Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Reading by IHG

Bathroom was dirty upon arrival. Keys did not work.

Our room was very clean and well stocked with towels ect. Everyone we encountered made us feel welcome and appreciated during our stay.We found that this hotel was perfectly located and provided easy access for all we wanted to do while in town. We plan staying at this Holiday inn Express when we return in March!

But stay here every time I come to Reading Pennsylvania clean bed clean room swimming pool is nice exercising rooms nice and breakfast is excellent five stars

Stay was great, having an indoor pool in such a freezing day was the bomb

Heat was working. The temperature in the initial room was 48°. They changed your room. There was some heat but they have the heat set at 72° once the room hit 72. It will go off for like 45 minutes so in the room, we get cold again. When I asked for some kind of reduction in a room rate, I was told because I booked a room through Expedia they were unable to give me any reduction. Unacceptable.
