Hermoso, cómodo, elegante, buen servicio y bien ubicado en Newport

No me gustó que las habitaciones se ven mucho más viejas que en las fotos y falta limpieza muy caro para lo que ofrecen

Un hotel bello en todo sentido, bien decorado, equipado y un personal muy amable. La habitación buena aunque nos tocó seguro una habitación equipada para necesidades especiales y supongo cambia algo en baño y habitación pero todo muy bien.

Stayed this past weekend and the updates and remodel to the hotel were beautiful! They did a wonderful job with the decor and overall vibe of the hotel. Rooms/ bathrooms are small, but the newness of all the furniture and finishings were a nice touch. We stayed on floor 2 and the water/ice station on floor 3 was not open/finished yet. There were caution construction signs blocking its use. Our AC also was not blowing cold air and our neighbors mentioned the same. They were advised to crack their window open. We did the same as it luckily was not a super hot night. House keeping was very kind and we were able to check in a little early which is always a plus!

The ac in the unit didn’t work entire stay. We called routinely many times and they refused to switch our room. It was 78 degrees in the room entire stay and unbearable to sleep. Terrible experience all around and all they offered to give us was $100 off one night - and the room was close to $500 per night! Would’ve rather have slept in my car.
