Très bon accueil. Chambre très propre et literie confortable. Douche, débit très faible. Clim fonctionne très bien. Petit déjeuner moyen. Dans l'ensemble séjour correct

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Volcan Verde. Vivian from the front desk was wonderful and welcoming. She spoke perfect English, and was able to provide great recommendations around town. Each room is its own casita, which felt very private and peaceful. There are 10 total cabins. The rooms are nice and clean, with ample space. Towels and toiletries are provided. Room 3 had trouble with the hot water, but thankfully we found a workaround. We appreciated the quiet AC unit, and comfy beds. The pool area is gorgeous, but we found the temperature uncomfortably hot. My son described it as “boiling”. Another pool is under construction, and we hope that the temperature will be cooler compared to the first. Andrea was very gracious and helpful during our morning breakfast. We all agreed that the breakfast offerings were limited, and compared to other establishments, sub par.. We did, however, enjoy our dinner at the onsite restaurant, El Naciente, which included a $20USD discount for guests staying at the hotel. The location is great for accessing downtown La Fortuna, restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. We would recommend the hotel to friends and family, noting some of the caveats above.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The pool is fed by a natural hot spring, and the water was warm, clean, and well maintained. Our room was serviced daily, and the towels were replaced each day. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. When raining expect the sound from roof but we are ok did that we like it.

We have been to Costa Rica three times, and this was one of the best stays the staff was super helpful and polite. The food at the adjacent restaurant was delicious! The thermal inclining pool was a life saver traveling with two toddlers who love the water. Any issues that arise were addressed promptly. The location was also very convenient, and put you in a prime location to walk and tey out other restaurants, its within walking distance of a gigantic souvenir shop, and several stores, and attraction sign ups. I fully recommend! Oh and they helped us with transportation back to the airport after our previous accommodation fell through.
