Very nice hotel, staff excellent, breakfast broad - both Japanese and western food & beverages. Esp liked custom eggs benedict station. Complimentary lounge in afternoon & evening for free beer, coffee, tea and light snacks. Room size (~265 ft2) good for medium sized Japanese hotel room. Convenient that New Chitose airport shuttle bus ($12 ea way per person) stops at this hotel. Safe in room large enough for computer, iPad and other things. But essentially on floor so required flashlight and laying on carpet to program first time. Room needed book shelf in corner to lay stuff. Small round table w only one chair. Square table prob more efficient. Bath fine. Good shower & tub room. Bidet nice. Hotel very convenient to Odori Park. Autumn Fest on during our stay, so we ate lunch there every day. About 10 blocks of booths highlighting different food & beverage from many cities in Hokaido Prefecture. Convenient to bus, train, taxis but great walking in all 4 directions from hotel.

Offered different cultural activities. Need more drink and food in hotel for lunch and dinner. Very inconvenient trying to find a place when its snowing. And finding a place to do laundry or hotel Laudery service.

숙식은 훌륭했습니다. 특히 조식부페(0700~1000)와 이브닝라운지(1500~1900), 해피아워(2100~2300)무료제공이 너무훌륭한 장점이었어요. 조식 부페 외 이용은 못했지만요. 숙소의 위치는 스스키노, 오도리역 중앙에서 도보로 15분정도 떨어져있어요. 그리고 헬스장이 없어 아쉬웠어요. 다만 오도리공원 초입과 지하철역등이 가깝다는 장점이 있습니다. *호텔스닷컴 어플이 마음에 안듭니다. 사진 추가가 안되네요. 너무자주 오류가 나요.

以前のロイトン時代に宿泊したことがあったのである程度立地の不便さはわかっていたが、ブランドが変わっても改善することなく、館内に自販機や売店、レンジが無く、周辺もコンビニ１軒のみというのは、子連れの身としては不便だった。また、連泊だったが、使ったマグカップや飲み終わったペットボトルは連日回収（交換）されず、、ビジネスホテルでもないので、最低限の清掃は徹底してほしい。

かつてのロイトン札幌時代の方がサービスも食事もよかったと思います。レストランがなくなっていて、わざわざまた外出して食べに行かなければならなかったので残念でした。

駅から離れてるのもあり、とても静かです。お部屋も広く荷物も広げるのに問題なし。ラウンジが使えるのでそこでものんびりできました！お部屋自体は満足ですが、お風呂のシャワーカーテンがカビが凄くてくっついてました。触れないように入らなきゃいけなかったので、そこはその都度確認して交換してほしいです。

The room was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. For the most part, we don't hear any noises from the hallway or other rooms. The decor and bathroom fixtures were pretty oudated though. While not located very close (within 10-minute walk) to major attractions, there is a Family Mart across the street from the hotel and a subway station about two blocks away.

とても清潔に保たれているので、施設が古いのは仕方がなく我慢できる。ラウンジで飲めるのは最高にありがたい！ただし、風呂のシャワーヘッドが壊れていたり、水圧が弱いのは治してほしい。最悪なのはトイレ。流れが悪くとても苦労した。いくら家族とは言え嫌な気分になった。

チェックイン前だったが、荷物を預けられるロッカーがあり、大変便利だった。施設内も美観が整っており、心地よさを感じることができた。室内はオートロック、アメニティは人数分のみ、1日ひとつといったくらいで必要最低限の量であった。シャンプー、トリートメント、ボディウォッシュ、ハンドソープは備えられているが、化粧水やヘアクリップ、シャワーキャップなどはない。ルームウェアは上のみで膝下まで隠れる丈だか、ズボンはないので少し肌寒かった。冷房の効きは良く、温度調整可能。禁煙の部屋を選んだはずなのに入った瞬間若干のタバコ臭さを感じた。部屋の清掃はエコを重視しているため要望しない限り行わないので注意が必要。清掃に関しては清潔感を感じる徹底ぶりが伺えた。部屋自体に年季を感じるのでバスルームなどは若干清潔感に欠けた。トイレの水圧は弱いがしっかりと流れるので然程不満はなかった。

I was slightly disappointed in the rooms of the hotel. I was travelling for business and both myself and my colleague found the rooms smelly and stuffy. The beds were very comfortable though. Overall they were clean enough but the facilities were old. I had a very hard time turning on and off the bathroom sink. The main areas like the lobby and dining areas are spacious and clean and very modern. But overall was a bit disappointed in the rooms themselves.

A very nice hotel with modern, clean rooms with comfortable beds, an amazing view (we were on 17th floor), and a great breakfast buffet. The hotel was a quick taxi from the train station and one can easily walk to the botanical gardens and Odori Park as well as to the subway & streetcar. This was the best hotel we stayed during our 18-day trip through Tokyo-Tohoku-Hokkaido.

definitely an older hotel. the hotel itself was HUGE with many entrances, kind of confusing on where the reception is as there weren’t any signs. staff know english so very easy check in/out. the room is also old. LARGE, compared to the usual rooms in japan. more western for sure. old outlets, lamps, buttons everything else but they do work. when you first come in it is stuffy but make sure to put the ac on! hint of a dusty smell but it doesn’t really bother you. nice view of the city (well if you’re on the right side in my case). you’d notice some stains, very faint. not in the hot spots in the city but close enough if you don’t mind a walk! very decent if you’d just want the basics!

部屋に入ると少し肌寒く室温を上げても冷たい風しか出なく直しても直らず部屋を変えてもらいました。長距離の運転で疲れていたので休もうと思っていましたが休めず会議があったのでそのまま出席することになりました。チェックアウトの時は何の謝罪もなく「料金はかかりません。」しか言われませんでした。今後このホテルに泊まることはないでしょう。

スタッフ方が皆さん親切でいつも笑顔で対応していただき細やかな気遣いも本当に感動しました。とても気持ちよく久しぶりの旅行を楽しめました。流石です。お部屋は広々としていて明るく清潔。アメニティは部屋ではなくフロントで必要な物を頂くシステムでDHLの物でした。一つ残念だったのは、部屋が暑くエアコンの設定を18度まで下げましたが、何故か汗が汗が… 朝食ビュッフェは大満足です。海鮮が充実。海鮮やお肉グリルしサーブしてくれます。ほっけ\u3000えび\u3000お肉。やはり海鮮丼が大人気でした。蟹、イクラ\u3000サーモン\u3000イカ\u3000タコ\u3000甘エビ\u3000貝\u3000マグロと大まんぞくでした。スープカレーもありました。北海道牛乳\u3000ヨーグルトと食べきれないほどの種類がありました。地下鉄の駅がすぐ近くにありますが、すすきのや札幌の繁華街に徒歩でと言う方は少しはなれているかも。スタッフの方の笑顔と心遣いが素敵なホテルでした。

Hotel is quite old, and lamp in the room washroom was flickering during the second day of stay. In addition, hotel staff was not able to make arrangement for the airport taxi in the next early morning (4am) with 24 hours ahead of schedule as being confirmed earlier, and never informed us earlier so that we can think of any other ways, leaving anxiety in us. Luckily, there was a taxi managed to be called to pick us up 3 hours before our departure. Please do not simply give a rest-assurance to get a confirmed taxi when it is not possible, this may cause confusion and anxiety.

Really friendly and accommodating staff. Good points were the lounge area with complimentary beverages and location is fantastic. I didn’t use the breakfast facilities so can’t comment but others said there was a great range but probably not value for money, Negatives were lack of ironing facilities and the room, while non smoking, still smelt of stale cigarettes. The shower over the bath was a little annoying. In need of a refurbishment but I’d happily book again.

오래된 호텔이지만 깔끔하고 이취도 없고 정말 잘 관리된 호텔이었습니다. 일본 호텔에서 이 정도 사이즈 흔치 않아요. 엄청 넓어요. 보통 비즈니스 호텔에 2~3배는 나갈껍니다. 복도에서 큰 소리로 외치면 들리 정도라서 꽤 조용한 편이었고.. 옆방 소음도 안 들렸어요. 사흘 중 딱 한번 밤에 옆 방 화장실 물 내려가는 소리 정도 들렸네요. 직원들도 굉장히 친절하고 도움 주시려고 하셨는데, 다만 한국어 되는 직원은 없으니 영어나 일본어로 의사소통이 필요해요. 청소 시 미교체 원하는 항목을 선택하는 것도 좋았어요. 어짜피 안 갈아도 되는 시트 같은거 그냥 이틀 정도는 쓰니까요. 조식은 신청 안해서 안먹어서 모르겠는데 다른 사람 평에 의하면 좋다고 하네요. 이 호텔의 단점이라면 정말.. 시내가 매우 멀어서 삿포로 역까지 도보 최소 15~20분은 걸어야 한다는거네요. 삿포로 역에서 호텔까지 택시타면 얼마더라 820? 830?엔인가? 나옵니다. 참고하십쇼. 스즈키노까지 삿포로 시영 전철이나 지하철 타고 나가야 하는게 힘들어요. 정말 어딜 나가도 공평하게 20분 거리권입니다. 걷는거 좋아!라고 하기엔 겨울엔 눈 때문에 인도 걷는것도 일이라 힘들고 오래걸리네요ㅠㅠ

Das Zimmer war immer sauber und aufgeräumt als wir zurück kamen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist das mit Abstand beste Frühstücksbuffet, was ich bis jetzt in einem Hotel angetroffen habe. Wenn der Kaffee noch ein Upgrade bekommt, dann wäre es pure Perfektion. Der Kaffee ist wie so oft in Hotels eher „fraglich“ was den Geschmack angeht.
