Third worst place we've ever stayed. Extended stay in this case= flop house. It looks nice from the street with all the trees and it looks fairly new. The girl at the counter was new and very nice. That's where the niceness stops. There's trash all around the facility inside the first and third floors reek of marijuana. No trashcan out front. Our room had a poorly patched hole in the wall. There was pink ??? Around the drain and on the edge of the tub. It looked like someone had tried to paint the tub as well. The pillow had what appeared to be blood stains I didn't see until I flipped it over in the morning. The chair had some unknown substances on it and the side had drips of I don't know what. The sink backed up. The headboard had all kinds of smears and stains on it. The elevator hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. The second floor stairwell features a desk chair and two empty Smirnoff Ice bottles. There were boxes in the hallways. Someone decided that painting without taping off around all of the things on the walls was a thing The security door was propped open which means the alarm doesn't work. Did I mention the howling dogs last night? The staff was nice. One of them apologized when I gave them this list this morning. The other one just looked at me and walked off. Could be very nice with a little effort and more enforcement of cleanliness/marijuana rules.

First room we were given had someone in it and the room reeked of cigarettes. Went to a 2nd room, the outside of the fridge had brown hand prints on it and bed spread was dirty. When we pulled back the blankets there was black curly long hair all over the bed and looked like it had never been changed feom the last person. Went to the 3rd room, reeked of cigarettes, floor had water all over it, outside of the fridge had dirt streaks all over it and the toilet paper holder was broken and sitting on the sink and the shower didn't work. So we checked out and didn't stay. However, no refund was issued.

The location was horrible. Garbage in bags every where. Floors were grimmy smelled like DOGS. KEY CARD DIDN'T WORK. SO I IMMEDIATELY TURNED AROUND TOOK PICTURES WENT BACK DOWNSTAIRS AND REQUESTED A REFUND. WHICH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED YET. I REBOOKED A Room at Somesta San ajose. It was absolutely perfect.
