Excellent Property. Walking distance to most of eat street in Seminyak and far enough away to be quiet, with security guards. Property appears as advertised. Great for big groups- we had 17 and lots of space !!

Great place, great value, wonderful staff. The organized pickups, made breakfast and dealt with a lot of personal requests and did all of them perfectly. It was great!

Such a nice villa and was so easy to check in - Kadek was super helpful throughout and all 10 of us had a very fun stay!

The villa is well-maintained with pride. Clean, comfortable beds, AC. those taking care of the home and our stay were very responsive to all of our needs and even last minute request. We had two breakfast and two dinners that were exquisite! Highly recommend! Quick note, if you do any add-ons for food, transportation, massage, etc... payment is expected in rupiah. I didn’t think to ask that and we didn’t have it the first evening, but they did let us carry a balance into the second day and were extremely kind.
