Awesome hot tub room !! Will use again for sure !!

The hotel is ok, a bit old. Some of the staff are nice, mostly housekeeping, and breakfast area employees. Front desk not friendly. The soda machine is out of order. The pancake machine not working either. Very limited breakfast options. Beds are very comfortable, tv very small. Lobby area tiny as well.

Besides a noisy family after 10 pm (even after the guest services staff went up to tell them that quiet hours were in affect), the stay was convenient (not too many other places in the Reading area, which is unfortunate). The airport restaurant was convenient and good also. The bathroom (suite) needs an overhead light in the shower/bath area (only light coming from sink/mirror). Bathroom and walls in places stained and tired-looking. Bed comfy and plenty of pillows. Clean and orderly and good breakfast options. Front staff excellent. Parking is great too.

Parking was easy and close. Breakfast was ok. The night clerk who checked us in was not friendly, did not go out of her way to answer questions or even smile. The breakfast host was friendly. Couldn’t find anyone at the desk when we checked out, so we just left. This is the smallest HIE I have ever been to, which is fine, but it could use some updates badly. The paint on the doors is badly chipped, the light fixtures in some of the halls are smashed and broken. The caulk in the bathroom is moldy and black. It just was not the experience we are used to at a HIE. The beds and linens seemed clean and comfortable. The first impression in the lobby is just very… thrown together… like there’s a family that lives down there and runs the hotel… I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was one of the only choices we had for a night driving thru… We slept safely, and went on our way.

Excellent, I liked the breakfast and the gym, I just didn't like that the pool was closed in the morning.

This hotel is located directly next to the Reading Airport. We came to Reading to see a show at the planetarium and it took us about 15m in light weekend traffic to get there. We located a cluster of fast food, restaurants, a wawa and target a little less than 15m away (have to get back on a highway for an exit) off of Broadcast Rd. The hotel itself was worn around the edges, our sink was cracked and the bathroom just had a tired look about it despite it looking like they tried for some updates. The soda machines on both the first and third floor were out of service but it looked like you could purchase some drinks near the check in desk. The staff was friendly. We had a nice sunset from our room but the windows were a bit cloudy. Other than the very heavy coffee table that needed either rollers or sliders because it was a lot for a guest to push out of the way to get the sofa bed out, our room was nice enough. Not the best, not the worst but I did expect a little better for over $200 a night. The breakfast was the most impressive thing the hotel had to offer. Cheese omelets, turkey sausage, biscuits with the option of gravy, bagels, cinnamon buns,fruit, yogurt with a great selection of condiments. Even with a crowd food was refreshed quickly. The line was too long for the pancake machine which was a bummer but it was a cool concept.

The staff is wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking is a little tight but not bad. You can't go wrong here

The property was clean and parking was generous for the property. We stayed here previously due to cleanliness, great staff, and convenience to park and travel from hotel location. We did have problems this stay. First, the room keys and mechanism to unlock and open the door to our room are outdated and gave us issues every time we wanted to enter our room. It took over 20 swipes to get any of the 2 card keys provided to finally access our room after the first entry upon starting our stay. Second, we loved staying here previously due to the location and peaceful/quietness of the hotel. Unfortunately, this stay wasn’t up to the standard when it came to quiet/peaceful and staff did not do much to multiple guests in a large party who consistently made noise running through hallways (even running through almost knocking us over going to our room after a long day), slamming doors, yelling/screaming, and purposely annoying other guests including us when passing anyone not in their party. We do understand people like to have fun even in a hotel, but to constantly disrupt other guests purposely and disregard other’s experience was very frustrating especially when retiring for the evening. After calling the staff several times, staff only addressed the party for our first call and disregarded other calls on the disturbance throughout the late evening. Lastly, the rooms were extremely hot even after changing the settings of the room’s thermostat from heat to A/C.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and our room was clean. The pillows were nice. The bathroom was tiny and our room on the second floor was outdated and in need of painting. The hot tub jets weren't functioning correctly, and my daughter and I both broke out after using it, not sure how clean it was. We did not trust it enough to go back in.The breakfast was pretty good.

Unfortunately this property was not clean at all. I took the Keurig machine down off the top of the microwave to put water in it and found a 1/4 inch thick layer of dust on it so it turned me right off from using it. I then put something down under the top sheet in the bed and had them come into my room to service it while I was out, only to find when I came back that they made the bed but never changed the sheets. Beware. They just barely surface clean, if that. Also, I was put in a room right off the main lobby and was woken up by 7:00am with an EXTREME amount of noise from the dining area where the free breakfast is served. I understand how noisy a lobby can get but didn't realize how paper thin the walls are. I jolted out of bed thinking someone was actually INSIDE my room talking at the door.

I feel the cleanliness of the room was terrible. They definitely dont clean properly between guess. I would never stay here again.

My wife and I usually love our stays with holiday inn, this was subpar at best. Our bathroom still had pubic hair all over the bathroom our towels had yellow stains on them. The bathtub looked dirty the room looked outdated. Breakfast was horrible, we came out with 11/2 hrs left before it was closed limited choices and no new stuff coming out the hostess had an attitude. Hit creeal options with no microwave to cook it in,

Our shower had a used bandaid in it, red blood stain on curtain, n trash by desk wasnt taken out, also fridge was warm not cool or cold at all, beds were hard

My toilet did not flush properly. When you flush it once no more water comes up as quick as it’s supposed to.

Overall it was a good experience however the tv in the room had image but no volume. Seems like another room had the same issue so front desk was aware

The room was nice and spacious with comfortable beds and a choice of pillows. We liked the design of the bath vanity which had a small shelf along the back and one side--a handy place for small items. The placement of the toilet paper holder was very awkward, however. There was no bath mat, just an extra hand towel to place on the floor. The AC was loud, even on its lowest fan speed. There were several choices for breakfast, from cereals and pastries to eggs, sausages and pancakes. Fruit and yogurt cups were available as well.

On this last trip the rooms could have been clear we. We had to switch rooms due to heat not working

The desk clerk was very pleasant and the facilities were clean, and the breakfast is good. However, we couldn’t seem to fully close the black out shade,leaving about 12 inches open and during the night we had the headlights of every car that traveled down the road shining into our room. As a result of that and the pillows that were of all different lofts, I did not sleep very much at all, and in turn my husband was awakened by my turning to avoid the glare of the headlights. The only other complaint we have is that the bathroom only has dim lights around the mirror over the sink, so it’s rather dark. I’d stay there again, but not in the same room.

Ventilation system was extremely loud. When it kicked on, it was like a window air conditioner. I turned it off overnight but it still came back on. Wasn’t just my room — our friends said the same thing. Slept poorly. And I rated the area “low” because I looked out my window and saw lots of garbage behind the hotel. Friendly staff and it was clean. But if I can’t sleep, that’s a deal-breaker.

We had to leave out early in the morning on our last day around 6 and so we missed the breakfast time at 630, BUT right after we checked out we noticed that the breakfast guy had opened up early so we could fet Breakfast that day. We didnt ask him to he just noticed we were leaving and wanted to make sure we got something to eat. I didnt catch his name but i just thought that was the sweetest thing!

The best part was how nice Front Desk staff are and how our quiet, 1st floor room was EXACTLY what I requested - no excuses, arguments or BS. REFRESHING! Loved our stay at this hotel. SOOOOO nice!

Hotel was absolutely disgusting. Pubic hair in the tub and what looked to be male ejaculation all over the shower handle and they gave keys to my room to other parties. I called the front desk and basically said oh well. I was told no housekeeping on duty and no available rooms. Manger called the next day and only gave me half off my room. I should of called the health department and corporate

We arrived Friday night 4/26/24 , the smoke alarms battery was dying so it chirped every few minutes. We went out and told the hotel front desk which she said that it was late and maintenance wasn’t in they would look at it in the morning. Saturday morning we reminded the front desk again , we went out for the day and came back around 1:30 pm smoke alarm still chirping. I’m annoyed and haven’t slept all of Friday night due to it. I go to the front and they sympathize and I requested to speak to a manager , the front desk calls her . The managers response was I’m off the clock and not speaking to a guest . One front desk staff and the laundry room guy found a battery and changed it. The best they could do was discount my Saturday stay $40 dollars . Terrible , terrible experience . Disgusted at the managers response. Thankful for the 2 front desk ladies and the laundry guy for taking the time to address and rectify the situation. P.s. the cleaning lady said it’s been beeping all week and they never fixed it. Thankfully we didn’t need the smoke alarm such a safety hazard

Arriving late at night with my 3 kiddos in tow, we were warmly welcome 🙏 we stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. Coffee was available ALL Day!! Big plus for a busy mom. The receptionist is someone to mention definitely.She was beyond amazing super informative and extra friendly.My children loved her very much.If you're going to stay anywhere we recommend you stay at this place.

One of the better experience staying at the Inn hotel. The hotel itself is very nice, well decorated and modern looking inside. Parking is there and there is a great restaurant in the airport in a walking distance. But most importantly staff that is truly caring about your experience during your stay!

The bed was comfy. The staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was tasty. Would definitely stay there again.

It. is right next door to a non-operating airport, so there is nothing around -- no shops, restaurants, etc. The room was ordinary and a little old, but clean, quiet and acceptable.

Close to Reading Airport

Wonderful hotel in a nice quiet and safe area of Reading. Very convenient to highways and shopping without being on top of them. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a pretty good stay. It’s a little dated, but clean. The staff is nice and helpful, and the hotel is easy to navigate. It is next to a small airport, but I didn’t hear any planes at night or in early morning. The breakfast is pretty good as well.

Place was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even though it was next to the airport I don't think a plane landed once. Morning breakfast was limited, but free!!, and had a pancake maker and premade omelets which hold up better than the scrambled eggs you usually get. Husband loved the shower. Beds were awesome. A

Convenient location. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Free breakfast was very good. Lots of fresh fruit, eggs, pork or turkey sausage, cheese omelets, cereals, yogurt, juices, coffee and sweets. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was boring. Had sausage gravy and also sausage patties. Would of been better.eith bacon and the eggs were dried out and rubbery.
