Had an amazing stay! If you have any doubts book it! Clean and beautiful. Great breakfast. Beautiful pool although freezing. The views from the pool are stunning. We enjoyed our stay.

I stayed for an additional three nights in business. For the most part, the hotel is great. Clean spacious rooms that are quite modern. Excellent breakfast on the top floor overlooking the city. Kind helpful staff. Nice gym. The noise from the local clubs/bars near the hotel was still loud on the Thursday night. I was in the 13th floor and it was still disruptive. I did choose a better location within the hotel for this second stay, and the noise wasn’t as bad but still impacted my sleep. I will consider staying again but the external noise is a concern.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, the rooms are new, very spacious, and clean. The staff were all very welcoming, and the hotel's ambience was very inviting. I enjoyed a pleasant stay; the location is also very accessible and central. Connecting to the WIFI was an issue but it was not the end of the world.

I was very happy with my 2-night stay. I was unhappy with noise the first night and the hotel relocated me the next day without delay. Very thoughtful. The rooms are very nice and clean. I would come again.

Clean, spacious room. Great breakfast with many options and opportunity to sit out on the balcony and overlook the city. Convenient location close Sarit mall and Westgate mall. Thursday through Saturday it is loud with the party scene at the clubs/bars near the hotel and I was on the 12th floor. If I stay again I will ask to be placed on the opposite side of the hotel to see if it’s less noisy. Internally there was no noise, but I did have on very bad sleep on the Friday night because of the noise. They also did run out of tissues because they hadn’t ordered enough, which seems pretty odd considering the size of the hotel and the Hyatt brand. I will consider staying again for the right price.

Excellent hotel. Staff was amazing and room very clean. Breakfast option was plentiful. My kids enjoyed the breakfast selections. The hotel is near restaurants and markets. Great location and very safe.

I stayed for an additional three nights in business. For the most part, the hotel is great. Clean spacious rooms that are quite modern. Excellent breakfast on the top floor overlooking the city. Kind helpful staff. Nice gym. The noise from the local clubs/bars near the hotel was still loud on the Thursday night. I was in the 13th floor and it was still disruptive. I did choose a better location within the hotel for this second stay, and the noise wasn’t as bad but still impacted my sleep. I will consider staying again but the external noise is a concern.

Clean, spacious room. Great breakfast with many options and opportunity to sit out on the balcony and overlook the city. Convenient location close Sarit mall and Westgate mall. Thursday through Saturday it is loud with the party scene at the clubs/bars near the hotel and I was on the 12th floor. If I stay again I will ask to be placed on the opposite side of the hotel to see if it’s less noisy. Internally there was no noise, but I did have on very bad sleep on the Friday night because of the noise. They also did run out of tissues because they hadn’t ordered enough, which seems pretty odd considering the size of the hotel and the Hyatt brand. I will consider staying again for the right price.

Beautiful clean hotel. Breakfast was amazing. One day my safari left before breakfast so the hotel made me a breakfast to go! I would definitely stay at Hyatt Place again.

Had an amazing stay! If you have any doubts book it! Clean and beautiful. Great breakfast. Beautiful pool although freezing. The views from the pool are stunning. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed from September 2 thru September 9. It was wonderful the whole time. The restaurant staff was the best. They were always pleasant and helpful. It was kept extremely clean and the food was fantastic. We would recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip to Nairobi. The rooms were cleaned every day wth plenty of bottled water in the rooms. Whenever any of the staff saw you they made sure everything was ok with you. The pool was beautiful. My only negative was smoking at the pool.

This was a great hotel and I enjoyed my stay. The room was great, probably the biggest hotel room I have ever been in. The staff was great and very helpful. My only complaint is that the food in the breakfast buffet was never hot even when it had just been brought out from the kitchen.

Breakfast is very good when it is not crowded. When crowded the coffee service is not so good on time or it was brought lukewarm. Otherwise everything was good.
