navy Nuclear Propulsion School. His grandparents stayed with us too. We had friend and in-laws come for the day. It was so nice being being able to have our family all in one house. I could cook for my sailor and visit with them. Lots of outdoor seating for gathering and enjoying meal. Our youngest so has special needs and this house was perfect as it had a fenced yard for him to wander a bit and extra sitting room was perfect for his safety bed that travels with us. We all had a great time.

The house was super cute, updated rooms and everything was clean. It was the perfect place to stay with my girlfriends for a long weekend. Loved having coffee on the back patio in the morning. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Location was great - very close to downtown and also Sullivan's Island and Patriot's Point. We felt very safe while there too. Would definitely recommend this place!

The location was perfect because we went to a wedding at Alhambra Hall. Beds were very comfortable. The porch still had pollen on the tables and chairs. The grill did not get hot all over and was also filthy We cleaned the Blackstone and were able to use it. The outside lights were not working. The hot and cold water facets were reversed in kitchen and first bathroom. Never got the big shower head to work. Beds were unmade. Alarm was not on as stated it would be. Why did we pay a cleaning fee??

Nice neighborhood. Beautiful shaded backyard and patio excellent for gatherings. We were able to cook and eat outside, visit and play games. Easy commuting to beaches, shopping, restaurants. Comfortable beds and great indoor space for our family of 6.

My husband and I had a great visit to Charleston and Mount Pleasant for both shopping, dining, and golf. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood and close to main road that easily takes you into the city. Everything was as we expected in the house. There were plenty of linens and the furniture was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the rocking bench. Check in and out was simple and communication was efficient. We would definitely stay again on our next visit to Charleston. Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a few issues at this property. Sharing a bathroom with even the best of friends if the doors do not close completely. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect for what we needed. We had to clean the porch before we could use it. Some trouble with lighting and plumbing

House was cute and comfortable and very clean on the inside. Neighborhood was wonderful, very quiet and very friendly people. Lots of people go walking in the morning and the evenings, a Mayberry style of neighborhood! Location was great not far downtown and attractions. The only big drawback was that we had to make our own beds.

We loved the hose and location and would definitely come back again. Only surprise was having to make the beds and had to dry some towels that were still damp when they were folded up. Still a nice place to stay.

The house was clean and nice enough. I probably would never tell someone, oh, you've gotta stay here, but I won't say don't stay here. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and in a good central location. We didn't end up cooking any meals but the kitchen seemed to have the essentials. There was plenty of hot water so that was a big plus.Some of the sheets could be replaced, there were a couple stains on the fitted sheets. I contacted the property manager about a hole in one of the bedroom walls when we checked in, just to have record it was there when we got there. I never received a reply.All in all, it was an okay house, but I wouldn't rush to stay there again.

The house was super cute, updated rooms and everything was clean. It was the perfect place to stay with my girlfriends for a long weekend. Loved having coffee on the back patio in the morning. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Location was great - very close to downtown and also Sullivan's Island and Patriot's Point. We felt very safe while there too. Would definitely recommend this place!

This was the perfect size house for my family plenty of room, located very close to great places to eat, drink, have some nightlife fun. Also great location for beaches, historical site. Will definitely seek to stay here again which visiting SC.

The house is in an awesome location it was very clean, check in a breeze. And the host was soooo nice. Thank you having us in your home! If ever in the area we will 100% come back!

Overall, our stay was fine. A few issues: The electrical wiring in the carport seemed unsafe and possibly a fire hazard that concerned us. There was a hole in the wall in one of the bedrooms (seemed just cosmetic). Some floor patch work in another room. Wobbly and loud ceiling fan in another. All the beds were comfortable but very squeaky and loud (you could hear others adjusting and getting in and out of bed). It's definitely an older home and needed a little TLC, but overall, adequate. The inflatable mattress and extra linens worked great for our teen. And we enjoyed the front and back porch (with lots of bug spray). The A/C worked great and the house stayed cool. It was a few blocks to a couple of restaurants, but with the heat and bugs, walking wasn't a great option, but we enjoyed the home being fairly close to the beach, lighthouse and ferry at Patriots Point.

Perfect location for spending time on Daniel Island and Sullivan's Island. Great neighbor for early morning walking and close to the gym.

The house was very nice and met or exceeded our expectations. The kitchen in particular was very well equipped and the back yard and patio were really nice. Definitely would stay here again!
