Everything was clean and nice rooms. Only issue we had was parking when we got back late. There were no spots because a couple semis and big box trucks were taking up about 10-15 spots each

Room and property was clean. Elevator was sketchy, but everything else I saw was clean and in good shape. Breakfast was good. Decent options plus biscuits and gravy. Construction made it super hard to find with GPS turning me around everywhere, but I decided to just take an exit that made sense and work my way back there on the service road. Would recommend the stay based on the value of the price.

We wanted something close to the casino, and this hotel is just up the street. The hotel is huge, but they are still remodeling. Our rooms were HUGE, but still updating. Parking lot is also huge. Only disappointment was the hot tub was not working. The staff is WONDERFUL. Bar/restaurant up the road has great food and friendly staff. Plus, the HD next door is a great dealership! We will stay at this hotel again.

The hotel rooms were a good size and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and fitness room were both a bit small but very clean. Everything has been recently updated and is modern.

The hot tub was ice cold. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told that somebody will contact me in the morning. I never was contacted. The rate should have been reduced due to the construction taking place on the building. Dumpster in parking lot had mattresses laying on the ground next to it. Not a good experience. Would not come back.

The first room had outlets and lights that didn’t have power. The second room was in excellent condition. The hotel has been updated and looks really good. The exercise room has new equipment. Overall an excellent value and would stay here again.

They are spider web on the wall around the curtain to the window by the bed. I call one of staff to clean up!!!. the shower water. It’s opposite way when you turn hot water cold water is coming and why you turn it to cold water, hot water .

Check in was easy, friendly staff, clean hotel, it smelled so clean and fresh throughout price was great as well! Breakfast was great as well!! Got this one saved so we will be back!!

The first room we were in had a VERY funky musty smell, in both the room and even worse in the bathroom. I was trying to locate the smell and opened the toilet tank; when I tell you mildew and mold was floating in there I mean it. I then tried to flush the toilet and it didn’t flush so we went to the front desk and had changed rooms. The second room had another smell, but was more bearable in comparison to the first. (Keep in mind that I booked a non smoking room) The second room had a wobbly toilet seat that didn’t really fit and I almost fell off trying to use it, the bathtub had cracks from use and the shower head and tub looks like it needs to be cleaned with steel wool because of mildew accumulation on the metal features in the tub. The cleanliness is the main downfall here, I think more attention needs to be made in order to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patrons.

Great place. Only thing that needs tweaked is room was clean, but scent of cleaner was overwhelming. Turned on bathroom fan and room fan and it was ok. Just need to air out a bit after cleaning. Otherwise was great!!

It was amazing! Hotel has has beautiful renovations and is very clean and modern. Room was very spacious, comfortable and felt new. Was a lot nicer than I was expecting. Staff was very friendly and the complimentary breakfast had a nice variety and good coffee! Would gladly stay here again!

could tell it was an older hotel that was updated. The bathrooms were updated and nice, the main issue was the hallways and rooms had a smell to them, some worse than others. The hall and our room had a smell of old cigarette smoke. Staff was nice.

This location is far enough from Madison yet close to being there. Attention to cleanliness was shown each day we were there. Rooms are renovated and stylish. Beds comfy. Shower awesome! Enjoyed the casino & golf course nearby. Breakfast is standard but hot & ready.

It’s a decent hotel and perfect if you are looking for a night’s sleep. The rooms are fine - my room had some stains on the carpet but otherwise was clean. A lot of wasted empty space in a 2 bed room - could have easily put a table and chairs. The breakfast was fine - standard hot and cold items. My only complaints are shower heads placed at a height for people shorter than 5 feet tall, as well as the placement of the toilet paper roll (on the wall BEHIND the toilet and far to your side). I would consider myself an average height person and found it a long difficult stretch to reach!

The property was close to the interstate and easy to find with GPS. My only complaint was a room on the first floor with window access to the parking lot. We kept the shade closed all the time. Otherwise the room was well kept and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good.

Honestly the hotel was just fine. Minor cosmetic issues but nothing serious. Heater in the room was fairly loud. Reported it to the desk. Very quiet and pleasant stay. Price was definitely right!. I was a little surprised how far it was from the Orpheum. I chose the hotel as it stated 6miles, but was more like 15…a Good twenty minute drive. Spendy to Uber. Next time we will pick a closer hotel.

We were told it was 2 queen beds, when it was actually 2 full size beds. It was super uncomfortable for my husband and I to share a full size bed, when our other small two kids were in the other bed. The room itself was also really small, could barely turn around in the bathroom.

The room was nice. I really like the doors because you don’t hear a lot from the hall way like normal hotels. The ice machine did not work at all on the 3rd floor and we had to go all the way down to the first floor and then it took forever to get a bucket of ice because that machine did not dispense much ice. The pillows were good but the bed was alittle hard for my taste.

The room was very nice, and the bed was very comfortable. However, they need to put hanging bars for towels in the bathroom. The breakfast is not good. It is either out of food, or what is there is cold. I have stayed here numerous times, and nothing ever changes. The man behind the desk, however, was extremely helpful.

The temperature was impossible to control but more importantly when I would try to call to inform staff that I was going to be a late check in, I was hung up on when I was stating the reason for my call. I used the numbers provided and also comfort inns general number as well. Very poor professionalism

The GM Christine checked us in upon arrival.She was so accommodating and friendly.The hotel was spotless from the parking lot , front of the house, inviting area to relax and the breakfast room.They even kept the game room with some slot machines sparkling clean. The rooms were very clean, they obviously took pride in their hotel.It was so comforting through out our stay knowing Christine would be at the front desk, to answer any questions about hotel, and the surrounding area. She knew everything to know about Madison Wisconsin and the other cities in Wisconsin.

The overall stay was very nice, we would definitely come back. Although before our check-in day I called ahead to see if we could check in early and was told yes, earliest was 12 but when we got there we were told there was no available room to check in early so we ended up having to wait 30 minutes which wasn’t bad I just wish they had told me over the phone I wouldn’t be able to check in early.

Staff were very friendly and responsive. We left some clothing in the closet and they called us immediately to notify us so we could pick it up. We appreciate the honesty of staff.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel to attend the college graduation of our grand daughter and we were extremely happy to have selected this hotel because it was a great hotel. The treatment and assistance the we received by RICKY was simply beyond Excellent!!! The BEST!! The breakfast service was also great as it provided numerous products for all the guests.

Nice hotel. It is clean and comfortable. And the little market has the travel-size items and snacks you might need. The breakfast was also plentiful. The location is a little remote (unless you love Harley-Davidson), but that also means it's quiet.

Room and property was clean. Elevator was sketchy, but everything else I saw was clean and in good shape. Breakfast was good. Decent options plus biscuits and gravy. Construction made it super hard to find with GPS turning me around everywhere, but I decided to just take an exit that made sense and work my way back there on the service road. Would recommend the stay based on the value of the price.

The property was close to the interstate and easy to find with GPS. My only complaint was a room on the first floor with window access to the parking lot. We kept the shade closed all the time. Otherwise the room was well kept and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good.

Very nice hotel for the money. One thing to note, though is there Is almost nothing in the way of restaurants or gas stations or anything in a convenient distance. What there is closes at 9 PM or earlier. I was ravenous at 9:15pm and had to drive 20 minutes to get stale food from a quick trip. I'm just saying, if you stay here, plan ahead.

The room was very nice, and the bed was very comfortable. However, they need to put hanging bars for towels in the bathroom. The breakfast is not good. It is either out of food, or what is there is cold. I have stayed here numerous times, and nothing ever changes. The man behind the desk, however, was extremely helpful.

This location is far enough from Madison yet close to being there. Attention to cleanliness was shown each day we were there. Rooms are renovated and stylish. Beds comfy. Shower awesome! Enjoyed the casino & golf course nearby. Breakfast is standard but hot & ready.

The breakfast is terrible. The juices taste old and you can’t even drink them. Nothing seems fresh and I don’t know why. They serve this everyday so it should not get old but it is gross. The bananas are probably the only thing worth eating. Also the nightstands in between the two queen beds are too pointed and too close to the beds. If you turned quickly in the middle of the night, I really believe you could poke your eye out on the corner of the nightstand. It is right at eye level, it seems very dangerous and I try to sleep towards the middle of the bed

Great location, reasonable amenities, property in good shape. Terrible attention to detail on their breakfast...out of coffee, out of eggs, food was cold.. A little noisy. Nice little gocery section.

Great place. Only thing that needs tweaked is room was clean, but scent of cleaner was overwhelming. Turned on bathroom fan and room fan and it was ok. Just need to air out a bit after cleaning. Otherwise was great!!
