Gorgeous! Dramatic features abound. A delight for the senses. Our 2nd floor room had a pretty view of the fairy-lit trees outside. Plus the bed was super comfortable. And the shower was great too. Excellent line of amenities. Staff were genuinely engaged.

What a vibe!!! Maybe the coolest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The art, the room, the service, the food. Breakfast at the Finch was delicious! If you love yummy local food, this is the spot! So upscale yet funky at the same time. 100/10 will go again.

Don't ever lose your stuff, you will never get it back. I left a kindle on August 8th, called them up a couple hours after I had checked out, and instead of just having the kindle ready for me to pick up, they sent me to a website to claim it. They said it was the most convenient way to do it (for them, not me). I went through their system and confirmed they had the kindle and arranged to pick up at the front desk. Instead of getting it at the front desk, they claim that they shipped my kindle to another person. From there, the excuses only grew: first, this other person they said would ship it back to them; then the story became that they it wasn't shipped to them or there was a problem with the tracking number. Then they claimed that it was returned to the sender and will return to the hotel in good time. Folks, it has been nearly a month and there is no sign of my kindle. 90% of the communication has been initiated by me, and all they do is give me empty platitudes about "thanking me for my patience." My patience is not unlimited, although it seems as if their ineptitude is.
