良い点・夕食、朝食バイキングの内容が良かった・プールがあるので、子どもがとても喜んだ残念な点・ホテルエントランス前の駐車場が満車で第二？駐車場が少し離れていて不便だった・大浴場にタオルが一切置いておらず、不便だった(客室からうっかり持って行くのを忘れたら、客室かフロントまで戻らないといけないので注意) ・混み合う時間帯は、エレベーターを乗るのに行列だった(ホテルの規模に対してエレベーター数が少なく感じた)

Nice location however somewhat remote from the center of things if you are visiting Beppu. Ocean views are nice. Open wide and spacious hotel. Pool is available at certain times but is an extra fee even for guests. Expedia mentions nothing of this. Recommend hotel as long as you know the details

Though the Japanese-style rooms are a bit dated and the bathrooms are snug, the hotel excels where it matters. The rooms are very clean with fresh bedding, and the breakfast—especially the seafood and udon—is high quality. The standout features are definitely the grand bath and the complimentary evening lounge. The outdoor hot spring is beautifully landscaped with rocks and offers a peaceful atmosphere. Following a soak with free drinks and snacks in the lounge was the perfect way to end the night. A unique and relaxing experience that I would definitely repeat!

設備は所々古いが、サービスが良かった。素泊まりであったが、21-23時までロビーのバーで飲み放題、ちょっとしたスナックあり。温泉も夜の時間は甘酒と美味しいジンジャードリンクも飲み放題。温泉の休憩室の雰囲気がいい。外資っぽい感じでいい。日本のホテルにはない感じ。脱衣時と休憩室のエアコンの効きが悪く、暑いのが少し残念。

This property was advertised as having a nice outdoor pool. One of the first pictures is of a beautiful outdoor pool overlooking the ocean. That was the only reason we chose this hotel, but unfortunately the pool was closed. They said it was out of season... it was early July and boiling hot. It is false advertising to show a pool as the main marketing picture and then only have it be open limited times of the year. I can see if it was the middle of the winter but it was July and extremely hot out. They need to mention that the pool is not open.

Expected Accor hotels would be on par or competitive with Marriott standards. Property looked grand and new from upfront. Our Japanese style room was poorly maintained and cleaned. ex. wallpaper peeling, stains on chairs, dirty toilet crevasse. View was good if windows were clean and free of spider webs. Basic and dated TV, will not be able to sync your devices. A hotel this size, one would expect a convenient store on site. There is one about 5 mins walk away. There is little to no F&B options in the property or in the area. There is no room service. Security was weak. No cameras as deterrent common areas, did not require key fob to access floors. The country is overall very safe. I guess this is why they did not invest in this sector. The pool, there is a staff attendant, unsure if he is life guard, I am okay with watching my kids. He definitely didn't watch the pool. Just a heads up. Overall, I would not recommend this property.

SALE期間でとても安く泊まれたのでコスパよく朝食付きのビュッフェも品数豊富で内容もよく総合的に大満足でした。気になる点は部屋のエアコンの空気口に黒カビが生えていたことや、朝食時に1番最初に並んでいたのに席の足元に昨日の食べこぼしなどがあったことなど清掃の行き届いてないところが垣間見えました。施設面でエレベーターが設計上の問題かタイミングが悪いとなかなか来ないです。

リブランド後オープンして3ヶ月。床のカーペット汚れ、壁紙の汚れ、窓際の虫の死骸、タバコの臭いなどはそのままでした。綺麗になってるのは、外壁のホテル名、大浴場、食堂。食事はビュッフェスタイルでメニューも豊富ですが、各人がうどんを茹でたり、しゃぶしゃぶをするので非常に待ち時間が長いです。その上90分制で家族でゆっくり食事というわけにはいきませんでした。リブランドされる前から長い間利用させてもらっていたホテルですが、残念でした。

一歳の子供連れで宿泊しました。子供を湯船に浸からせたかったので、お湯を貯めようとしたら、バスタブに髪の毛が落ちていました。シャワーで流してから湯をためました。次に、寝かしつけのためにベッドの掛け布団をめくると、アンダーヘアらしき毛が枕元に落ちていました。子供の寝かしつけの時間が過ぎていたので、自分で綺麗にしました。子供が寝た後に室内電話のそばに置いてあるミネラルウォーターを手に取るとメモ帳があり、前の宿泊者(外国の方？)『このへやにはかくれたかみがある』とひらがなで書いたものがそのままあり、気持ち悪いを超えて、怖かったです。翌朝フロントには伝えました。謝罪してくださいましたが、せっかくの宿泊が最悪の印象でした。繁忙期だからでしょうか、清掃がずさんすぎて、とても不快でした。年に一度ほど使用していたホテルなのですが、このようなずさんな清掃状態は初めてで、今後利用するか悩みます。

I booked ocean room. Good sea view! I like the breakfast very much as it has smoked salmon pancakes with hot spring eggs that are very delicious! 9 - 10pm will have free drinks and snacks. I will come again.

写真よりもこじんまりしてましたが、説明通り楽しめました。階数によってリノベーションされてないようで、泊まった7階は絨毯、壁紙、ユニットバス等に汚れ染みが多く残念でした。ベッドと部屋着、タオルは清潔で助かりました。連泊は部屋掃除なしに協力すると売店の10%引きバウチャーが貰えておみやげ買う時に嬉しかったです。ラウンジサービスはとてもすばらしく、朝夕のブュッフェもとてもおいしかったです。次は費用に余裕を持って上層階に泊まりたいです。

4階だったので完全なオーシャンビューではありませんでしたが、海が見えることは見えました。お風呂の温度がぬるく寒かったのでゆっくりは入れませんでした。夕食会場が寒くて温度を上げられないかと聞いたが出来ないと言われました。ラウンジでお菓子やアルコールの無料提供があり、15:00〜18:00までのイブニングソーシャルにはビールもあり美味しかったです。ただ21:00〜23:00のナイトキャップではビールがなく、楽しみにしていたので残念でした。夕食、朝食共に料理は沢山種類があり、美味しかったです。特にクッキーシュークリームはクリームが沢山入っていて美味しかったです。思い返せば、残念が多かった気もしますが、楽しく家族で過ごせました。

4階だったので完全なオーシャンビューではありませんでしたが、海が見えることは見えました。お風呂の温度がぬるく寒かったのでゆっくりは入れませんでした。夕食会場が寒くて温度を上げられないかと聞いたが出来ないと言われました。ラウンジでお菓子やアルコールの無料提供があり、15:00〜18:00までのイブニングソーシャルにはビールもあり美味しかったです。ただ21:00〜23:00のナイトキャップではビールがなく、楽しみにしていたので残念でした。夕食、朝食共に料理は沢山種類があり、美味しかったです。特にクッキーシュークリームはクリームが沢山入っていて美味しかったです。思い返せば、残念が多かった気もしますが、楽しく家族で過ごせました。

部屋も朝食も大変満足出来ました。ただ、空調が暖房のみで暑過ぎて、切ったのですが窓も開かない状況でしたので、凄く暑くて、子供達ものぼせる手前でした。日が照ってくると尚更部屋の気温が急上昇してキツかったです。

メニューが多くて良かったと思うが、人が多過ぎて好きな物が取りずらかった。 30分毎に人数制限をかけて入れたり、工夫をして欲しい。あと、食べた食器もどんどん溜まっていくので、下げに来て欲しい。到着時に車までの出迎えもなく、カバンも部屋まで自分で持って行かないといけないので、サービスが悪かった

3泊４日の旅でした。飛行機を使ってのパックでの家族旅行。子供も小さく、またアレルギー対応など細々と、行く前にお願いをしました。手違い等もあり、予定と違うこともあったのですが、こちらがビックリするほど丁寧に対応いただき、心身ともに気持ちのよい旅をさせていただきました。ぜひお勧めしたい宿です！料理も美味しく、お風呂も綺麗で清潔、スタッフの皆さんも本当に親切に気持ちよく対応してくださいました。距離も有り、なかなか行けない場所ですが、機会があれば必ずまたお世話になりたい！そう思える宿でした！スタッフの皆さん、本当にありがとうございました！

オールインクルーシブで、チェックインしてすぐ〜夕食〜夕食後と寝るまで通しでアルコールが飲めて、酒好きとしては良かったです。食事も和洋折衷で種類が多く、特にしゃぶしゃぶの肉は最高に美味しかったです。観光地からはやや離れた立地ですが、別府湾が一望でき、朝風呂では露天風呂から日の出が見え感動しました。エレベーターは３基しか無く、よく分からない動きをするので、乗るまでにかなり待ちます。また、外国（アジア系）の方が物凄く多く、夜もうるさくて列の順番を守らないなど、マナーが良くない方が多いのが少し残念でした。

朝食バイキングやラウンジサービスをを期待してこのホテルにしました。ラウンジは時間制限はあるものの種類は多く自分で好きなカクテルを作って飲めるのはよかったです。朝食バイキングも混雑することなくゆっくり食べることが出来ました。ただGWだったからなのかラウンジ、朝食ともに食材や飲料の補充がおそかったり、なかったりで満足のいくサービスではなかったです。お部屋は清潔でした。

Though the Japanese-style rooms are a bit dated and the bathrooms are snug, the hotel excels where it matters. The rooms are very clean with fresh bedding, and the breakfast—especially the seafood and udon—is high quality. The standout features are definitely the grand bath and the complimentary evening lounge. The outdoor hot spring is beautifully landscaped with rocks and offers a peaceful atmosphere. Following a soak with free drinks and snacks in the lounge was the perfect way to end the night. A unique and relaxing experience that I would definitely repeat!

If you don't have a car and don't like walking up a hill or for 20 minutes to the nearest station, this is not for you. But if you can get past that, this place is gorgeous! We were on the sixth floor with a view of the mountains in a Japanese style room. Tatami mats, futon, floor chairs. The bathroom had the bidet but a regular shower bath combo. A little moldy from the lack of circulation and it smelled like urine the whole time even after cleaning. Gorgeous view7PMs of the ocean and mountains. We saw Hawks and other birds on the daily. Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were complimentary. Great selection of food and drinks alcohol included. We also got access to the lounge for refreshments and drinks in between. Basement had coin laundry and onsen third floor had games and a reading area for Manga. Very enjoyable stay but again the hill was killer. The station was 20 minutes away or with a kid that doesn't want to sit in his stroller 30 lol. Very helpful staff. Only downside was the store staff helping with the luggage didn't speak English and she made us fill out the paperwork ourselves when the last 2 hotels did it for us.

Chambre correct et avons demandé à changer de chambre , personnel attentif et à l’écoute . MAIS ! Pas un 4 étoiles du tout. Peu de services , parking complet, peu d’articles dans la salle de bain, pas de ménage pendant 3 j, pt dej bon mais il faut rapporter son plateau soit même…. Ce ne sont pas des choses que l’on fait dans un 4 étoiles. Salle de bain très petite. Sinon bel emplacement face mer et apéro gratuit à volonté .
