Arenal Vista Verde Hotel

Chambre confortable, propre et bien aménagée. Heureusement située en retrait de la route ce qui limite le bruit des véhicules. Piscine hors service durant la durée du séjour. Petit déjeuner moyen dans le restaurant de l’hôtel situé à côté de la route donc très bruyant.

Chambre très propre. Magnifique endroit, calme pour dormir. Nous avons pu observer un paresseux sur le terrain de l’hôtel. Par contre, le déjeuner est très ordinaire et manque de variété. La piscine n’était pas nettoyée.

Pool was closed and we weren’t told about this at all.. pretty disappointing. Breakfast in the morning was fast and staff were very sweet. Self check in was a bit more work since we arrived so late at night, but the staff worked over email to coordinate us getting our keys. Very safe area and close to lots of our excursions.

Rooms are stand alone, which is very nice. Feels like you are far away from the town. Yet just minutes away. Included breakfast was good, server was very nice. Randy who can help with tours very attentive. When we arrived we were informed the pool was closed for renovations. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Was part of the reason my family booked there. Also Randy offered me $40 in restaurant credit because of the pool. Which seems less than fair. He never actually gave me the restaurant credits.. The hotel is under new management, so guess working the details out still. Will be a great place once the pool is completed.
