Nice clean property with safe parking

Chambre très bien agencée et fonctionnelle. Rien à dire sur le propreté. Les professionnels de l’hôtel ont sû répondre à nos différentes demandes, je ne peux que recommander cet établissement.

Modern interior, well done and clean. The 2 only draw backs: internet that needs to reconnect/ re-login every 10 minutes and lifter broken caused by flood last week.

Overall this hotel was very nice. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable, with a great kitchen space. It was extremely difficult to find the entrance, which was very poorly marked. The food/restaurant options on site were very limited and extremely expensive.

Hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist derzeit noch nicht komplett fertig gebaut, was nicht weiter gestört hat. Alles ist quasi ganz neu und die Zimmer sehr gut bzw. modern ausgestattet. Im Zimmer gab es z.B. folgende Besonderheit: Nespresso-Maschine, einen Wasserkocher, einen Safe, kleiner Kühlschrank, umfangreiches, vielsprachiges TV-Programm. Leider ist das Hotel mit dem ÖPNV nicht gut erreichbar (ca. 2km vom nächstgelegenen Bahnhof entfernt). Ansonsten alles top.

Everything in the room was great. However, we were expected to bring our own dishwashing liquid to wash the dishes provided in the room. Breakfast had a lot of options, but the eggs and potatoes were cold. Nice parking garage, but the signage was lacking.

This was a nice hotel, ok breakfast buffet, easy check in but room cleaning was horrible. Hotel’s policy was that they will clean room and towels everyday and change bedding every 3rd day. Yes we got clean towels everyday but they didn’t clean the room at all. We were there for 9 days and finally on the 8th day they changed bedding. They said there was a charge for asking for extra towels. You basically have to buy your own supplies from tissue paper, paper towels hand soap, dish soap. Their reasoning for not being able to clean room was that they were busy due to tour buses coming with alot of people but we paid for our stay and should receive our full accommodation regardless of the circumstances .

Mjög gott hótel, rúmgóð herbergi og hreint. Starfsfólkið dásamlegt. Morgunmaturinn var frekar fátæklegur. En annars mjög gott hótel.

Familien-Wochenende mit Teenagern mit Ausflug nach Deutschland. Rascher & freundlicher Check-In & Check-Out (Rezeption ist 24h bedient, ist nicht mehr Self-Checkin wie in einigen Kommentaren zu lesen ist). Zimmer war sauber & in bestem Zustand. Schön, modern & zweckmässig eingerichtet. Können wir nur empfehlen.

Sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft. Freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr gute Parkplatzsituation. Leider etwas zu warm in den Gängen und in dem Räumen. Und das Frühstückangebot könnte etwas mehr sein. Aber die tolle Ausstattung (Sitzgelegenheit, Tische & Co.) machen auch das wett. An sich sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Duger för en natt när en är på resande fot. Rent, prisvärt och enkelt med online checkin mm. Ligger vid sidan av vägen i tråkig miljö. På andra sidan vägen och järnvägen finns det en fin prommenadväg den är dock svår att hitta. Hotelet tar emot stora grupper och busslass med människor, det saknas även bra skyltning vilket kan bli rörigt vid ankomst men rummet är tyst.

Der Bettanzug war schmutzig.In der Ecke waren Spinnweben. Es hat keine Rezeption also kann man auch nicht reklamieren. Und neue Bettwäsche verlangen. Zimmer nur mit einem Kot beziehen, den hab ich aber nicht erhalten. Alle sprechen nur englisch und steht auch nur Englisch angeschrieben.

Zuerst klappt das checkin nicht 15 min in der Warteschlange mit 4 telefon. dann kommen wir in ein Zimmer das benutzt war. Zum Glück kam gerade eine Reinigungskraft die dann oh wunder sofort den Chef am Telefon hatte. Es wurde dann auch alles gereinigt aber im Bad hing ein Badetuch mit Make-up Flexken

Very impressive hotel. Easy to navigate and get around, breakfast wasn’t massive however enough to fill you up! Staff were very helpful and attentive. Closest train station is a very short drive with cheap parking or about 25 min walk for anyone needing to use it. The room was very nice however only a small fan so did get quite warm at night. Overall was a very good stay with no complaints .

Het is qua netheid en vriendelijkheid van het personeel een prima hotel. Het ontbijt is echter erg basic. De bedden zijn heel hard, er is geen keuze van kussen en de airco kun je zelf niet bedienen. Staat aan een drukke weg, dus raam open is niet echt een optie.

The room also featured a functional working table, perfect for catching up on tasks or planning the day’s activities. A fully equipped kitchen was an added bonus, especially with a grocery store conveniently located next to the hotel. This allowed me to save on the high costs typically associated with Switzerland by preparing some meals in the room. I enjoyed saving on lunch and indulging in delightful dinners. The bed was another highlight. I prefer a firm mattress, and the one at this hotel was so comfortable it felt just like home. For travelers accustomed to air conditioning, you’ll be pleased to know that the room temperature remained a consistent and comfortable 71°F, without the noise and discomfort sometimes associated with hotel air conditioning. I had breakfast at the hotel a few times, and the options were consistent with other hotels. However, the quality stood out. My sunny-side-up eggs were perfectly cooked and tasted excellent, which made me wonder if the hotel had higher standards or if it was a reflection of European quality in general. The hotel itself was relatively new, and the staff’s dedication to maintaining its pristine condition was evident. They were always busy cleaning and greeting guests, which added to the overall positive experience. I hope your stay is as enjoyable as mine was!

This hotel is a perfect blend of style at a great price. I booked it because of the separate living areas and it did not disappoint. The staff, the room, and the breakfast was perfect! The only thing to consider is that you’ll need a vehicle to move around since the hotel is on a stretch of road that has no walking amenities. I would highly recommend it if you need a place to rest for 3 or more guest!

Hotellet är jätte fint och fräscht. Ventilationen är dock väldigt undermålig, vi hade 28 grader ute, och 35 grader på rummet. Fanns fläktar som knappt hjälpte.

Superbe appartement avec 2 belles chambres et 2 salles de bains. Seul problème pour la personne qui dort au salon , le lit est vraiment très inconfortable par rapport au reste, c'est une planche de surf, impossible de dormir (canapé-lit). Il y'a aussi un vide sous la porte d'entrée de 2 centimètres donc avec le bruit des clients et les portes qui claquent c'est compliqué de trouver le sommeil. Ideal pour 4 maximum. Il fait vraiment très chaud dans les chambres pourtant très mauvaise isolation au niveau des fenêtres.

Viele Reisegruppen mit Bussen angekommen, laute Geräuschkulisse bis spät in die Nacht. Da man bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen und fehlender Klimaanlage gezwungenermaßen die Fenster offen lassen muss, war erst nach 0 Uhr an Schlaf zu denken. Gesamteindruck: Nüchterner Baustil, unmotiviertes Personal an der Rezeption, laute Klientel. Keinesfalls zu empfehlen.

Staff were not nice

Totalmente diversa dalle aspettative, sembrava un dormitorio. A partire dalla camera poco accessoriate (soprattutto per quanto riguarda il kit bagno). Nella suite premium con due bagni è presente la tendina in plastica. Per non parlare della colazione, poco fornita e di bassa qualità. Il personale della sera inesperto: eravamo arrivati in tarda serata e abbiamo da subito rimostrato in reception diversi problemi dovuti ad un cattivo odore di cibo nei corridoi. La situazione era tanto inaccettabile da chiedere un rimborso della camera che è potuto avvenire solo nella serata del giorno seguente per mancanza del manager. Avevamo prenotato un soggiorno di 5 notti, fortunatamente ne abbiamo fatta solo una con il rimborso delle altre. La posizione ideale per chi vuole prendersi una pausa dalla “civiltà “: immersa tra le campagna della svizzera, la strada, i depositi. Sconsigliato.

leider hat die Zustellung des Zimmer codes per mail nicht funktioniert, aber die Hotline hat mir diesen umgehend mitgeteilt

das self Check-in hat nicht auf Anhieb geklappt, da ich nie auch nicht im Spam-Ordner die Mail bekommen habe zum Check-in, musste extra anrufen, war auch bei anderen so. und die Türe zum Badezimmer war verzogen und lässt sich nur schwer schliessen. aber sonst ein schönes Hotel und bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort für einen Zwischenhalt.

Wir haben zu spät check-in gemacht danach direkt essen gefahren als wir zurückkamen ging unsere code nicht für Zimmer. Rezeption war nicht da und die Nummer die da stand war aus wir konnten keinen erreichen. Wir haben uns ein zimmer mit jemand zsm geteilt. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Me encantó este hotel. Nos tocó una apartamento de dos habitaciones, todo súper limpio. Cómodas camas, sábana y toallas impecable. Una cocina bien equipada y las atenciones divinas. Todo el personal nos trato super bien. En especial Teo, nos dió excelentes atenciones y nos reocmendó lugares donde ir.

Property itself is decent but it has limited connectivity. Train stations is just 5 mins away but it’s very hard to get an Uber there… also u can’t walk… v had to get down one stop earlier to get Ubers… u will end up paying a lot for taxis here

(+) The rooms were nice, clean and equipped with most of the things that you might require. Looked like a new property. There are a few Supermarkets nearby. The price was quite reasonable compared to hotels / apartments in Zurich. (-) The location is far from Zurich. The hotel is located 5-7 minutes drive / 25 minute walk from Dottingen train station but getting back and forth to this station is a challenge as it's very hard to find taxis and uber in this area. So best way to be there is with a rented car. I think the hotel itself should invest and arrange a small shuttle coach (even 3/4 CHF per person) from hotel to Dottingen train station every hour or every alternate hour. This will solve a major issue and will attract more people to stay there as prices are reasonable and rooms and over facitiy is nice and clean.

Property had limited fans and of course no air conditioning. Very hot and it’s no places to eat near. It’s kind of way out of the way. Not near train station or town. If it was closer to the train station the location would be better.

Sehr schönes und neues Hotel. Sauberes Zimmer und schönes Bad mit walk-in Dusche. Zum Öffnen der Zimmertüre muss man einen Code eingeben, was relativ schwierig werden kann, wenn man nicht gut sieht. Ausserdem ist der Code sehr lange. Im Restaurantbereich fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Das Frühstück war inbegriffen, aber mit diesem Angebot verdient das Hotel keinen Preis. Sehr bescheidene Auswahl. Nur Toastbrot und ein weiteres normales Brot. Nur etwas Käse und eine Fleischsorte bei der Charcuterie (Trutenbrust geschnitten). Das Rührei war wässerig und auf die Würstchen und sautiertes Gemüse kann ich zum Frühstück sowieso verzichten. Nur ein Nature-Yoghurt und etwas Corn-Flake; Fruchtsalat aus der Dose, aber frisches Obst geschnitten war vorhanden ( Apfel, Kiwi, Ananas). Der Kaffee aus dem Vollautomaten war gut. Das würde ich zum angebotenen Preis nicht extra dazu buchen. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, jedoch sprechen sie, wenn überhaupt, nur gebrochen Deutsch.

Das Hotel ist neu. Die Zimmer haben eine fabelhafte Ausstattung inkl. kleine Küchenzeile. Was den ganzen Aufenthalt schlecht machte war das wirklich lausige Frühstück für einen Preis von 31 CHF. Absolute Abzocke - die Bilder vom 04.04.2024 sprechen für sich.....

Clean, spacious and comfortableroom for family of 5. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing and catered to us per our requests. Location is very close to most towns by drive. It would help if the laneway had a sign indicating the hotel. Gps guided perfrctly though.
